Abstract

本发明一种可更换刀板的药材切割铡刀，由固定刀板、刀片、刀柄、销轴、可更换刀板和螺钉组成；所述的刀片通过销轴安装在固定刀板上，刀片端部设置有刀柄；所述的可更换刀板设置在固定刀板的凹槽内，且位于刀片的正下方，可更换刀板与固定刀板之间通过螺钉连接紧固。所述的固定刀板和可更换刀板采用的是45钢。本发明当可更换刀板被磨损和切割出凹槽时，只需要拧下螺钉，更换成一块新的可更换刀板即可。本发明新结构简单，延长了铡刀的使用寿命，实用性强。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种铡刀，特别涉及一种可更换刀板的药材切割铡刀。
背景技术
在中药材加工过程中，常需要将药材进行切割处理，方便下一工序的加工处理。然而，前人们所使用的药材铡刀，刀长时间的固定起落在切板上的同一位置，易把板面切出凹槽来，而出现有些药材不能一刀切断现象的情况发生，响工作效率。
中国专利ZL201620677062.0提出了一种可移动刀片的设计，目的是当刀板切出凹槽后，通过调整刀片与切板的相对位置，达到延长其使用寿命的优点。这样的设计虽然一定程度上提高了铡刀的使用寿命，但是并没有解决节约资源的问题，因为两螺栓孔之间只能使用一次，即出现了凹槽就需要调整刀片的位置，并不能充分利用刀板；且这样的设计，刀板的尺寸很大，对安装的台架要求较高。
发明内容
为解决上述的难题，本发明提出一种可更换刀板的药材切割铡刀，本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的：
一种可更换刀板的药材切割铡刀，由固定刀板、刀片、刀柄、销轴、可更换刀板和螺钉组成；所述的刀片通过销轴安装在固定刀板上，刀片端部设置有刀柄；所述的可更换刀板设置在固定刀板的凹槽内，且位于刀片的正下方，可更换刀板与固定刀板之间通过螺钉连接紧固。
作为优选，所述的固定刀板和可更换刀板采用的是45钢。
本发明的有益效果是：通过在在固定刀板的凹槽内，且位于刀片的正下方设置可更换刀板，当可更换刀板被磨损和切割出凹槽时，只需要拧下螺钉，更换成一块新的可更换刀板即可，对铡刀的整体性能和使用没有任何影响。由于螺钉的拆装简单，因此更换起来和便捷，且所述的固定刀板和可更换刀板采用的是45钢，价格低廉。本发明新结构简单，延长了铡刀的使用寿命，实用性强。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本发明一种可更换刀板的药材切割铡刀，由固定刀板1、刀片2、刀柄3、销轴4、可更换刀板5和螺钉6组成；所述的刀片2通过销轴4安装在固定刀板1上，刀片2端部设置有刀柄3；所述的可更换刀板5设置在固定刀板1的凹槽内，且位于刀片2的正下方，可更换刀板5与固定刀板1之间通过螺钉6连接紧固。所述的固定刀板1和可更换刀板5采用的是45钢。
本发明的工作原理如下：通过在在固定刀板1的凹槽内，且位于刀片2的正下方设置可更换刀板5，当可更换刀板5被磨损和切割出凹槽时，只需要拧下螺钉6，更换成一块新的可更换刀板5即可，对铡刀的整体性能和使用没有任何影响。由于螺钉6的拆装简单，因此更换起来和便捷，且所述的固定刀板1和可更换刀板5采用的是45钢，价格低廉。本发明新结构简单，延长了铡刀的使用寿命，实用性强。

1.一种可更换刀板的药材切割铡刀，其特征在于，由固定刀板、刀片、刀柄、销轴、可更换刀板和螺钉组成；
所述的刀片通过销轴安装在固定刀板上，刀片端部设置有刀柄；
所述的可更换刀板设置在固定刀板的凹槽内，且位于刀片的正下方，可更换刀板与固定刀板之间通过螺钉连接紧固。
