本发明实施例提供了一种用于传输消息的方法和用户设备,该方法包括:确定待发送消息的优先级;获取资源参数,该资源参数包括指示资源池使用状态和/或该待发送消息的资源需求的参数;根据该待发送消息的优先级和该资源参数选择发送该待发送消息的资源池和/或传输模式。该用户设备包括确定模块、获取模块和选择模块。本发明实施例中,待发送消息的用户设备通过确定该待发送消息的优先级,获取资源参数,根据该待发送消息的优先级和该资源参数选择发送该待发送消息的资源池和/或传输模式并发送该待发送消息,可以根据不同的资源参数灵活得选择资源,从而提高了资源利用率,避免了资源浪费。
