Abstract
本发明提供一种用于隐形眼镜的保养液,包括缓冲液、螯合剂、界面活性剂,以及保湿剂,该保湿剂包含100重量份的甘油、0.5至40重量份的含有乙烯乙酰胺的聚合物及5至40重量份的海藻酸钠。本发明的隐形眼镜保养液中,藉由包含特定比例的含有乙烯乙酰胺的聚合物、海藻酸钠及甘油组成的保湿剂,使得隐形眼镜保养液具有更好的生物相容性及低细胞毒性,降低眼睛过敏或红肿现象的现象,于隐形眼镜清洁后具良好润湿性,以改善长期配戴所造成眼睛干涩及酸胀。
Description
技术领域
本发明有关于一种隐形眼镜保养液,且特别是关于一种可提高隐形眼镜保湿性的具清洁功能的保养液。
背景技术
配戴隐形眼镜的过程中,当配戴者的眼球表面接触隐形眼镜时,即会开始产生蛋白质或/与脂质的沉淀,在长时间配戴隐形眼镜的情况下,配戴者的眼睛易感到干涩,因而降低配戴舒适性。当蛋白质逐渐堆积后,会导致配戴者的产生视力不清、角膜充血、结膜炎、角膜新生血管、角膜溃疡等问题,更严重则会使细菌滋生,使得配戴者的眼球易受到感染。因此,每日进行隐形眼镜的清洁是相当重要的。
为了有效清洁隐形眼镜,需将隐形眼镜镜片浸泡于保养液一段时间,使镜片上的蛋白质或/与脂质被分解,以达到清洁的功效。然而当隐形眼镜经长时间浸泡清洁液后,镜片表面会吸附清洁液中成分而对眼睛造成刺激,配戴舒适性会不如以往。故已有隐形眼镜保养液利用添加舒缓剂、保湿剂或等张剂等添加剂以减缓配戴时所产生的不适感,于前述添加剂中,已知可于保养液中添加0.2至1.5重量百分比的甘油作为保湿剂。
发明内容
本发明提供一种可提高隐形眼镜保湿性的具清洁功能的保养液以解决上述问题,即于保养液中添加了一种新颖的保湿剂,其包含具乙烯乙酰胺的聚合物、海藻酸钠以及甘油,此保湿剂可提供生物相容性及低细胞毒性,降低眼睛过敏或红肿现象,并于隐形眼镜清洁后具良好润湿性,以改善长期配戴所造成眼睛干涩及酸胀。
本发明所提供的用于隐形眼镜的保养液,其包括缓冲液、螯合剂、界面活性剂以及保湿剂,该保湿剂包含100重量份的甘油、0.5至40重量份的含有乙烯乙酰胺的聚合物及5至40重量份的海藻酸钠。
本发明的用于隐形眼镜保养液的保湿剂中需包含特定比例的具乙烯乙酰胺的合物、海藻酸钠及甘油,一方面为具良好生物相容性及低细胞毒性及促使保湿剂易吸附于隐形眼镜上,另一方面因甘油使用量低,故可避免保湿剂于眼球及镜片中所形成的保湿层过度吸附眼球表面的水分子,而影响泪腺分泌。
本发明的用于隐形眼镜保养液的保湿剂较佳在100重量份甘油含有1至35重量份的含乙烯乙酰胺之聚合物及10至35重量份的海藻酸钠。
本发明的用于隐形眼镜保养液的保湿剂中所使用的具乙烯乙酰胺的聚合物可为乙烯乙酰胺均聚物或乙烯乙酰胺共聚物,乙烯乙酰胺均聚物由乙烯乙酰胺单体聚合而成。乙烯乙酰胺共聚物由乙烯乙酰胺单体及其他具可交联官能基的单体聚合而成,前述其它具可交联官能基的单体例如可为丙烯酸钠。
于本发明的一实施例,本发明的隐形眼镜保养液中的保湿剂添加量相对于100重量份的缓冲液,约为0.01重量份至0.20重量份,较佳为0.04重量份至0.14重量份。
于本发明的一实施例,本发明的隐形眼镜保养液中的保湿剂进一步包含玻尿酸钠。
于本发明的一实施例,本发明的隐形眼镜保养液的保湿剂中可进一步加入20至70重量份的玻尿酸钠。
于本发明的一实施例,本发明的隐形眼镜保养液中,保湿剂的各组分可经混合后添加于缓冲液或可个别添加至缓冲液。
于本发明的一实施例,本发明的隐形眼镜保养液中的缓冲液由去离子水与选自由氯化钠、硼酸及其盐、磷酸及其盐、硝酸及其盐、酒石酸及其盐、碳酸及其盐、碳酸氢盐、乳酸及其盐、柠檬酸及其盐、醋酸及其盐、多元醇及其衍生物及磺酸及其衍生物所组成之群组所组成。前述盐类例如可为碱金属盐,如钠盐或钾盐,但不限于此。
于本发明的一实施例,本发明的隐形眼镜保养液中的螯合剂选自由乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)及其盐、聚磷酸盐(polyphosphates)及其盐、琥珀酸(succinic acid)及其盐、酒石酸(tartaric acid)及其盐、四醋酸(tetraacetic acid)及其盐所组成的群组。前述盐类例如可为碱金属盐,如钠盐或钾盐,但不限于此。
