本发明公开了一种利用玉米秸秆配制而得的块状草莓栽培基,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:蛭石粉12‑15、香蕉皮粉2‑4、棉籽壳5‑10、腐殖酸1‑2、烟草梗5‑10、河沙5‑10、腐乳粉4‑7、猪粪15‑20、水稻秸秆100‑110、卵磷脂0.2‑0.3、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚0.4‑0.8、醇醚糖苷0.1‑0.2、荜澄茄0.5‑1.5,牡荆叶0.5‑1、大叶紫珠0.1‑0.2、刺苋菜0.3‑0.5。

一种利用玉米秸秆配制而得的块状草莓栽培基
技术领域
本发明涉及肥料技术领域,尤其涉及一种利用玉米秸秆配制而得的块状草莓栽培基。
背景技术
栽培基质最初起源于无土栽培的概念,是指作物周围的土壤环境已恶化,严重影响了作物的产量和品质,人们转而寻找替代品,用固体基质(介质)固定植物根系,
目前一些植物栽培基质,需铺设较厚的土层才能维持植物生长,此外,保肥保水能力不理想,易板结,不耐踩踏,绿化作物养护难的问题还没有很好解决。
秸秆是成熟农作物茎叶(穗)部分的总称。通常指小麦、水稻、玉米、薯类、油菜、棉花、甘蔗和其它农作物(通常为粗粮)在收获籽实后的剩余部分。农作物光合作用的产物有一半以上存在于秸秆中,秸秆富含氮、磷、钾、钙、镁和有机质等,是一种具有多用途的可再生的生物资源,秸秆也是一种粗饲料。特点是粗纤维含量高(30%-40%),并含有木质素等。木质素纤维素虽不能为猪、鸡所利用,但却能被反刍动物牛、羊等牲畜吸收和利用。
采用高温裂解技术,将农作物秸秆等农林废弃物在缺氧条件下不完全燃烧热裂解可制成秸秆生物质炭。生物质炭具有发达的孔隙结构,高的比表面积和丰富的表面官能团,同时具有无污染、高储量、可再生等特点,本发明的复配秸秆生物质炭含有对作物生长有利的氮、磷、钾、硫等营养元素以及一些矿物质元素,碳含量相对较高。生物质炭化后原有骨架结构在炭化后得到了较为完好的保留。秸秆炭化后具有明显、清晰的多微孔炭架结构,生物质炭的这种丰富的孔隙结构,使其具备了比表面积大、吸附力强等特性,施入土壤后对调节土壤水、肥、气、热环境条件会产生重要影响,还可以提升土壤有机质含量,为提高作物生产能力等方面的应用奠定良好的物质结构基础。此外,将生物质炭施入土壤中可促进微生物的繁殖,使炭表面生成根瘤菌,因而形成适合植物栽培的土壤,避免了“连续耕作障碍”,且炭对谷物、豆类和蔬菜在长中增加有机质,其品质、色泽、品味都有所提高。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种利用玉米秸秆配制而得的块状草莓栽培基。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种利用玉米秸秆配制而得的块状草莓栽培基,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:蛭石粉12-15、香蕉皮粉2-4、棉籽壳5-10、腐殖酸1-2、烟草梗5-10、河沙5-10、腐乳粉4-7、猪粪15-20、水稻秸秆100-110、卵磷脂0.2-0.3、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚0.4-0.8、醇醚糖苷0.1-0.2、荜澄茄0.5-1.5,牡荆叶0.5-1、大叶紫珠0.1-0.2、刺苋菜0.3-0.5。
所述的一种利用玉米秸秆配制而得的块状草莓栽培基,制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)荜澄茄、牡荆叶、大叶紫珠、刺苋菜混匀后,于食醋溶液中浸泡5-8小时,过滤,去离子水洗涤,干燥,得干燥粉备用;
(2)水稻秸秆填充到炭化炉内,填充密度控制在0.5-0.6g/m3;然后在90-100℃保温10-14h,在150-190℃保温5-10h,升温至450-550℃保温45-50h,降温至180-200℃以上保温4-6h,再降温至40-50℃,出料,得秸秆生物质炭备用;
