本发明涉及一种过水管件,特别是指一种管件连接结构及其制作方法。
背景技术
PERT是一种可用于热水的非交联的聚乙烯管,也是中密度聚乙烯管,其不仅具有耐高温的特点,还具有柔韧性好,耐压性好,无毒,无味,无污染、耐低温等特点,十分适合过水组件的材料。且过水组件由铜材质更改为 PERT 等塑料材质,材料成本和零件加工成本大幅度降低,减少了铜材质过水组件所含重金属对人体的伤害,从而提升产品的市场竞争力。
但目前管件的连接结构通常是由塑料较管配合金属接头或是通过金属包覆连接塑料软管与塑料接头,这样的结构起初虽然能够达到良好的密封连接作用,但随着使用年限的增加,由于存在金属硬质配合的作用,容易在连接处导致漏水发生,其耐爆耐压效果不甚理想。
于是便出现了PERT塑料软管与PERT塑料接头通过激光焊接配合在一起的结构,此结构虽具有较佳的密封连接作用,但是PERT塑料接头材质较软,致使接头处的仍存在耐压不足、强度较低,安全性较差的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在提供一种材料成本低,且具有耐压强度高、安全性佳的管件结构及其制作方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明的解决方案是:
一种管件连接结构,其包括一为具有吸光颜色的PERT或PEX材质的软管,以及一为具有透光颜色的PP、PE、POM或PA材质的管状接头;或者其包括一为具有透光颜色的PERT或PEX材质的软管,以及一为具有吸光颜色的PP、PE、POM或PA材质的管状接头,软管的端部与管状接头端头套置配合而熔接在一起。
所述管状接头端头形成与软管端部外径相适配的二级阶梯孔,该二级阶梯孔沿该管状接头轴向从内到外依次包括一小孔和一大孔;所述软管端部套接于上述二级阶梯孔的大孔内,则管状接头为透光颜色材质,而软管为具有吸光颜色的材质。

一种管件连接结构的制作方法,其包括其包括一为具有吸光颜色的PERT或PEX材质的软管,以及一为具有透光颜色的PP、PE、POM或PA材质的管状接头;或者其包括一为具有透光颜色的PERT或PEX材质的软管,以及一为具有吸光颜色的PP、PE、POM或PA材质的管状接头,软管的端部与管状接头端头套置配合而通过激光焊接相固接,激光焊接的参数为:功率13~28W,转速为45~50rpm。
所述激光焊接的参数为:功率18W,转速为45rpm。
采用上述方案后,本发明通过采用PP、PE、POM或PA材质的管件接头与PERT或PEX材质的软管配合,二者可以较佳的熔接在一起,由于PP、PE、POM或PA材质较PRET材质较硬,同时又与PRET可以实现较佳的熔接,因此二者熔接在一起后,其在做爆破压测试时的强度可达500psi,由于PERT的拉伸强度模量是PP或PE的拉伸强度模量的1/3~1/2,通过激光焊接后相同结构的连接结构的强度性能可达原PERT管状接头的强度性能的2~3倍。

