技术领域
本发明涉及一种哑光纸涂布用碳酸钙的制备方法。
背景技术
碳酸钙是重要的无机化工产品,粒径一般小于2µm,常作填料。广泛应用于橡胶、塑料、涂料、造纸和油墨等作业,普通碳酸钙通常以石灰石为原料,经过煅烧制得生石灰,然后生石灰加水消化并吸收二氧化碳进行碳化,最后脱水、干燥得到产品。造纸行业中大量使用碳酸钙是基于国际上造纸工业从酸性造纸工艺转向碱性或中性造纸工艺,这样就可以大量使用廉价的碳酸钙代替以往的滑石和瓷土。造纸工业的这一重大技术转向,给PCC在造纸工业中的应用带来空前的增长机遇。
由于PCC 的不透光性能和对光的散射性能,使纸厂可生产出更高级别的不透光纸,PCC还具有比常规瓷土颜料高的光泽度,使用它可使纸品光泽度更高。光泽度高、不透明度性强对于纸张而言,从审美观点上看,对消费者有很强的吸引力。通常具有这种性能的纸品亦是高附加值的产品, PCC的高增量能力可使造纸厂在加工纸张过程中使用更多的填料,从而节省纸浆用量,降低成本。PCC作为造纸用填料,有以下优点:具有较高的不透光性和光泽度;作为填料,增量能力强;粒径保持均匀;颜色保持力强。
中国专利CN1462776公开了一种微米球形体纳米复合碳酸钙及制备方法。该发明提供一种微米球形体纳米复合碳酸钙及制备方法。它内含有苯乙烯—丙烯酸共聚物和许多纳米碳酸钙粒子,在苯乙烯—丙烯酸共聚物的化学作用下纳米碳酸钙粒子聚集在一起呈微米级大颗粒。在含有苯乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物的碳酸根水溶液中与含钙离子水溶液进行化学反应形成含有苯乙烯—丙烯酸共聚物的纳米复合碳酸钙沉淀颗粒;溶液体系中苯乙烯—丙烯酸共聚物的浓度重量比为0.2—5.0%,碳酸根的浓度重量比为0.2—10.0%,碳酸根与钙离子的摩尔比为1.3—0.9∶1,溶液中的苯乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物的量与理论碳酸钙生成量的重量比为1.6—0.25,钙离子溶液的浓度在0.2—5mol/L;化学反应温度控制在5—40℃,反应时间为10—30min。该产品适用纸张的涂布,涂料、油墨、纸张、塑料的填充以及软摩擦材料、润滑剂和多孔碳酸钙材料的制备。
中国专利CN1951230公开了碳酸钙粉末组合物及其制备方法,该发明提供了提供可使碳酸钙以一次颗粒或与其相近的微粒的形式长时间稳定地分散在液体中的碳酸钙粉末组合物。该粉末组合物是BET比表面积为10-40m2/g的范围、总微孔容积为0.10-0.28mL/g范围的碳酸钙一次颗粒聚集物,含有多孔碳酸钙颗粒,该多孔碳酸钙颗粒的表面被相对于总量的含有率为3-20质量%范围的乳化剂覆盖。
中国专利 CN1985995公开了一种多孔碳酸钙微球为壳层的海藻酸钙凝胶珠及其制备方法。该方法提供一种多孔碳酸钙微球为壳层的海藻酸钙凝胶珠的制备方法,是将海藻酸钠水相分散到含有多孔碳酸钙微球的油相,经乳化形成油包水乳液;多孔碳酸钙微球吸附到乳滴表面,形成壳层,稳定乳滴;加入葡萄糖酸内脂水溶液进行海藻酸钠凝胶化反应。本发明能够简单、大量制备以多孔碳酸钙微球为壳以海藻酸钙凝胶为核的微珠。
中国专利CN1919445公开了一种利用掺杂多孔碳酸钙模板制备微胶囊的方法。该发明公开了一种利用掺杂多孔碳酸钙模板制备微胶囊的方法。在带有负电荷的聚电解质存在下,通过含钙无机盐和含碳酸根无机盐的反应来制备负电荷聚电解质掺杂的多孔碳酸钙胶体微粒;将带有正电荷的聚电解质吸附在该胶体微粒表面,再通过稀酸分解或乙二胺四乙酸络合去除碳酸钙微粒,通过正、负电荷聚电解质间的离子键作用,原位形成中空微胶囊。本发明制备方法简便快捷,材料来源广泛,适于大规模工业生产中空微胶囊,具有良好的工业化前景。