于本发明的一实施例,本发明的隐形眼镜保养液中的界面活性剂选自由泊洛沙姆(poloxamer)、泊洛沙姆的衍生物、泊洛沙明(poloxamine)、泊洛沙明的衍生物、柠檬酸钠及阳离子表面活性剂所组成的群组。
于本发明的一实施例,本发明的隐形眼镜保养液中的螯合剂的添加量相对于100重量份的缓冲液,约为0.01重量份至1.0重量份,较佳为0.02重量份至0.05重量份。
于本发明的一实施例,本发明的隐形眼镜保养液中的界面活性剂的添加量相对于100重量份的缓冲液,约为0.1重量份至1.0重量份,较佳为0.6重量份至0.7重量份。
于本发明的一实施例,本发明的隐形眼镜保养液进一步包括抗菌剂、抗氧化剂、增稠剂、张力调节剂、润滑剂或其组合。
于本发明的一实施例,本发明的隐形眼镜保养液中的抗菌剂选自由聚六亚甲基双胍(PHMB)、聚六亚甲基双胍的水溶性盐、聚胺丙基双胍(PAPB)、聚胺丙基双胍的水溶性盐、硫酸鱼精蛋白(Protamine sulfate)或蜂毒素(Melittin)。
于本发明的一实施例,本发明的隐形眼镜保养液中的抗菌剂添加量相对于100重量份的缓冲液,约为0.0001重量份至0.1重量份,较佳为0.0001重量份至0.03重量份。
于本发明的一实施例,本发明的隐形眼镜保养液中的抗氧化剂选自亚硫酸盐、抗坏血酸盐、丁基化羟基苯甲醚(BHA)、丁基化羟基甲苯(BHT)、虾红素及维他命C所组成的群组。
于本发明的一实施例,本发明的隐形眼镜保养液中的抗氧化剂添加量相对于100重量份的缓冲液,约为0.001重量份至0.1重量份。
与现有技术相比,本发明的隐形眼镜保养液中,藉由包含特定比例的含有乙烯乙酰胺的聚合物、海藻酸钠及甘油组成的保湿剂,使得隐形眼镜保养液具有更好的生物相容性及低细胞毒性,降低眼睛过敏或红肿现象的现象,于隐形眼镜清洁后具良好润湿性,以改善长期配戴所造成眼睛干涩及酸胀。

具体实施方式
为了让本发明的上述和其他目的、特征、和优点能更明显易懂,以下结合较佳实施例,并配合所附化学式,作详细说明如下。
在本发明的一实施例中,本发明提供一种用于隐形眼镜的保养液,包括缓冲液、螯合剂、界面活性剂以及保湿剂,该保湿剂包含含有乙烯乙酰胺的聚合物、海藻酸钠及甘油,其中,保湿剂包含100重量份的甘油、0.5至40重量份的含乙烯乙酰胺的聚合物及5至40重量份的海藻酸钠。
本发明所提出具清洁功能的隐形眼镜保养液,因添加了含有乙烯乙酰胺的聚合物、海藻酸钠以及甘油的保湿剂,故可提供生物相容性及低细胞毒性,降低眼睛过敏或红肿现象,并于隐形眼镜清洁后具有良好润湿性,以改善长期配戴所造成眼睛干涩及酸胀。
本发明的用于隐形眼镜保养液的保湿剂中需包含特定添加量的含有乙烯乙酰胺的聚合物、海藻酸钠及甘油,一方面为具有良好生物相容性及低细胞毒性及促使保湿剂易吸附于隐形眼镜上,另一方面因甘油添加量低,故可避免保湿剂于眼球及镜片中所形成的保湿层过度吸附眼球表面的水分子,而影响泪腺分泌。
本发明的用于隐形眼镜保养液的保湿剂的添加量相对于100重量份的缓冲液,约为0.01重量份至0.20重量份。较佳为0.04重量份至0.14重量份。
本发明的隐形眼镜保养液中所使用的含有乙烯乙酰胺的聚合物可为乙烯乙酰胺均聚物或乙烯乙酰胺共聚物。前述乙烯乙酰胺均聚物由乙烯乙酰胺单体聚合而成,例如可为日本SHOWA DENKO的商品名GE-191系列的商品,其商品型号如下:GE-191-053、GE-191-103、GE-191-104GE-191-107或GE-191-108,但并不限于此。前述乙烯乙酰胺共聚物由乙烯乙酰胺单体及其它具可交联官能基的单体聚合而成,前述其它具可交联官能基的单体例如可为丙烯酸钠。此乙烯乙酰胺共聚物例如为日本SHOWA DENKO的商品型号为GE-167的商品。为了使保湿剂能均匀吸附于隐形眼镜上,故此含有乙烯乙酰胺的聚合物的粘度为100mPa·s至20,000mPa·s,较佳为100mPa·s至3,000mPa·s。本发明的隐形眼镜保养液的保湿剂中,相对100重量份的甘油,较佳含有1至35重量份的含有乙烯乙酰胺的聚合物。
