背景技术
香料是织物处理组合物中的有用成分。其可以在洗衣过程中被提供给织物,例如通过主洗洗涤剂组合物;漂洗附加组合物,或者其可以通过洗衣辅助组合物提供。
发明内容
存在对于通过洗衣辅助组合物递送香料,可以增加香料香味强度性能的问题。
本发明的目的是增加洗衣过程中的香味强度性能。
我们现在已经发现,如果含有香料的洗衣辅助组合物包含阳离子聚合物和硅氧烷,则香味强度增强。
因此,本发明在本发明的第一方面中提供一种织物处理组合物,其包含:
a)50至95重量%的聚乙二醇;
b)0.1至15重量%的香料;
c)0.1至2.5重量%的阳离子聚合物;和
d)0.1至5重量%的硅氧烷。
优选地,聚乙二醇以55至95重量%的含量存在,更优选60至90重量%。优选地,聚乙二醇具有2,000至20,000的分子量,更优选3,000至12,000,最优选6,000至10,000。
任选地,存在除聚乙二醇之外的第二载体。第二载体可以以5至45重量%的含量存在,优选5至40重量%,更优选7.5至35重量%。如果存在,则优选第二载体是淀粉。如果存在,则优选淀粉以5至45重量%的含量存在,更优选5至40重量%,最优选7.5至35重量%,例如7.5至30重量%或甚至7.5至27.5重量%。

优选地,硅氧烷以0.2至5重量%的含量存在,更优选0.5至4重量%。优选地,硅氧烷选自:PDMS;硅氧烷聚醚;季阳离子或氨基硅氧烷;和阴离子硅氧烷,例如引入羧基官能性、硫酸盐官能性、磺基官能性、磷酸盐官能性和/或膦酸盐官能性的硅氧烷。优选地,硅氧烷是阴离子硅氧烷,优选羧基官能化硅氧烷。
优选地,织物处理组合物包含:
a)60至90重量%的具有3,000至12,000分子量的聚乙二醇;
b)0.1至15重量%的香料;
c)0.1至2重量%的阳离子多糖聚合物,优选阳离子多糖聚合物;和
d)0.2至4重量%的阴离子硅氧烷,优选羧基官能化硅氧烷。
优选地,组合物是锭剂形式。优选地,锭剂具有圆形、球形、椭圆形或菱形的形状。更优选地,形状是具有平坦底部的圆形。优选地,每个锭剂具有0.05mg至2g的质量。
优选地,组合物还包含以下成分中的一种或多种:调色染料(shading dye)、酶、抗再沉积聚合物、染料转移抑制性聚合物、去污聚合物、螯合剂和/或荧光剂。
具体实施方式
聚乙二醇(PEG)
织物处理组合物包含50至95重量%的聚乙二醇。PEG的优选含量为55至95重量%,更优选60至90重量%。
PEG是环氧乙烷的聚合物。PEG聚合物可以以多种不同分子量制造。适合的分子量范围为2,000至20,000,更优选3,000至12,000,最优选6,000至10,000。
其他载体材料
除了聚乙二醇之外,组合物还可以另外包含第二载体材料。
第二载体可以以5至45重量%的含量存在,优选5至40重量%,更优选7.5至35重量%。如果存在,则优选第二载体是淀粉。如果存在,则优选淀粉以5至45重量%的含量存在,更优选5至40重量%,最优选7.5至35重量%,例如7.5至30重量%或甚至7.5至27.5重量%。
淀粉是碳水化合物。淀粉可以被改性或精制。淀粉的优选类型是木薯淀粉。
香料
组合物包含0.1至15重量%的香料。优选地,组合物包含1至12重量%的香料,更优选1.5至10重量%的香料。香料的许多适合实例在CFTA Publications出版的CTFA(Cosmetic,Toiletry and Fragrance Association)1992 International Buyers Guide和Schnell Publishing Co.出版的OPD 1993 Chemicals Buyers Directory 80th AnnualEdition中提供。