中国专利CN1528468公开了多孔碳酸钙-羟基磷灰石梯度材料及制备方法。该发明以将碳酸钙转化为羟基磷灰石的水热交换反应的基础,通过对碳酸钙和磷酸盐含量的改变,获得不同转化比率的生物材料,本发明的材料表面为羟基磷灰石薄衣层,中央为磷酸钙羟基磷灰石的含量梯度为4.5%~33.8%。具有生物相容性好,高度多孔,生物降解速度可控制的特点,有良好的骨缺损修复效果。
本发明的创新点是:将碳酸钙晶须制成浆料,然后采用湿式超细剥片机对碳酸钙晶须进行超细磨,碳酸钙晶须在研磨过程中破碎成约1µm的立方体颗粒,而且粒径分布非常均匀,用于纸张涂布会产生非常好的亚光效果。
发明内容
一种哑光纸涂布用碳酸钙的制备方法,其特征在于:首先将碳酸钙晶须制成浆料,将碳酸钙晶须加入水中,并向水中加入聚丙烯酸钠分散剂,搅拌均匀配成碳酸钙晶须浆料,然后采用湿式超细剥片机对碳酸钙晶须进行超细磨,研磨至其中小于2µm含量80~90%;制得哑光纸涂布用碳酸钙;
所述的碳酸钙晶须浆料的重量含量为50%;
所述的碳酸钙晶须的长度为20~40µm;
所述的聚丙烯酸钠分散剂加入量为碳酸钙晶须重量的1.0~2.0%。

实施例:
实施例1
将4吨长度为40µm碳酸钙晶须加入到4吨去离子水中,搅拌制成浆料,并向浆料中加入80kg聚丙烯酸钠分散剂,充分搅拌,使浆料获得良好的流动性。然后用泵将浆料送入三台串联的300升剥片机,用剥片机对碳酸钙晶进行研磨,研磨至其中小于2µm含量90%;制得哑光纸涂布用碳酸钙。
实施例2
将4吨长度为20µm碳酸钙晶须加入到4吨去离子水中,搅拌制成浆料,并向浆料中加入40kg聚丙烯酸钠分散剂,充分搅拌,使浆料获得良好的流动性。然后用泵将浆料送入三台串联的300升剥片机,用剥片机对碳酸钙晶进行研磨,研磨至其中小于2µm含量80%;制得哑光纸涂布用碳酸钙。
实施例3
将4吨长度为30µm碳酸钙晶须加入到4吨去离子水中,搅拌制成浆料,并向浆料中加入50kg聚丙烯酸钠分散剂,充分搅拌,使浆料获得良好的流动性。然后用泵将浆料送入三台串联的300升剥片机,用剥片机对碳酸钙晶进行研磨,研磨至其中小于2µm含量84%;制得哑光纸涂布用碳酸钙。
实施例4
将4吨长度为25µm碳酸钙晶须加入到4吨去离子水中,搅拌制成浆料,并向浆料中加入60kg聚丙烯酸钠分散剂,充分搅拌,使浆料获得良好的流动性。然后用泵将浆料送入三台串联的300升剥片机,用剥片机对碳酸钙晶进行研磨,研磨至其中小于2µm含量86%;制得哑光纸涂布用碳酸钙。
实施例5
将4吨长度为35µm碳酸钙晶须加入到4吨去离子水中,搅拌制成浆料,并向浆料中加入70kg聚丙烯酸钠分散剂,充分搅拌,使浆料获得良好的流动性。然后用泵将浆料送入三台串联的300升剥片机,用剥片机对碳酸钙晶进行研磨,研磨至其中小于2µm含量88%;制得哑光纸涂布用碳酸钙。

1.一种哑光纸涂布用碳酸钙的制备方法,其特征在于:首先将碳酸钙晶须制成浆料,将碳酸钙晶须加入水中,并向水中加入聚丙烯酸钠分散剂,搅拌均匀配成碳酸钙晶须浆料,然后采用湿式超细剥片机对碳酸钙晶须进行超细磨,研磨至其中小于2µm含量80~90%;制得哑光纸涂布用碳酸钙;
所述的碳酸钙晶须浆料的重量含量为50%;
所述的碳酸钙晶须的长度为20~40µm;
所述的聚丙烯酸钠分散剂加入量为碳酸钙晶须重量的1.0~2.0%。