(3)将秸秆生物质炭在紫外波长为250-260nm下紫外辐照10-20秒,加水混匀,在40-50℃下搅拌0.5-1h后,再加入卵磷脂、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、醇醚糖苷、干燥粉,搅拌均匀后,过滤,用蒸馏水洗涤滤渣,至滤液呈中性,在30-50℃下300-500rpm下搅拌1-2h,过滤,用蒸馏水洗涤滤渣,至滤液呈中性,滤渣于70-85℃下干燥后,即得复配秸秆生物质炭备用;
(4)香蕉皮粉、棉籽壳、腐殖酸、烟草梗、河沙、腐乳粉、猪粪混匀后,室温发酵24-36小时,风干,磨粉再与复配秸秆生物质炭以及其余原料混匀,常规工艺压制成块后,即得。
本发明的优点是:(1)本发明的栽培基质,改善了原有单一基质的理化性质,同时各单一组分来源广泛,取材方便,价格低廉,利用水稻秸秆部分代替目前花卉生产上大量使用不可再生基质--草炭,在确保草莓品质的前提下变废为宝;
(2)本发明草莓栽培基质能有效提供草莓正常生长所需营养,且成本低,绿色环保。本发明所得基质富含有机质、腐殖酸、氮、磷、硫、钾、锌等营养,且营养缓释长效。本发明通过合理配置,有效的解决栽培基结构分散、贫瘠无肥料的问题,可以提高农作物、植被生长所需的物质条件,本发明所使用的复配秸秆生物质炭,负载了杀菌杀虫材料,能够缓慢释放杀虫材料,达到对所种植的植物的防虫防病效果,同时它还能够很好的起到保水、增加肥效的作用。。
具体实施方式
一种利用玉米秸秆配制而得的块状草莓栽培基,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:蛭石粉12、香蕉皮粉2、棉籽壳5、腐殖酸1、烟草梗5、河沙5、腐乳粉4、猪粪15、水稻秸秆100、卵磷脂0.2、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚0.4、醇醚糖苷0.1、荜澄茄0.5,牡荆叶0.5、大叶紫珠0.1、刺苋菜0.3。
所述的一种利用玉米秸秆配制而得的块状草莓栽培基,制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)荜澄茄、牡荆叶、大叶紫珠、刺苋菜混匀后,于食醋溶液中浸泡5小时,过滤,去离子水洗涤,干燥,得干燥粉备用;
(2)水稻秸秆填充到炭化炉内,填充密度控制在0.5g/m3;然后在90℃保温10h,在150℃保温5h,升温至450℃保温45h,降温至180℃以上保温4h,再降温至40℃,出料,得秸秆生物质炭备用;
(3)将秸秆生物质炭在紫外波长为250nm下紫外辐照10秒,加水混匀,在40℃下搅拌0.5h后,再加入卵磷脂、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、醇醚糖苷、干燥粉,搅拌均匀后,过滤,用蒸馏水洗涤滤渣,至滤液呈中性,在30℃下300rpm下搅拌1h,过滤,用蒸馏水洗涤滤渣,至滤液呈中性,滤渣于70℃下干燥后,即得复配秸秆生物质炭备用;
(4)香蕉皮粉、棉籽壳、腐殖酸、烟草梗、河沙、腐乳粉、猪粪混匀后,室温发酵24小时,风干,磨粉再与复配秸秆生物质炭以及其余原料混匀,常规工艺压制成块后,即得。

1.一种利用玉米秸秆配制而得的块状草莓栽培基,其特征在于:其是由下述重量份的原料制得:蛭石粉12-15、香蕉皮粉2-4、棉籽壳5-10、腐殖酸1-2、烟草梗5-10、河沙5-10、腐乳粉4-7、猪粪15-20、水稻秸秆100-110、卵磷脂0.2-0.3、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚0.4-0.8、醇醚糖苷0.1-0.2、荜澄茄0.5-1.5,牡荆叶0.5-1、大叶紫珠0.1-0.2、刺苋菜0.3-0.5。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种利用玉米秸秆配制而得的块状草莓栽培基,其特征在于:制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)荜澄茄、牡荆叶、大叶紫珠、刺苋菜混匀后,于食醋溶液中浸泡5-8小时,过滤,去离子水洗涤,干燥,得干燥粉备用;