本发明的隐形眼镜保养液的保湿剂中适合使用的海藻酸钠的重量平均分子量范围为1,000至30,000,较佳为5,000至20,000之间。当海藻酸钠的平均分子量大于或小于前述范围,则会导致隐形眼镜保养液对于蛋白质或脂质的清洁能力下降。本发明的隐形眼镜保养液的保湿剂在100重量份的甘油较佳含有10至35重量份的海藻酸钠。
再者,于本发明所提出隐形眼镜保养液中,保湿剂进一步可包含玻尿酸钠。
本发明的隐形眼镜保养液之保湿剂中适合使用的玻尿酸钠的重量平均分子量范围为100,000至8,000,000,较佳为100,000至1,300,000。当玻尿酸钠的平均分子量大于或小于前述范围,亦导致隐形眼镜保养液的清洁能力下降。且于保湿剂中可进一步加入20至70重量份的玻尿酸钠,较佳为加入20至67重量份的玻尿酸钠。
于本发明所提出的隐形眼保养液的保湿剂,其中形成保湿剂的各组分可经混合后添加于缓冲液或可个别即各组分依次添加至缓冲液。
本发明的隐形眼镜保养液的缓冲液是用以将隐形眼镜保养液的PH值控制在较佳的范围内,例如保养液的PH值在6至8的可接受的范围内。由于隐形眼镜保养液会吸附在隐形眼镜上,因此隐形眼镜保养液的PH值越接近人体组织液的PH值7.4,则会提高眼睛的舒适度。于本发明的一实施例,隐形眼镜保养液中的缓冲液由水、氯化钠、硼酸及硼酸盐所组成。
隐形眼镜保养液中所使用的缓冲液只要与生理学相容的缓冲液均可使用,例如可由硼酸盐、磷酸盐、柠檬酸盐、硼酸、碳酸盐及乙酸盐所组成的群组所组成。前述盐类例如可为碱金属盐,如钠盐或钾盐。而缓冲液中的盐类重量百分浓度一般为0.001wt%至5wt%。
本发明的隐形眼镜保养液的螯合剂选自由乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)及其盐、聚磷酸盐(polyphosphates)及其盐、琥珀酸(succinic acid)及其盐、酒石酸(tartaric acid)及其盐、四醋酸(tetraacetic acid)及其盐所组成的群组。前述盐类例如可为碱金属盐,如钠盐或钾盐。前述螯合剂的添加量相对于100重量份的缓冲液,约为0.01重量份至1.0重量份,较佳约为0.02重量份至0.05重量份。
于本发明的一实施例中,隐形眼镜保养液中的螯合剂使用乙二胺四乙酸二钠。
本发明的隐形眼镜保养液的界面活性剂可选自由由泊洛沙姆(poloxamer)、泊洛沙姆的衍生物、泊洛沙明(poloxamine)、泊洛沙明的衍生物、柠檬酸钠及阳离子表面活性剂所组成的群组。泊洛沙姆(poloxamer)例如可为但不限于Poloxamer 407、L35、L43、L44、L62、L62D、L62LF、L64、L92、F108、F123、F88、F98、F68、F68LF、F127、F87、F77、P84、P85、P75、P103、P104或P105。而泊洛沙姆(poloxamer)的衍生物是指具官能基修饰的泊洛沙姆。泊洛沙明(poloxamine)例如可为但不限于707、1107、1307、908或1304,而泊洛沙明(poloxamine)的衍生物是指具官能基修饰的泊洛沙明。前述界面活性剂的添加量相对于100重量份的缓冲液,约为0.1重量份至1.0重量份,较佳为0.6重量份至0.7重量份。
于本发明的一实施例中,隐形眼镜保养液中的界面活性剂使用泊洛沙姆及柠檬酸钠。
又,本发明的隐形眼镜保养液进一步包括抗菌剂、抗氧化剂、增稠剂、张力调节剂、润滑剂或其组合。
适合的抗菌剂例如可为聚六亚甲基双胍(PHMB)、聚六亚甲基双胍的水溶性盐、聚胺丙基双胍(PAPB)、聚胺丙基双胍的水溶性盐、硫酸鱼精蛋白或蜂毒素。本发明所提出的抗菌剂,其添加量相对于100重量份的缓冲液,约为0.0001至0.1重量份,较佳约0.0001至0.03重量份。
