本发明提供一种强根健发头皮洗护液。该强根健发头皮洗护液是一种含有中草药成分的多用途洗发用品，其不含硅油、化学起泡剂、防腐剂、色素、香精等各种可能对人体健康造成危害的添加剂。该洗护液不但可以清洁毛发、有效去屑止痒、滋润头皮、防脱发、生发乌发、保湿、杀抑菌、防止细菌、微生物、病毒的粘附，还可以有效防止及治疗头皮癣、头皮炎、烂头皮、头皮痘痘、毛囊炎之类的由细菌真菌微生物引起的皮肤病，大大提高头皮毛囊的免疫力，经常使用可以带来健康。

一种强根健发头皮洗护液，它的制备方法主要是使用基础液常温浸泡中草药的方式获得，其原料分成基础液和中草药二大部分，按质量百分数计，基础液75％-85％，中草药15％-25％。

基础液，按质量百分数计，其原料配比如下：水35％55％；复配表面活性剂20％30％；尿囊素0.1％0.5％；透明质酸0.1％0.5％；神经酰胺0.1％0.5％；食用级甘油5％15％；水溶性羊毛脂5％10％；食用级乳酸1％5％。
第二步、配制中草药：
中草药，按质量百分数计，其原料配比如下：无患子10％15％；皂角6％12％；何首乌6％12％；生姜5％10％；紫草5％10％；人参5％10％；柠檬4％8％；女贞子4％8％；侧柏叶4％8％；当归3％6％；川芎3％6％；黄芪3％6％；丹参3％6％；桑白皮3％6％；墨旱莲3％6％。
第三步，将前二步准备的原料按基础液75％-85％，中草药15％-25％的配比混合均匀，常温浸泡3-7天，期间使用分光光度仪检测液体的色度及浓度，并检测PH值，如果达到现行化妆品标准，就可以通过过滤沉淀的方法获得棕红色油状外观的强根健发头皮洗护液。
本发明有如下优点：
本发明利用了复配表面活性剂的增溶、乳化、润湿、助悬、起泡和消泡的作用，通过浸泡方式萃取中草药中有效成分及活性成分，特别是中草药中难溶性的有效成分通过表面活性剂的增溶作用可形成透明溶液及增加浓度。整个萃取过程都是在常温状态下进行，相比传统的煎药方法，高温会破坏中草药中的一些有效成分及活性成分，就像同种中药泡酒产生的效果要大于煎药产生的效果。所以采用常温萃取方法可以更好的保持中草药中的有效成分及活性成分。相比用酒或者食用油等浸泡中草药方法，本法用时短效率高，萃取的中草药有效成分更多。
本发明中各种成分及配比都经过了反复的大量实验，根据实验结果进行科学配比，以求达到外观、香味、泡沫、柔顺度、功效、泡沫、洗发的过程、洗后的感觉、成分的安全环保性等的尽量完美。
本洗护液里添加的中草药多达15味，它们科学配比，互补配搭，具有以下效果：
1、添加的具有杀菌、抑菌、防腐效果的中草药有：1、紫草，2、无患子，3、生姜，4、黄芪。
2、添加的具有去屑、止痒效果的中草药有：1、紫草，2、黄芪，3、无患子，4、生姜，5、川芎，6、何首乌。
3、添加的具有活血、修复滋润头皮效果的中草药有：1、人参，2、丹参，3、黄芪，4、桑白皮，5、生姜，6、川芎，7、无患子，8、柠檬，9、何首乌。
4、添加的具有防脱发、生发效果的中草药有：1、丹参，2、侧柏叶，3、桑白皮，4、皂角，5、生姜。
5、添加的具有须发早白、乌发效果的中草药有：1、何首乌，2、侧柏叶，3、墨旱莲，4、女贞子。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
实例一 一种强根健发头皮洗护液，其原料配比为基础液80％，中草药20％：
一、基础液成分：1、水51％；2、复配表面活性剂30％；3、尿囊素0.3％；4、透明质酸0.3％；5、神经酰胺0.4％；6、食用级甘油10％；7、水溶性羊毛脂6％；8、食用级乳酸2％。
二、中草药成分：1、无患子15％；2、皂角10％；3、何首乌8％；4、生姜8％；5、紫草8％；6、人参8％；7、柠檬6％；8、女贞子6％；9、侧柏叶5％；10、当归5％；11、川芎5％；12、黄芪4％；13、丹参4％；14、桑白皮4％；15、墨旱莲4％。
本发明一种强根健发头皮洗护液的制备方法如下：
第一步、配制基础液：

本发明的强根健发头皮洗护液同时具备以下特点：
1、使用一次：严重头皮屑、止痒、去污、控油可以做到洗一次有明显效果，并且可以保持3天以上。
2、使用三至十次：脱发现象明显减少，秃顶少发人士开始生发。
3、长期使用：头皮健康，头发更乌黑亮泽，脱发变少，少发人士头发明显浓密。
4、是无硅油产品，但是洗发过程及洗发后的柔顺度可以与有硅油的洗发水相媲美，部分甚至超过硅油洗发水，洗后的头发即蓬松又顺滑，不易粘附灰尘，是真正的健康顺滑。
5、重要的特点；在确保产品功效的同时，无添加有害成分，保证了产品安全环保，对人体无害及无副作用，长期使用可以带来健康。
使用方法及说明：
本品的特点是洗护二合一，先洗一遍，再护理一遍；
1、第一遍清洁，采用干洗法：先用水打湿头皮毛发，均匀涂抹原液到头皮表面及头发上，轻轻按摩头皮头发，3-10分钟以后加水冲洗干净，第一遍洗涤过程泡沫相对较少。
2、第二遍洗发主要起护理作用方法：洗好第一遍以后，再按需加入原液，按摩头皮及头发产生丰富的泡沫，1-5分钟以后冲洗干净即可。
二、使用频次：
正常洗头，每次洗后对去屑、止痒、去污、控油等效果基本上可以保持≥3天，所以建议3天洗一次。
脱发秃顶严重者，建议1-2天洗一次，可以加快生发过程和减少脱发。
1、有头皮癣、头皮炎、烂头皮、头皮痘痘、毛囊炎的每次洗头以后用本品原液涂于问题处。

1.一种强根健发头皮洗护液，其特征在于，其原料分成基础液和中草药两部分，按质量百分数计，基础液75％-85％，中草药15％-25％；
所述基础液，按质量百分数计，其原料配比为：水复配表面活性剂尿囊素透明质酸神经酰胺 食用级甘油水溶性羊毛脂食用级乳酸
所述中草药，按质量百分数计，其原料配比为：无患子皂角何首乌生姜紫草人参柠檬女贞子侧柏叶当归川芎 黄芪丹参桑白皮墨旱莲
2.一种强根健发头皮洗护液的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
第一步、配制基础液：
基础液，按质量百分数计，其原料配比如下：水复配表面活性剂尿囊素透明质酸神经酰胺 食用级甘油水溶性羊毛脂食用级乳酸
第二步、配制中草药：
中草药，按质量百分数计，其原料配比为：无患子皂角 何首乌生姜紫草人参柠檬女贞子侧柏叶当归川芎黄芪丹参桑白皮墨旱莲
第三步，将前两步准备的原料按基础液75％-85％，中草药15％-25％配比混合均匀，常温浸泡3-7天，期间使用分光光度仪检测液体的色度及浓度，并检测PH值，如果达到现行化妆品标准，就可以通过过滤沉淀的方法获得棕红色油状外观的强根健发头皮洗护液。
