Abstract
本发明涉及建筑材料的一种保温墙砖,其包括保温芯,保温芯由两块单元芯体正面与正面粘合连接而成。单元芯体呈立方体,其一半正面设有沿单元芯体顶面至底面均匀排列的内凹的矩形槽,各矩形槽朝向单元芯体一侧面为敞口,且顶部的矩形槽朝单元芯体顶面为敞口,底部的矩形槽朝单元芯体底面为敞口;单元芯体另一半正面设有沿单元芯体顶面至底面均匀排列的浇注孔,浇注孔贯通单元芯体正面和背面,且单元芯体中由顶面至底面,每设置两个矩形槽对应设置一个浇注孔;两块所述单元芯体粘合时,两块单元芯体的顶面朝向相同,且各单元芯体的每两个矩形槽均与相对单元芯体的一个浇注孔相通。本发明对保温芯进行了优化,使保温墙砖整体强度和保温效果较好。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料,是一种保温墙砖。
背景技术
保温砖是建筑领域中一种常用的砖材,其主要为了起到保温,节约能源的作用。传统的保温砖较多是采用后期填充保温材料制成,即先通过制砖模具制砖,砖块形成用于填充保温材料的槽腔,然后向槽腔内填充保温材料即制作形成保温砖。这类保温砖虽然制作生产简单,成本低,但整体强度不佳,保温效果参差不齐。而现有的保温砖较多采用保温材料随模具制砖浇注时一体成型, 一定程度上弥补了结构强度欠佳,保温效果参差不齐的缺点,但这类一体成型的保温砖仅仅是浇注料包裹一块规则立方形的保温材料,其强度相比传统的保温砖并没有提升很多,仍然容易出现碎裂等问题。为此,有待对现有的保温砖进行改进。
发明内容
为克服上述不足,本发明设计一种保温墙砖,使其解决现有保温砖结构强度及保温效果欠佳的技术问题。其采用如下技术方案实现。
一种保温墙砖,其包括保温芯和混凝土层;所述保温芯包括两块单元芯体,单元芯体呈立方体,其包括顶面、底面、正面、背面及两个侧面,单元芯体一半正面设有沿单元芯体顶面至底面均匀排列的内凹的矩形槽,各矩形槽朝向单元芯体一侧面为敞口,且单元芯体顶部的矩形槽朝单元芯体顶面为敞口,单元芯体底部的矩形槽朝单元芯体底面为敞口;单元芯体另一半正面设有沿单元芯体顶面至底面均匀排列的浇注孔,浇注孔贯通单元芯体正面和背面,且单元芯体中由顶面至底面,每设置两个矩形槽对应设置一个浇注孔;两块所述单元芯体为正面与正面对齐粘合连接,且两块单元芯体的顶面朝向相同,当两块单元芯体粘合时,各单元芯体的每两个矩形槽均与相对单元芯体的一个浇注孔相通,各浇注孔和矩形槽内均填充设有所述混凝土层。该保温墙砖相比现有技术,主要是对保温芯的结构进行了优化,使保温芯不管是配合立模还是平模浇筑时,均能与浇注料结合密实可靠,不仅能提高保温墙砖整体的强度,且保证保温效果。
上述结构中,所述浇注孔所在的单元芯体的背面一半为楔面。通过设置该楔面的角度,一定程度上可调节浇注料与保温芯的空间占比,易于调节保温墙砖外壁的强度。
上述结构中,所述浇注孔由单元芯体正面至背面为孔口渐小设置,以便浇注孔具有对浇注料导向的作用,方便浇注料与保温芯两者密实结合。

具体实施方式
现结合附图,对本发明作如下描述。
如图1-5所示,该保温墙砖包括保温芯和混凝土层2,保温芯由两块单元芯体1粘结而成,具体为:单元芯体1呈立方体,其包括顶面、底面、正面、背面、左侧面、右侧面,单元芯体1一半正面设有沿单元芯体1顶面至底面均匀排列的偶数个内凹的矩形槽101,各矩形槽101朝向单元芯体1右侧面为敞口,且单元芯体1顶部的矩形槽101朝单元芯体1顶面为敞口,单元芯体1底部的矩形槽101朝单元芯体1底面为敞口。单元芯体1另一半正面设有沿单元芯体1顶面至底面均匀排列的浇注孔102,浇注孔102位于该一半正面的中部,浇注孔102贯通单元芯体1正面和背面,且单元芯体1中由顶面至底面,每正面右半部设置两个矩形槽101对应左半部设置一个浇注孔102,浇注孔102孔内顶部所在单元芯体1的水平高度高于对应的两个矩形槽101中上方矩形槽101底部的水平高度,浇注孔102内底部所在单元芯体1的水平高度高于对应的两个矩形槽101中下方矩形槽101顶部的水平高度,浇注孔102所在的单元芯体1的背面一半为楔面103。两块单元芯体1为正面与正面对齐粘合连接,且两块单元芯体1的顶面朝向相同,当两块单元芯体1粘合时,各单元芯体1的每两个矩形槽101均与相对单元芯体1的一个浇注孔102相通。
除此以外,上述浇注孔102亦可由单元芯体1正面至背面孔口渐小设置,以方便对浇注料导向填充。
本发明的制作方法为:将保温芯定位于制砖模具中,向模具内浇筑混凝土料,并进行振捣,使混凝土料包裹保温芯的同时,对保温芯内的浇注孔102和矩形槽101密实填充,混凝土料填充后对模腔内上端刮平操作,待混凝土料凝固后脱模即制作形成保温墙砖。

1.一种保温墙砖,其包括保温芯和混凝土层(2),其特征在于所述保温芯包括两块单元芯体(1),单元芯体(1)呈立方体,其包括顶面、底面、正面、背面及两个侧面,单元芯体(1)一半正面设有沿单元芯体(1)顶面至底面均匀排列的内凹的矩形槽(101),各矩形槽(101)朝向单元芯体(1)一侧面为敞口,且单元芯体(1)顶部的矩形槽(101)朝单元芯体(1)顶面为敞口,单元芯体(1)底部的矩形槽(101)朝单元芯体(1)底面为敞口;单元芯体(1)另一半正面设有沿单元芯体(1)顶面至底面均匀排列的浇注孔(102),浇注孔(102)贯通单元芯体(1)正面和背面,且单元芯体(1)中由顶面至底面,每设置两个矩形槽(101)对应设置一个浇注孔(102);两块所述单元芯体(1)为正面与正面对齐粘合连接,且两块单元芯体(1)的顶面朝向相同,当两块单元芯体(1)粘合时,各单元芯体(1)的每两个矩形槽(101)均与相对单元芯体(1)的一个浇注孔(102)相通,各浇注孔(102)和矩形槽(101)内均填充设有所述混凝土层(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保温墙砖,其特征在于所述浇注孔(102)所在的单元芯体(1)的背面一半为楔面(103)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的保温墙砖,其特征在于所述浇注孔(102)由单元芯体(1)正面至背面为孔口渐小设置。
