Abstract

本发明涉及机械技术领域，公开了一种凸轮轴，包括：轴芯，及与轴芯一体形成的第一凸轮和第二凸轮，所述轴芯的一端沿径向形成有凸出部，所述凸出部侧面边缘上任意一点到轴芯的轴线距离均小于第一凸轮和第二凸轮各自边缘的任意一点到轴芯的轴线距离。本发明的凸轮轴结构简单，材料消耗较小，生产成本低。

技术领域
本发明涉及机械结构技术领域，特别涉及一种凸轮轴。
背景技术
现有凸轮轴如图1～3所示，包括：轴芯1、第一凸轮2、第二凸轮3及塑料齿盘连接部4。如图2所示，塑料齿盘5的连接部4都是采用四角星形结构，在径向方向的长度超过两个凸轮，尺寸较大。在制作时，毛坯件的直径要大于四角星的对角线，因此，加工时原材料浪费较大，成本高，加工难度大。而且在注塑形成塑料齿盘5时为了防止塑料齿盘5沿轴向移动，塑料齿盘5要完全包裹四角星形结构的连接部4，成型难度较大。
发明内容
本发明提出一种凸轮轴，解决了现有技术中原材料耗材大、生产成本高的问题。
本发明的一种凸轮轴，包括：轴芯，及与轴芯一体形成的第一凸轮和第二凸轮，所述轴芯的一端沿径向形成有凸出部，所述凸出部侧面边缘上任意一点到轴芯的轴线距离均小于第一凸轮和第二凸轮各自边缘的任意一点到轴芯的轴线距离。
其中，所述凸出部为沿轴芯周向的环形凸出部，且与所述轴芯一体形成。
其中，所述轴芯的侧壁形成有至少一个凹槽，且所述凹槽连通至所述凸出部。
其中，所述轴芯的侧壁形成有两个所述凹槽，两个凹槽沿轴芯的轴线对称。
本发明的凸轮轴结构简单，原材料消耗较小，生产成本低。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图，对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述，显然，所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例，而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例，本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例，都属于本发明保护的范围。
本实施例的一种凸轮轴如图4～6所示，包括：轴芯1，及与轴芯1一体形成的第一凸轮2和第二凸轮3。其中，轴芯1的一端沿径向形成有凸出部6，如图5所示，凸出部6的侧面边缘上任意一点到轴芯1的轴线距离均小于第一凸轮2和第二凸轮3各自边缘的任意一点到轴芯1的轴线距离。即第一凸轮2和第二凸轮3在垂直于轴芯1的平面上的投影均覆盖凸出部6在所述平面上的投影，或者说凸出部6在轴芯1的径向上均不会伸出第一凸轮2和第二凸轮3。凸出部6远小于现有的四角星结构，因此本实施例的凸轮轴结构简单，毛坯件体积较小，原材料消耗较小，生产成本低。
本实施例中，凸出部6为沿轴芯周向的环形凸出部，且与所述轴芯一体形成，环形凸出部6便于制作成型，而且在与塑料齿盘8连接时使整个塑料齿盘8受力均匀。
轴芯1的侧壁形成有至少一个凹槽7，且凹槽7连通至凸出部6。如图4和6所示，凹槽7的上沿和下面的凸出部6之间形成一个卡位结构，塑料齿盘8安装后增大与轴芯1侧壁的摩擦，避免塑料齿盘8受沿轴芯1的轴线方向的力太大时发生轴向位移。在塑料齿盘8注塑形成时不需要完全包裹整个凸出部6，节省了塑料材料，而且这种卡位的结构更容易注塑。
轴芯1的侧壁形成有两个凹槽7，两个凹槽7沿轴芯1的轴线对称，使塑料齿盘8受轴线方向的力更加均匀，进一步避免塑料齿盘8受沿轴芯1的轴线方向的侧向力太大时发生轴向位移。
本实施例的凸轮轴结构简单，材料消耗较小，生产成本低，实验证明在未影响产品整体使用效果的情况下，制造成本降低约20％。

1.一种凸轮轴，包括：轴芯1，及与轴芯1一体形成的第一凸轮2和第二凸轮3，其特征在于，所述轴芯1的一端沿径向形成有凸出部6，所述凸出部6侧面边缘上任意一点到轴芯1的轴线距离均小于第一凸轮2和第二凸轮3各自边缘的任意一点到轴芯1的轴线距离；所述凸出部6为沿轴芯1周向的环形凸出部6，且与所述轴芯1一体形成；所述轴芯1的侧壁形成有至少一个凹槽7，且所述凹槽7连通至所述凸出部6；所述轴芯1的侧壁形成有两个所述凹槽7，两个凹槽7沿轴芯1的轴线对称。
