本发明公开了一种新型高性能玻璃纤维,它涉及玻璃纤维技术领域。所述的新型高性能玻璃纤维由以下重量份原料组成:SiO2 58份、Al2O3 15.5份、CaO 23份、MgO 1.2份、ZrO2 2份、TiO2 0.4份、Fe2O3 0.4份、ZnO 3份、BaO 4份、CaF2 2.5份、MgO 0.4份、Li2O 1.5份、Na2O 1.5份、K2O 1.5份,本发明的新型高性能玻璃纤维具有优异的耐高温性、耐化学腐蚀性和弹性模量,且生产工艺稳定,单位产品能耗低,生产成本低,能很好的适用于各种后加工制造工艺,广泛应用于制造精密仪表热防护件、烧蚀材料、绝热保温材料等领域。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种新型高性能玻璃纤维,属于玻璃纤维技术领域。
背景技术
玻璃纤维是一种性能优异的无机非金属材料,种类繁多,优点是绝缘性好、耐热性强、抗腐蚀性好,机械强度高,但缺点是性脆,耐磨性较差。它是以玻璃球或废旧玻璃为原料经高温熔制、拉丝、络纱、织布等工艺制造成的,其单丝的直径为几个微米到二十几米个微米,相当于一根头发丝的 1/20-1/5 ,每束纤维原丝都由数百根甚至上千根单丝组成。玻璃纤维通常用作复合材料中的增强材料,电绝缘材料和绝热保温材料,电路基板等国民经济各个领域。
随着经济不断发展,工业冶炼、焊接等行业对于玻璃纤维的需求激增,目前部分使用无碱玻璃纤维,寿命极短,且隔热性不好,长时间处于高温环境下材料变脆,极易破损,从而危害人身安全,其耐酸碱性、刚性、抗老化、耐高温性能都有待于提高。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种新型高性能玻璃纤维。
本发明的新型高性能玻璃纤维由以下重量份原料组成:SiO2 55—60.5份、Al2O315—16份、CaO 20—25份、MgO 0.8—1.5份、ZrO2 1—3份、TiO2 0.2—0.8份、Fe2O3 0.2—0.6份、ZnO 2—6份、BaO 2—8份、CaF2 1.5—3.5份、MgO 0.35—0.45份、Li2O 0.4—3份、Na2O 0.4—3份、K2O 0.4—3份。
进一步优选,所述的新型高性能玻璃纤维由以下重量份原料组成:SiO2 58份、Al2O3 15.5份、CaO 23份、MgO 1.2份、ZrO2 2份、TiO2 0.4份、Fe2O3 0.4份、ZnO 3份、BaO 4份、CaF2 2.5份、MgO 0.4份、Li2O 1.5份、Na2O 1.5份、K2O 1.5份。
作为优选,所述的Li2O、Na2O、K2O 三者占混合原料质量百分比为1%—10%,Li2O、Na2O和K2O 均为碱金属氧化物,它们对降低玻璃高温粘度、改善玻璃析晶倾向、调节玻璃软化点温度有显著效果。但碱金属含量过高,会损害玻璃的强度和化学稳定性。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的新型高性能玻璃纤维添加 SiO2 为并控制其含量,提高了玻璃纤维的机械强度、化学稳定性和热稳定性;TiO2 能提高玻璃的耐酸性,Fe2O3有利于热量传递,具有优异的耐高温性、耐化学腐蚀性和弹性模量,且生产工艺稳定,单位产品能耗低,生产成本低,能很好的适用于各种后加工制造工艺,可以长期适用于 1100℃以下,广泛应用于制造精密仪表热防护件、烧蚀材料、绝热保温材料等领域。

本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案:新型高性能玻璃纤维由以下重量份原料组成:SiO2 55—60.5份、Al2O3 15—16份、CaO 20—25份、MgO 0.8—1.5份、ZrO2 1—3份、TiO20.2—0.8份、Fe2O3 0.2—0.6份、ZnO 2—6份、BaO 2—8份、CaF2 1.5—3.5份、MgO 0.35—0.45份、Li2O 0.4—3份、Na2O 0.4—3份、K2O 0.4—3份。
进一步优选,所述的新型高性能玻璃纤维由以下重量份原料组成:SiO2 58份、Al2O3 15.5份、CaO 23份、MgO 1.2份、ZrO2 2份、TiO2 0.4份、Fe2O3 0.4份、ZnO 3份、BaO 4份、CaF2 2.5份、MgO 0.4份、Li2O 1.5份、Na2O 1.5份、K2O 1.5份。