香料可以是游离香料油、香料包封物或其混合物的形式。
阳离子聚合物
组合物包含含量为0.1至2.5重量%的阳离子聚合物,优选0.1至2重量%,更优选0.1至1.5重量%。
该术语指具有总体正电荷的聚合物。
优选地,阳离子聚合物选自:阳离子多糖聚合物,和具有阳离子质子化胺或季铵官能性的阳离子非糖聚合物,所述阳离子非糖聚合物是源自含有氨基或季氮官能团的单体的、从以下单体类别中的至少一种聚合的均聚物或共聚物:丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸酯、丙烯酰胺、甲基丙烯酰胺;烯丙基类(包括二烯丙基和甲基烯丙基);乙烯亚胺;和/或乙烯基单体类,及其混合物。
最优选地,阳离子聚合物是阳离子多糖聚合物。
更优选地,阳离子多糖聚合物是阳离子瓜尔胶或阳离子纤维素聚合物。最优选地,阳离子聚合物是阳离子纤维素聚合物,例如季化(quaternised)羟乙基纤维素。
组合物可以包含单一阳离子聚合物或来自相同或不同类别的阳离子聚合物的混合物,即组合物可以含有阳离子多糖聚合物和阳离子非多糖聚合物。适合的商业阳离子非多糖聚合物是优选但不排他地取自Polyquarternium系列的一些,例如Polyquat5、6、7、11、15、16、28、32、37和46,其以Flocare、Merquat、Salcare、Mirapol、Gafquat和Luviquat商品名商售。可以使用阳离子非多糖类而不遵照Polyquarternium命名法。
适用于本发明的阳离子多糖聚合物的优选类别是具有被改性以引入季铵盐的多糖骨架的那些。优选地,季铵盐通过羟乙基或羟丙基连接到多糖骨架。优选地,季铵盐的带电氮具有一个或多个烷基取代基。
优选的阳离子多糖基聚合物具有瓜尔胶基或纤维素基骨架。最优选的是纤维素基阳离子聚合物。
瓜尔胶是具有β-1,4连接的甘露糖骨架的半乳甘露聚糖,所述骨架具有通向α-1,6连接的半乳糖单元的分支点。
适合的阳离子瓜尔胶衍生物,例如瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵,其具体实例包括可从Rhone-Poulenc Incorporated商购的Jaguar系列和可从Aqualon Division ofHercules,Inc商购的N-Hance系列。
优选的瓜尔胶基阳离子聚合物的实例是瓜尔胶2-羟基-3-(三甲基铵)丙醚盐。
纤维素是以葡萄糖为其单体的多糖,具体地,其是通过β-1,4糖苷键连接的D-吡喃葡萄糖单元的直链聚合物并且是直链的、非支化的聚合物。
实例阳离子纤维素聚合物是与三甲基铵取代的环氧化物反应的羟乙基纤维素的盐,在国际化妆品成分命名法的领域中称为Polyquatemium 10并可从Dow ChemicalCompany商购,作为UCARE LR和JR系列聚合物销售。其他聚合物从Dow Chemical Company以SoftCAT商品名销售。其他适合类型的阳离子纤维素包括与月桂基二甲基铵取代的环氧化物反应的羟乙基纤维素的聚合季铵盐,在国际化妆品成分命名法的领域中称为Polyquatemium 24。
优选的阳离子纤维素聚合物的典型实例包括椰油基二甲基铵羟丙基氧乙基纤维素、月桂基二甲基铵羟丙基氧乙基纤维素、硬脂基二甲基铵羟丙基氧乙基纤维素和硬脂基二甲基铵羟乙基纤维素;纤维素2-羟乙基2-羟基3-(三甲基铵基)丙醚盐、polyquaternium-4、polyquaternium-10、polyquaternium-24和polyquaternium-67或其混合物。
更优选地,阳离子纤维素聚合物是季化羟基醚纤维素阳离子聚合物。这些通常被称为polyquaternium-10。根据本发明使用的适合的商业阳离子纤维素聚合物产品由DowChemical Corporation以商品名UCARE销售。
