Abstract
一种改进的双向手机卡座,在其座体上有弹片,弹片与数据接口通信连接,弹片为双向接触弹片结构,双向接触弹片结构是指:上沿SIM卡的插拔方向设有多个弹片,弹片的中央部位上翘作为弹性结构。所述的弹片的一端固定在座体上,在该弹片的另一端的两侧设有凸出部;在对应于弹片另一端的座体上设有缩口滑槽,在该缩口滑槽靠近弹片中部的位置设有与该弹片的凸出部对应的凹口,该弹片的凸出部从该凹口插入该缩口滑槽内。本发明的有益效果是:每一弹片的一端与座体固定,另一端滑动插入设在座体表面的缩口滑槽内,在插拔SIM卡时,弹片顶端受到触压变形,弹片位于缩口滑槽内的一端沿滑槽滑动,保证了弹片的弹性形变。

技术领域
本发明属于移动手机技术领域,特别涉及一种新型的双向手机卡座。
背景技术
随着通讯工具的不断发展,移动电话的结构、样式和性能更新越来越频繁,人们对移动电话的要求也日益增高。现有手机卡分为三种类型:标准卡、Micro Sim卡和Nano SIM卡。运营商所提供的卡已经包含了裁剪痕,用户只需根据自己手机型号选择与芯片结合的不同尺寸外框即刻,并且,这些外框可以保留,在将小卡换至大卡手机时,可以将外框套在小卡上使用。但是,一般手机卡座中接触弹片都是单向的,将外框套在小卡上使用时,使得外框难以拔出,这样不仅给用户带来了麻烦,还增加了SIM卡的磨损程度。
为了解决上述问题,现有技术提出了一种双向手机卡座(参见图1),其主要结构是:包括座体3,座体3的一端有数据接口1,座体3上有弹片2与数据接口1通信连接,所述弹片2为双向接触弹片结构,即:沿SIM卡的插拔方向,每个弹片的两端均紧贴固定于座体3上,中央部位上翘作为弹性结构,每个弹片的中央部位上翘成圆弧形,且弧顶部朝上。、
上述现有技术存在的缺点是:由于每个弹片的两端均紧贴固定于座体3上,所以其中部上翘的结构就失去了弹性,根本起不到利用弹性形变实现与SIM卡良好接触的作用。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺点,本发明的目的在于提供一种改进的双向手机卡座,以解决现有技术存在的由于每个弹片的两端均紧贴固定于座体上,导致其中部上翘的结构失去了弹性,起不到利用弹性形变实现与SIM卡良好接触的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种改进的双向手机卡座,包括座体,座体的一端有数据接口,座体上有弹片,弹片与数据接口通信连接,所述弹片为双向接触弹片结构,所述双向接触弹片结构是指:上沿SIM卡的插拔方向设有多个弹片,弹片的中央部位上翘作为弹性结构,其特征在于,所述的弹片的一端固定在座体上,在该弹片的另一端的两侧设有凸出部;在对应于弹片另一端的座体上设有缩口滑槽,在该缩口滑槽靠近弹片中部的位置设有与该弹片的凸出部对应的凹口,该弹片的凸出部从该凹口插入该缩口滑槽内。
每个该弹片的中央部位上翘成三角形,三角形的顶角为圆弧形。
所述弹片共8个,呈前后两排对齐分布,每排分布4个。
所述数据接口为金属片,作为SIM卡和手机之间数据传输的载体。
所述座体为塑胶体。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:每一弹片的一端与座体固定,另一端滑动插入设在座体表面的缩口滑槽内,在插拔SIM卡时,弹片顶端受到触压变形,弹片位于缩口滑槽内的一端沿滑槽滑动,保证了弹片的弹性形变。

具体实施方式
参见图2和图3,本发明涉及一种改进的双向手机卡座,包括座体3,座体3的一端有数据接口1,座体3上有弹片2与数据接口1通信连接,所述弹片2为双向接触弹片结构,所述双向接触弹片结构是指:上沿SIM卡的插拔方向设有多个弹片2,弹片2的中央部位上翘作为弹性结构,其特征在于,所述的弹片2的一端固定在座体3上,在该弹片2的另一端的两侧设有凸出部21;在对应于弹片2另一端的座体3上设有缩口滑槽31,在该缩口滑槽31靠近弹片2中部的位置设有与该弹片2的凸出部21对应的凹口311,该弹片2的凸出部21从该凹口311插入该缩口滑槽31内。
每个该弹片2的中央部位上翘成三角形,三角形的顶角为圆弧形。
所述弹片2共8个,呈前后两排对齐分布,每排分布4个。
所述数据接口1为金属片,作为SIM卡和手机之间数据传输的载体。
所述座体3为塑胶体。

1.一种改进的双向手机卡座,包括座体(3),座体(3)的一端有数据接口(1),座体(3)上有弹片(2),弹片(2)与数据接口(1)通信连接,所述弹片(2)为双向接触弹片结构,所述双向接触弹片结构是指:上沿SIM卡的插拔方向设有多个弹片(2),弹片(2)的中央部位上翘作为弹性结构,其特征在于,所述的弹片(2)的一端固定在座体(3)上,在该弹片(2)的另一端的两侧设有凸出部(21);在对应于弹片(2)另一端的座体(3)上设有缩口滑槽(31),在该缩口滑槽(31)靠近弹片(2)中部的位置设有与该弹片(2)的凸出部(21)对应的凹口(311),该弹片(2)的凸出部(21)从该凹口(311)插入该缩口滑槽(31)内。
2.根据权利要求1所述改进的双向手机卡座,其特征在于,每个该弹片(2)的中央部位上翘成三角形,三角形的顶角为圆弧形。
3.根据权利要求1所述改进的双向手机卡座,其特征在于,所述弹片(2)共8个,呈前后两排对齐分布,每排分布4个。
4.根据权利要求1所述改进的双向手机卡座,其特征在于,所述数据接口(1)为金属片,作为SIM卡和手机之间数据传输的载体。
5.根据权利要求1所述改进的双向手机卡座,其特征在于,所述座体(3)为塑胶体。