具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施方式结合附图对本发明的技术方案进行进一步的说明和描述。
如图1所示,本发明揭示了一种管件连接结构及其制作方法,其包括一管状接头1和一套于该管状接头1一端的软管2,其中管状接头1的材质为透光颜色的PP、PE、POM或PA,软管2的材质为具有吸光颜色(优选黑色)的PERT或PEX,管状接头1和软管2通过激光焊接相固接,激光焊接的参数为:功率13~28W,转速为45~50rpm,优选功率18W,转速为45rpm。所制得管件连接结构在做爆破压测试时的强度可达500psi。
在本发明的一个优选实施方案中,所述管状接头1的端头设有一二级阶梯孔10,该二级阶梯孔沿该管状接头1轴向从内到外依次包括一小孔101和一大孔102;所述软管2的端部套接于上述二级阶梯孔10的大孔102内。所述软管2的端部与所述大孔102过盈配合。所述过盈配合优选为单边过盈0~0.10mm。进一步优选为单边过盈0~0.08mm,使软管2与管状接头1的相连处具有一定的预压力,大大加强了激光焊接过程中相互的热接触。
优选的,所述管状接头1的材质为PP或PE(优选PP或PE中含有15~20%的玻璃纤维),所述软管2的材质为PERT。由于PERT的拉伸强度模量是PP或PE的拉伸强度模量的1/3~1/2,通过激光焊接后相同结构的连接结构的强度性能可达原PERT管状接头的强度性能的2~3倍。
配合图2所示,当然本发明的软管2端部亦可设有一二级阶梯孔20,该二级阶梯孔20沿该软管2轴向从内到外依次包括一小孔201和一大孔202;所述管状接头1的端头套接于上述二级阶梯孔20的大孔202内,则管状接头1的材质为具有吸光颜色(优选黑色)的PP、PE、POM或PA,软管2的材质为透光颜色的PERT或PEX。所述管状接头1的端头与所述大孔202过盈配合。所述过盈配合优选为单边过盈0~0.10mm。进一步优选为单边过盈0~0.08mm,使软管2与管状接头1的相连处具有一定的预压力,大大加强了激光焊接过程中相互的热接触。
综上所述,本发明通过采用PP、PE、POM或PA材质的管件接头1与PERT材质的软管2配合,二者可以较佳的熔接在一起,由于PP、PE、POM或PA材质较PRET材质较硬,同时又与PRET可以实现较佳的熔接,因此二者熔接在一起后,其在做爆破压测试时的强度可达500psi,由于PERT的拉伸强度模量是PP或PE的拉伸强度模量的1/3~1/2,通过激光焊接后相同结构的连接结构的强度性能可达原PERT管状接头的强度性能的2~3倍。
以上所述,仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,故不能依此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明涵盖的范围内。

Claims (10)

1.一种管件连接结构,其特征在于:其包括一为具有吸光颜色的PERT或PEX材质的软管,以及一为具有透光颜色的PP、PE、POM或PA材质的管状接头;或者其包括一为具有透光颜色的PERT或PEX材质的软管,以及一为具有吸光颜色的PP、PE、POM或PA材质的管状接头,软管的端部与管状接头端头套置配合而熔接在一起。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种管件连接结构,其特征在于:所述管状接头端头形成与软管端部外径相适配的二级阶梯孔,该二级阶梯孔沿该管状接头轴向从内到外依次包括一小孔和一大孔;所述软管端部套接于上述二级阶梯孔的大孔内,则管状接头为透光颜色材质,而软管为具有吸光颜色的材质。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种管件连接结构,其特征在于:所述软管端部与所述大孔过盈配合。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种管件连接结构,其特征在于:所述软管端部形成与管状接头端头外径相适配的二级阶梯孔,该二级阶梯孔沿该软管轴向从内到外依次包括一小孔和一大孔;所述管状接头端头套接于上述二级阶梯孔的大孔内,则软管为透光颜色材质,而为管状接头具有吸光颜色的材质。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种管件连接结构,其特征在于:所述管状接头端头与所述大孔过盈配合。
6.如权利要求3或5所述的一种管件连接结构,其特征在于:所述过盈配合为单边过盈0~0.10mm。
7.如权利要求6所述的一种管件连接结构,其特征在于:所述过盈配合为单边过盈0~0.08mm。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种管件连接结构,其特征在于:所述PP或PE中含有15~20%的玻璃纤维。
9.一种管件连接结构的制作方法,其包括其包括一为具有吸光颜色的PERT或PEX材质的软管,以及一为具有透光颜色的PP、PE、POM或PA材质的管状接头;或者其包括一为具有透光颜色的PERT或PEX材质的软管,以及一为具有吸光颜色的PP、PE、POM或PA材质的管状接头,软管的端部与管状接头端头套置配合而通过激光焊接相固接,激光焊接的参数为:功率13~28W,转速为45~50rpm。
10.如权利要求9所述的一种管件连接结构的制作方法,其特征在于:所述激光焊接的参数为:功率18W,转速为45rpm。