阳离子聚合物的抗衡离子可以自由地选自卤阴离子:氯阴离子、溴阴离子和碘阴离子;或来自氢氧根、磷酸根、硫酸根、硫酸氢根、乙基硫酸根、甲基硫酸根、甲酸根和乙酸根。
上述阳离子聚合物中的许多可以以大量不同的分子量合成和商购获得。优选地,阳离子聚合物的分子量为10,000至2,000,000道尔顿,更优选100,000至1,000,000道尔顿,甚至更优选250,000至1,000,000道尔顿。
硅氧烷
组合物包含0.1至5重量%含量的织物柔软性硅氧烷,优选0.2至5重量%,更优选0.5至4重量%。
硅氧烷优选选自:PDMS;硅氧烷聚醚;季阳离子或氨基硅氧烷;和阴离子硅氧烷,例如引入羧基官能性、硫酸盐官能性、磺基官能性、磷酸盐官能性和/或膦酸盐官能性的硅氧烷。
优选的硅氧烷是氨基硅氧烷或阴离子硅氧烷。最优选的是阴离子硅氧烷。
氨基硅氧烷可以以胺或阳离子的形式存在。
氨基硅氧烷的实例是氮含量为0.1至0.8%的氮基官能硅氧烷。
优选地,氨基硅氧烷具有1,000至100,000的分子量,更优选2,000至50,000,甚至更优选5,000至50,000。
阴离子硅氧烷的实例是引入羧基官能性、硫酸盐官能性、磺基官能性、磷酸盐官能性和/或膦酸盐官能性的硅氧烷。优选的阴离子硅氧烷是羧基官能化硅氧烷。
阴离子硅氧烷可以是酸或阴离子的形式。例如对于羧基官能化硅氧烷,其可以作为羧酸或羧酸根阴离子存在。
优选地,阴离子硅氧烷具有1,000至100,000的分子量,更优选2,000至50,000,甚至更优选5,000至50,000,最优选10,000至50,000。
优选地,阴离子硅氧烷具有至少1mol%,优选2mol%的阴离子基团含量。
织物处理组合物的形式
织物处理物可以成形为任何适合的形式。它可以采取片材的形式,或优选地形成锭剂。
将锭剂组合物熔化,然后保持在60℃+/-10℃的温度下,然后泵送至穿孔的圆筒上,该圆筒以最终产品的期望形状穿孔。然后将熔体递送至冷冻的钢带以快速冷却并固化锭剂。
可以将锭剂加工成任何期望的形状,包括圆形、球形、椭圆形、菱形等。优选地,形状是具有平坦底部的圆形。
锭剂的优选质量是0.05mg至2g。
另外的成分
洗衣处理组合物还可以任选地包含以下任选成分中的一种或多种:调色染料、酶、抗再沉积聚合物、抑制染料转移的聚合物、去污聚合物、螯合剂和/或荧光剂。
调色染料
调色染料在洗涤过程的洗涤或漂洗步骤期间沉积到织物,将可见色彩提供到织物。白色服装的调色可以根据消费者偏好以任何颜色进行。蓝色和紫色是特别优选的色调,因此优选的染料或染料混合物是在白色织物上产生蓝色或紫色色调的一些。所用调色染料优选为蓝色或紫色。
调色染料发色团优选选自:单偶氮、双偶氮、三苯甲烷、三酚二噁嗪(triphenodioxazine)、酞菁、萘内酰胺、吖嗪和蒽醌。最优选地,单偶氮、双偶氮、吖嗪和蒽醌。
最优选地,染料携带至少一个磺酸酯基团。
优选的调色染料选自直接染料、酸性染料、疏水染料、阳离子染料和反应性染料。
如果包括,则调色染料优选以0.0001至0.01重量%范围存在于组合物中。
酶
酶也可以存在于制剂中。优选的酶包括蛋白酶、脂肪酶、果胶酸裂解酶、淀粉酶、角质酶、纤维素酶、甘露聚糖酶。如果存在,则酶可以用已知的酶稳定剂例如硼酸来稳定。
抗再沉积聚合物
抗再沉积聚合物目的是使污物悬浮或分散。通常,抗再沉积聚合物是乙氧基化和/或丙氧基化聚乙烯亚胺材料。
染料转移抑制剂
