Abstract
一种无磷消毒洗衣粉,由二聚硅酸钠,聚丙烯酸钠,阴离子、非离子表面活性剂的复配,过碳酸钠,碳酸氢钠,硫酸钠等配成,具有去污力等各项指标达到和超过国家标准,洗涤废水排放实现100%无磷化,所用材料可生物降解,对环境不形成任何污染,杀灭细菌能力高达95%以上,对人体无刺激,无蓄积毒性作用,对织物和器皿无损害、无腐蚀、长期使用安全无害,是适用范围广泛的消毒洗涤用品。
Description
本发明涉及一种粉状合成洗涤剂无磷化消毒配方。
现有的有磷洗衣粉的配方中含有15-50%的聚磷酸盐,聚磷酸盐导致地表水”富营养”化,从而造成极大的环境污染,破坏生态平衡。世界上的发达国家已明文规定在合成洗涤品中限制或禁止使用磷酸盐,用无磷洗衣粉代替有磷洗衣粉是发展的方向。无磷洗衣粉的现有配方(专利申请号:94104517)采用偏硅酸钠和聚丙烯酸钠的混配物,也有采用柠檬酸盐、氮氚醋酸盐、沸石等作为无磷洗衣粉的软水成份,以及使用单纯非离子活性剂等的配方均存在对污垢离子的悬浮、分散性能较差、去污力不理想等缺陷。
现有消毒洗衣粉多为含氯或含季氨盐的产品,前者有刺激性大,冲洗不净会损伤衣物的缺点;后者消毒效果差,去污能力不强,有致皮肤过敏现象。
本发明的目的是改进上述现有技术的缺点,提供一种无磷,去污力强,具有消毒作用,对人体无刺激,对织物无损害,能完全生物降解,对环境彻底无污染的洗衣粉。
本发明是这样实现的:本发明的无磷化消毒洗衣粉是选用下列成份及其重量百分比:
二聚硅酸钠10-30%;聚丙烯酸钠4-10%;非离子表面活性剂10-20%;阴离子表面活性剂4-10%;过碳酸钠8-20%;碳酸氢钠10-30%;硫酸钠10-30%。另含香精少量。
二聚硅酸钠能与水中金属离子起置换反应而生成水不溶物。由于聚硅酸盐的分子量大于正硅酸盐和偏硅酸盐,所形成的胶体溶液对污垢离子的悬浮,分散作用优于后两者;聚丙烯酸钠能降低水的硬度,有絮凝作用,使污渍不易沉积;当二聚硅酸钠和聚丙烯酸钠混合使用时,对污垢离子有较强的悬浮、分散、乳化作用,且能降低水的硬度,使形成的悬浮液易于清洗;采用非离子表面活性剂与阴离子表面活性剂的复配,是洗涤的主要成份,具有较高的去污除垢能力;碳酸氢钠起助洗作用,进一步提高去污力;在配方中采用过碳酸钠,能释放出一种过氧化物H2O2,对细菌有较强的杀灭作用,对织物有漂白、增艳的作用,其水溶解度高,与其它成分协同作用,使得本产品既有较强的去污除垢能力,能较好的杀菌消毒。
本发明产品去污力等各项指标达到和超过国家标准,洗涤废水排放实现100%无磷化,所用材料可生物降解,对环境不形成任何污染,杀灭细菌能力高达95%以上,对人体无刺激,无蓄积毒性作用,对织物和器皿无损害、无腐蚀、长期使用安全无害,是适用范围广泛的消毒洗涤用品。

在本发明的实施过程中,二聚硅酸钠的用量优选为:15-30%(重量百分比);聚丙烯酸钠的用量优选为:5-10%(重量百分比)。
本发明经四川省日用化工产品质量监督检验站检验,未检出总五氧化二磷,去污力大于1.0,符合国家标准GB13174对无磷洗衣粉WL--B型的要求。

1.一种无磷消毒洗衣粉,其特征在于它是选用下列成分及其重量百分比:
二聚硅酸钠 10-30%
非离子表面活性剂 10-20%
阴离子表面活性剂 4-10%
聚丙烯酸钠 4-10%
过碳酸钠 8-20%
碳酸氢钠 10-30%
硫酸钠 10-30%。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种无磷消毒洗衣粉,其特征在于:二聚硅酸钠的用量为15-30%。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种无磷消毒洗衣粉,其特征在于:聚丙烯酸钠的用量为5-10%。
