Abstract
一种家用带新风功能空气净化加湿装置。新风管室外端加装新风滤网,新风管的另一端连接风机,风机的下部装有一根进风管,进风管径直通入水箱的底部,进风管的出口上部还装有一块打满小孔的孔板,在水箱的下部装有一个超声波雾化器,水箱的前部装有一个水位控制器,水箱上部安置一个出气滤网,出气滤网的上方装有一个加热电阻,加热电阻的前上方就是净化器的出风口,水箱底部外侧还装有一个换水口,换水口上部连接有一根补水管。本空气净化器综合了空气净化和加湿的功能,不需要频繁的更换滤网,使用成本极为低廉,用户可以引入新风并对其进行净化而不需要担心后续昂贵的耗材指出。
Description
技术领域
本发明是一种可以采集户外新风,并对室内空气进行加湿和净化的家用净化装置,涉及的是空气净化和加湿领域,具体涉及一种用于家用的可以采集户外新风并对其加湿并且净化的加湿空气净化器,应用于大众居民日常生活领域。
背景技术
一波又一波的雾霾天气让空气净化问题成了大众关心的焦点,市面上大多数的中央空调送风净化都是采用纯物理吸收法的原理,简单来说,就是鼓风机加上不同的滤网。通过风扇将空气吸入,然后通过不同的滤网来过滤病毒,悬浮颗粒,灰尘,动物毛发等。滤网种类大致有三类:除臭滤网(活性炭),除甲醛滤网和HEPA滤网(High EfficiencyParticulate Air)。HEPA的特点是空气可以通过但细小的微粒却无法通过。对于0.1到0.3微米的细微颗粒的有效率高达99.97%,HEPA滤网是一次性不可水洗,寿命完全由当地空气质量决定,HEPA滤网价格昂贵频繁更换成本相当高。值得注意的是,此类净化器能过滤0.12-0.3微米的微粒,但是对部分细菌和所有病毒无效。
另一类空气净化原理是在工作前会先释放出臭氧以达到杀菌作用然后再通过滤网层层过滤。低浓度的臭氧可以消毒,但是超标的臭氧则是个无形杀手!它会刺激人的呼吸道,造成咽喉肿痛,胸闷咳嗽,引发支气管炎和肺气肿,更严重的会破坏人的免疫机能,致使孕妇生畸形儿!而且目前的市场上很多空气净化臭氧超标的现象非常普遍。
上面所提及到的除臭滤网,除甲醛滤网和HEPA滤网都是消耗品,就是随着使用时间的增加,过滤网的效率都越来越低,最终报废,用户们不得不再支付出大笔的费用去更换这些昂贵的滤网,而且生产商为了降低用户的使用成本,一般在使用此类空气净化器时是不可以引入新风的,只允许用户在室内循环使用。
除了空气的洁净度问题,空气湿度的大小与人体健康也有着密切的关系,一般情况下,人体适宜的健康湿度为50%RH-65%RH。取暖设备的使用在短时间内就蒸发掉了狭小的室内空间的水分,使我们长期处在干燥的室内空气环境中。干燥的空气具有一定的危害。首先,易造成细菌的传播。干燥的空气是造成灰尘、悬浮颗粒物飘浮增多的主要原因,而细菌不能单独存在,往往依附于灰尘之上。老人、幼儿的身体抵抗力较弱,易受细菌、病毒侵害,而温暖干燥是许多病毒、细菌滋生及传播的最佳环境。其次,易造成身体水分过度流失,感染疾病,加速衰老。在干燥的环境中,每天早上起床,我们就会感到口干舌燥、肌肉发紧、情绪低落。特别是女性,皮肤的肌纤维是由大量的水溶性胶原蛋白构成,干燥使肌纤维因快速失水而收缩,久而久之,肌纤维可能断裂,皮肤就会出现不可恢复的皱纹,呈现老态。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述缺陷,设计一种结构简单,工作可靠,可以直接引入新风,运行成本低的家用空气净化和加湿装置,此种装置采用的核心技术就是所谓的“水洗空气”。水是对付灰尘,有害物质最好的选择,空气中有害物质包括,灰尘,螨虫,花粉,悬浮颗粒,甲醛等等,它们都可以被水的力量吸附并同时锁住,24小时运转让我们享受一个水洗过的空气。而且在没有任何滤网状态下空气干净度高达99.997%。
