本发明的沙发皮具酵素清洗剂技术方案是这样实现,它由汉防己提取物、甘草酸二钾、纳豆发酵提取物、羟基胆钙化醇 、β-甘露聚糖酶、戊糖片球菌、香附油、绿茶香精 、AES、 益生菌群、甲基乙基酯、辛酰水杨酸、TX10乳化剂、海藻糖、卡松2 、醇醚硫酸钠、酵素、醋酸、柠檬香、水混合配制而成,其配制方法如下:
配方(按重量百分比)
汉防己提取物 1.5% 甘草酸二钾 2% 纳豆发酵提取物 1.6%
羟基胆钙化醇 0.8% β-甘露聚糖酶 0.6% 戊糖片球菌 1.1%
香附油 1.7% 绿茶香精 1.8% AES 3.8%
益生菌群 2.2% 甲基乙基酯 0.7% 辛酰水杨酸 0.2%
TX10乳化剂 1.7% 海藻糖 1.6% 卡松2 1.3%
醇醚硫酸钠 0.6% 酵素 1.1% 醋酸 0.9%
柠檬香 1.9% 水72.9%
配制工艺
本发明沙发皮具酵素清洗剂是按上述重量百分比配齐,混合制成,其步骤:将具有抗过敏作用的汉防己提取物与甘草酸二钾、纳豆发酵提取物、羟基胆钙化醇恒温30.1°C的水中搅拌172分钟,再加入β-甘露聚糖酶、戊糖片球菌、香附油、绿茶香精高速搅拌175分钟,并配以AES、益生菌群、甲基乙基酯、辛酰水杨酸、TX10乳化剂、海藻糖、卡松2 、醇醚硫酸钠、酵素恒温在33.1°C均质搅拌176分种,将容器恒温在34.1°C密封发酵29.1小时,再加入醋酸、柠檬香高速搅拌178分钟,它能彻底清除皮革物品上的污渍,然后恒温在32.1°C容器内静置35.1小时即为成品。
有益效果:
含有强力渗透乳化剂,能彻底清除皮革物品上的污渍,去污抗静电,防霉去异味,无毒无害,不腐蚀皮革物品。
具体实施方式
本发明的沙发皮具酵素清洗剂主要由下述重量百分比原料组成,汉防己提取物1.5%、甘草酸二钾 2%、纳豆发酵提取物 1.6%、羟基胆钙化醇 0.8%、β-甘露聚糖酶 0.6%、戊糖片球菌 1.1%、香附油 1.7%、绿茶香精 1.8%、AES 3.8%、益生菌群 2.2%、甲基乙基酯0.7%、辛酰水杨酸 0.2%、 TX10乳化剂 1.7%、海藻糖 1.6%、卡松2 1.3%、醇醚硫酸钠 0.6%、酵素 1.1%、醋酸 0.9%、柠檬香 1.9%、水72.9%,混合制成。其步骤:将具有抗过敏作用的汉防己提取物与甘草酸二钾、纳豆发酵提取物、羟基胆钙化醇恒温30.1°C的水中搅拌172分钟,再加入β-甘露聚糖酶、戊糖片球菌、香附油、绿茶香精高速搅拌175分钟,并配以AES、益生菌群、甲基乙基酯、辛酰水杨酸、TX10乳化剂、海藻糖、卡松2 、醇醚硫酸钠、酵素恒温在33.1°C均质搅拌176分种,将容器恒温在34.1°C密封发酵29.1小时,再加入醋酸、柠檬香高速搅拌178分钟,它能彻底清除皮革物品上的污渍,然后恒温在32.1°C容器内静置35.1小时即为成品。
