本发明公开了一种防腐涂料,它涉及涂料技术领域。所述的防腐涂料由下列质量百分含量的材料组成:钛纳米聚合物15份、高岭土8份、长石7份、氧化铈30份、石油树脂16份、高氯化聚乙烯树脂12份、乙烯树脂25份、羟乙基纤维素8份、滑石粉5份、沉淀硫酸钡7份、乙二胺7份、环已酮12份、成膜助剂2份、粘接剂1份、颜料5份、消泡剂0.3份,增稠剂0.5份,红丹4份。采用石油树脂加工的防腐涂料可加快涂膜干燥速度,提高了漆膜的耐酸性、耐碱性、耐候性,选用酚醛树脂和松香作粘结剂,酚醛树脂常温粘结力强,弥补了传统涂料易开裂的不足,此种涂料降低了制作原料的成本,使涂料具备防锈和防腐的功能。

本发明涉及一种防腐涂料,属于涂料技术领域。
背景技术
对于某些基材,当其裸露在外时,因受到空气中的物质侵蚀,基材很容易被硫化,从而影响基材的力学、耐热、耐候、耐磨和耐腐蚀性能等。针对这一技术问题,现在有很多人在研究如何减少对基材的硫化。其中一种方式是在基材上喷涂涂料,现有的涂料功能单一,不能够满足传统涂料的需求,涂料的制作原料成本较高,制作过程比较复杂,涂料一般不具备防锈和防腐等多重作用,这是传统涂料存在的缺陷。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种防腐涂料。
本发明的防腐涂料由下列质量百分含量的材料组成:钛纳米聚合物 13-17份、高岭土 5-11 份、长石 2-9 份、氧化铈25-34 份、石油树脂 12 -18 份、高氯化聚乙烯树脂10-15份、乙烯树脂 20-28份、羟乙基纤维素 6-10份、滑石粉 3-8份、沉淀硫酸钡 5-8 份、乙二胺 5-8份、环已酮10-15份、成膜助剂1-3份、粘接剂 0.5-2份、颜料3-8份、消泡剂 0.2-0.5 份、红丹 2-6 份。

作为优选,所述的成膜助剂为丙二醇丁醚、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯中的一种。
作为优选,所述的消泡剂为有机硅氧烷和聚醚中的任意一种。
本发明的有益效果:采用石油树脂加工的防腐涂料可加快涂膜干燥速度,提 高了施工速度,而且提高了漆膜的耐酸性、耐碱性、耐候性,增强了耐冲击力和附着力,使防腐涂料的整体性能得到提高,选用酚醛树脂和松香作粘结剂,酚醛树脂常温粘结力强,可使涂层获得高的常温表面强度,弥补了传统涂料易开裂的不足,并且此种涂料降低了制作原料的成本,丰富了涂料的功能,使涂料具备防锈和防腐的功能,满足了人们的需求。