其技术是这样实现的:包括新风滤网、风机、进风管、水箱、孔板、超声波雾化器、出气滤网、加热电阻、出风口、水位控制器、补水管、换水口、循环风口在内,其特征在于:空气净化器主体安装在墙上,净化器的新风管通过墙洞暴露在室外,新风管室外端加装新风滤网,新风管的另一端连接风机,风机的下部装有一根进风管,进风管径直通入水箱的底部,进风管的出口上部还装有一块打满小孔的孔板,在水箱的下部装有一个超声波雾化器,水箱的前部装有一个水位控制器,水箱上部安置一个出气滤网,出气滤网的上方装有一个加热电阻,加热电阻的前上方就是净化器的出风口,水箱底部外侧还装有一个换水口,换水口上部连接有一根补水管。
实施该技术的优点和效果在于:首先是克服了上述缺陷,完全用水来替代传统的除臭滤网,除甲醛滤网,HEPA滤网或者臭氧来过滤中央空调的送风。用水来去除空气中的病毒,悬浮颗粒,灰尘,动物毛发等有害物质,过滤系统运行成本低廉,安全可靠。而且过滤完的空气全部经过了水洗,水箱中又装有超声波雾化器,所以从空气净化器中排出的净化空气是具有一定湿度的,又起到了加湿空气的作用。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图,对本发明作进一步描述:
见附图1、2,空气净化器的主体安装在墙上,新风管3的一侧通往户外,为了防止大颗粒的异物或小动物进入净化器便加装了一个新风滤网1,新风管3的另一端连接净化器内部的风机2,风机2提供整个净化器空气流动的动力,风机2的底部有一根进风管4,径直通向水箱5的底部,水箱5中装有一部分的普通用水,进风管4的出风口基本在水箱5的底部位置,在其上部还装有一块打满小孔的孔板6。这样,室外的空气由风机2吸入净化器,经过进风管4从水箱5的底部排出,孔板6上面的数百个小孔迫使气体均匀的从整个孔板6上呈气泡的形态上升并从水箱中冒出,再加上孔板6上方,超声波雾化器7的作用,将水箱5中的一部分水雾化,又因为出气滤网8的部分阻挡,便在出气滤网8和水箱5液位之间的这个空间里充满了雾化的水雾,在水箱5中经过第一次过滤的空气到了这个区域再进行一次过滤并加湿,上升到净化器的上半部分,净化器的上半部分装有一个加热电阻9,它可以将被净化好的空气稍稍加热升温一下再将其从出风口10排出,这样的空气被人吸入将会比较的舒适。
因上述的工作原理,水箱5中的水会随着使用时间的加长而越来越少,当水箱5中的水位低于水位控制器11时,水位控制器11便会发出信号给补水管12上面的电磁阀,使其打开,向水箱5内部补充一部分的用水,以维持净化器继续使用。当然用户也可以在使用了1个月左右,手动打开位于水箱底部的换水口13,将水箱5内部的水排净,换一箱完全干净的水使用。
此外风机2的侧面还有一个通向室内的循环风口14,当用户想快速净化目前室内现有的空气,而不需要补充新风的时候就可以通过控制面板切换,将进风从室外进风切换至室内循环。
综上所述,本空气净化器综合了空气净化和加湿的功能,在使用过程中在水箱5中如果加入消毒液,可以杀灭空气中的部分细菌。如果加入空气清香剂,也可以使室内的空气充满芳香,而且不需要频繁的更换滤网,使用成本极为低廉,也正是因为其使用成本低廉,所以用户可以引入新风并对其进行净化而不需要担心后续昂贵的耗材指出。

1.一种家用带新风功能空气净化加湿装置,包括新风滤网、风机、进风管、水箱、孔板、超声波雾化器、出气滤网、加热电阻、出风口、水位控制器、补水管、换水口、循环风口在内,其特征在于:空气净化器主体安装在墙上,净化器的新风管通过墙洞暴露在室外,新风管室外端加装新风滤网,新风管的另一端连接风机,风机的下部装有一根进风管,进风管径直通入水箱的底部,进风管的出口上部还装有一块打满小孔的孔板,在水箱的下部装有一个超声波雾化器,水箱的前部装有一个水位控制器,水箱上部安置一个出气滤网,出气滤网的上方装有一个加热电阻,加热电阻的前上方就是净化器的出风口,水箱底部外侧还装有一个换水口,换水口上部连接有一根补水管。
