背景技术
许多便携式通信设备、例如智能电话等传统地在设备显示器上利用玻璃镜片。玻璃提供了坚硬的、抗刮擦的表面,该表面易于清洁和维持。然而,如果设备掉落或被硬物撞击,则这样的镜片也容易裂开。
虽然使用塑料镜片以消除或减少这种类型的破裂是可能的,但存在与使用塑料镜片相关的许多缺点。对于这种类型的镜片的主要的挑战中的一个是缺少足够的抗刮擦和抗磨损。塑料材料没有与玻璃相同的硬度,因此不提供相同的抗磨损和抗损坏。

显示器屏幕组件400包括耐用的显示器屏幕403,该显示器屏幕403由耐受磨损和抗损坏的耐用的材料制成。耐用的显示器屏幕405可以是柔性显示器屏幕或塑料显示器屏幕。柔性或塑料显示器屏幕的示例包括但不限于,塑料OLED显示器(pOLED)。
显示器屏幕组件400包括触摸传感器405。对于一个实施例,触摸传感器是层叠(overlay)在耐用的显示器屏幕403上的薄膜。柔性或塑料显示器屏幕的示例包括但不限于双触摸层。
显示器屏幕组件400包括防碎的显示器镜片407。防碎的显示器镜片407位于与耐用的显示器屏幕403邻近。对于一个实施例,防碎的显示器镜片407被层叠在耐用的显示器屏幕403上。对于另一实施例,触摸传感器405位于防碎的显示器镜片407和耐用的显示器屏幕403之间。对于又一实施例,防碎的显示器镜片407可靠地结合到防碎的显示器镜片407和/或耐用的显示器屏幕403。
防碎的显示器镜片407包括塑料层。塑料层可以包括任何类型的耐用的和/或柔性的材料。用于塑料层的材料的示例包括但不限于聚碳酸酯层。防碎的显示器镜片407也包括丙烯酸酯硬涂层(hardcoat),该丙烯酸酯硬涂层在塑料层的一侧或两侧上。
显示器屏幕组件400包括可替换的光学粘合剂409和可替换的屏幕保护物411。可替换的屏幕保护物411定位于防碎的显示器镜片与耐用的显示器屏幕403相反的一侧上。可替换的屏幕保护物411可以是任何类型的可替换镜片以保护显示器屏幕组件的其它部件。可替换的屏幕保护物411的示例包括但不限于,具有抗刮擦的纳米涂层的层。可替换的光学粘合剂409定位于可替换的屏幕保护物411和防碎的显示器镜片407之间。
显示器屏幕120由薄膜触摸传感器401组成,该薄膜触摸传感器401由塑料显示器镜片403覆盖。如上所述,虽然塑料显示器镜片403比同等的玻璃镜片更加抗破裂,但塑料显示器镜片403对刮擦和磨损更加敏感。这样,可替换的塑料屏幕保护物诸如塑料屏幕保护物203被放置在塑料显示器镜片403上。

耐用的显示器屏幕;和
防碎的显示器镜片,所述防碎的显示器镜片与所述耐用的显示器屏幕邻近。
2.如权利要求1所述的电子设备,其中所述耐用的显示器屏幕是柔性显示器屏幕。
3.如权利要求1所述的电子设备,其中所述耐用的显示器屏幕是塑料显示器屏幕。
4.如权利要求1所述的电子设备,其中所述防碎的显示器镜片被层叠在所述耐用的显示器屏幕上。
5.如权利要求1所述的电子设备,其中所述耐用的显示器屏幕包括触摸传感器。
6.如权利要求1所述的电子设备,其中所述防碎的显示器镜片包括塑料层。
7.如权利要求4所述的电子设备,其中所述塑料层包括聚碳酸酯层。
8.如权利要求3所述的电子设备,其中所述防碎的显示器镜片包括丙烯酸酯硬涂层,所述丙烯酸酯硬涂层在所述塑料层的至少一侧上。
9.如权利要求5所述的电子设备,其中所述防碎的显示器镜片包括丙烯酸酯硬涂层,所述丙烯酸酯硬涂层在所述塑料层的两侧上。
10.如权利要求1所述的电子设备,进一步包括可替换屏幕保护物,所述可替换屏幕保护物定位于所述防碎的显示器镜片与所述耐用的显示器屏幕相反的一侧上。
11.如权利要求7所述的电子设备,进一步包括可替换光学粘合剂,所述可替换光学粘合剂定位于所述可替换屏幕保护物和所述防碎的显示器镜片之间。