现代洗涤剂组合物通常使用聚合物作为所谓的“染料转移抑制剂”。这些阻止了染料的迁移,特别是在长浸泡时间期间。通常,这样的染料转移抑制剂包括聚乙烯吡咯烷酮聚合物、多胺N-氧化物聚合物、N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮和N-乙烯基咪唑的共聚物、锰酞菁、过氧化物酶及其混合物,并且通常以基于洗衣组合物中的总量的0.01至10重量%的含量存在。
去污聚合物
去污聚合物目的是使织物表面改性以便于更容易去除污物。通常,去污聚合物是基于或是聚乙二醇/乙酸乙烯酯共聚物或聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯聚酯的衍生物。
荧光剂
组合物可以包含荧光剂(光学增白剂)。荧光剂是众所周知的,并且许多这样的荧光剂可商购。通常,这些荧光剂以其碱金属盐例如钠盐的形式供应和使用。组合物中使用的一种或多种荧光剂的总量通常为0.005至2重量%,更优选0.01至0.1重量%。

锭剂
锭剂通过将聚乙二醇加热至熔融至75℃而制备。在搅拌下加入淀粉。然后在搅拌下加入阳离子聚合物和硅氧烷。然后将熔体冷却至60℃,此时在搅拌下加入香料和包封的香料。将熔融的混合物进料通过穿孔的滚动圆筒,然后落到冷冻的钢带式输送机上。当熔融的混合物落到冷表面上时,锭剂将形成,因为熔体固化。
洗涤实验
将Miele机设置为40℃棉花短周期。用于本研究的水硬度为26度FH(3:1的钙:镁比)。
将包含Polycotton床单布(约50×100cm大小)和15个Terry毛巾方块(20×20cm大小)的2kg压仓负载加入到机器卷筒中。毛巾方块与床单布在洗涤机中以随机顺序混合,使得它们不在一起。
将30g的锭剂加入到卷筒中,然后加入混合的织物,并且最后将液体洗涤剂(制剂A)通过定量给料球加到卷筒中,关闭门,然后机器开始洗涤。一旦洗涤完成,从机器中取出负载,将terry毛巾方块分开并在架子上挂干。将其余负载用烘干机干燥。一旦terry毛巾方块是干燥的,则再次重复整个过程以实现4次洗涤并干燥。
在第四个周期结束时,将毛巾置于受控条件环境(20℃,65%RH)中1周。然后它们继续进行感官评价。
感官方案-香料强度
使用小组评分感官技术进行香料强度试验。将布(每个标有3位数字代码)展示给参与者。测试样品以随机顺序展示。参与者被要求双手拿起测试布,并需要轻轻地操作其靠近他们的鼻子,注意香料有多强烈,然后被要求在0-100之间对毛巾评分。
香味强度
5位小组成员中的4位看到增加的香料香味强度的技术效果。当考虑到5位小组成员的1和Z之间的平均增加或减少%时,可以清楚地看到这种效果。5位小组成员的1和Z之间的平均增加或减少%是44%[(223-154)/154]。

8.根据任一前述权利要求所述的组合物,其中所述阳离子聚合物是阳离子多糖聚合物,优选阳离子纤维素聚合物或阳离子瓜尔胶聚合物,最优选阳离子纤维素聚合物。
9.根据任一前述权利要求所述的组合物,其中所述硅氧烷以0.2至5重量%的含量存在,优选0.5至4重量%。
10.根据任一前述权利要求所述的组合物,其中所述硅氧烷选自:PDMS;硅氧烷聚醚;季阳离子或氨基硅氧烷;和阴离子硅氧烷,所述阴离子硅氧烷包括引入羧基官能性、硫酸盐官能性、磺基官能性、磷酸盐官能性和/或膦酸盐官能性的那些硅氧烷。
11.根据任一前述权利要求所述的组合物,其中所述硅氧烷是阴离子硅氧烷,优选羧基官能化硅氧烷。
12.根据任一前述权利要求所述的组合物,其中所述组合物是锭剂形式。
13.根据权利要求11所述的组合物,其中所述锭剂具有圆形、球形、椭圆形或菱形的形状,优选地,所述形状是具有平坦底部的圆形。
14.根据权利要求11或权利要求12所述的组合物,其中每个锭剂具有0.05mg至2g的质量。
15.根据任一前述权利要求所述的组合物,其还包含以下成分中的一种或多种:调色染料、酶、抗再沉积聚合物、染料转移抑制性聚合物、去污聚合物、螯合剂和/或荧光剂。