适合的抗氧化剂例如可为亚硫酸盐、抗坏血酸盐、丁基化羟基苯甲醚(BHA)、丁基化羟基甲苯(BHT)、虾红素及维他命C所组成的群组。本发明所提出的抗氧化剂,其添加量相对于100重量份的缓冲液,约为0.001重量份至0.1重量份。
适合的张力调节剂例如可为氯化钠、氯化钾或甘露醇。
下述实施例用以进一步说明本发明,但本发明并不受其限制。
[隐形眼镜保养液的制备方法]
关于制备实施例1-8的隐形眼镜保养液的详细组分请一并参考表1。
实施例1
将40重量份的水加热至50℃,接着加入0.001重量份的乙烯乙酰胺与丙烯酸钠所聚合的含有乙烯乙酰胺的聚合物(商品名为adHERO GE167,购自SHOWA DENKO,日本)、0.1重量份的甘油、0.01重量份的海藻酸钠(CAS No 9005-38-3,平均分子量为222,购自SpectrumChemical MFG CORP,US)以及0.02重量份的乙二胺四乙酸二钠,经均匀搅拌直到完全溶解形成溶液1。
接着,将上述溶液1冷却至室温后,接着加入0.6重量份的氯化钠、0.05重量份的硼酸钠、0.59重量份的硼酸、0.6重量份的柠檬酸钠、0.1重量份的泊洛沙姆(商品名poloxamer407,CAS No.9003-11-6,购自Sigma Aldrich,美国),接着加入60重量份的水,经均匀搅拌直到完全溶解形成溶液2。
再将0.0001重量份的聚六亚甲基双胍(PHMB,商品名为COSMOCIL CQ,CASNo.32289-58-0,购自瑞士的LONZA公司)添加至上述溶液2中,经均匀搅拌直到完全溶解形成溶液3。
最后将前述已加入抗菌剂的溶液3经无菌过滤后封装保存,即可完成隐形眼镜保养液的制备。
实施例2
实施例2的制备方法与实施例1相同,差异在于两者的甘油添加量及泊洛沙姆添加量不同。
实施例3
将40重量份的水加热至50℃,接着加入0.001重量份的乙烯乙酰胺与丙烯酸钠所聚合的乙烯乙酰胺共聚物(商品名为adHERO GE167,购自SHOWA DENKO,日本)、0.1重量份的甘油、0.01重量份的海藻酸钠(CAS No.9005-38-3,平均分子量为222,购自SpectrumChemical MFG CORP,US)、0.02重量份的玻尿酸钠(CAS No.9067-32-7,平均分子量为325,000,购自Carbomer,Inc.,US)以及0.02重量份的乙二胺四乙酸二钠,经均匀搅拌直到完全溶解形成溶液4。
接着,将上述溶液4冷却至室温后,接着加入0.6重量份的氯化钠、0.05重量份的硼酸钠、0.59重量份的硼酸、0.6重量份的柠檬酸钠、0.1重量份的泊洛沙姆(商品名poloxamer407,CAS No.9003-11-6,购自Sigma Aldrich,美国),最后加入60重量份的水,经均匀搅拌直到完全溶解形成溶液5。
再将0.0001重量份得聚六亚甲基双胍(PHMB,商品名为COSMOCIL CQ,CASNo.32289-58-0,购自瑞士的LONZA公司)添加至上述溶液5中,经均匀搅拌直到完全溶解形成溶液6。
最后将前述已加入抗菌剂的溶液6经无菌过滤后封装保存,即可完成隐形眼镜保养液的制备。
实施例4
实施例4的制备方法与实施例3相同,差异在于两者所添加的甘油、泊洛沙姆及含含有乙烯乙酰胺的聚合物的添加量不同。
实施例5
实施例5的制备方法与实施例3相同,差异在于两者所添加的甘油、泊洛沙姆及玻尿酸钠的添加量不同。
实施例6
实施例6的制备方法与实施例5相同,差异在于实施例6的抗菌剂为硫酸鱼精蛋白,其购自美国的Sigma Aldrich公司(CAS No.53594-25-4)以及所使用的乙二胺四乙酸二钠的添加量不同。
实施例7
实施例7的制备方法与实施例5相同,差异在于实施例7所使用的抗菌剂为蜂毒素,其购自美国的Sigma Aldrich公司(CAS No.20449-79-0)以及所使用的乙二胺四乙酸二钠的添加量不同。
实施例8
将40重量份的水加热至50℃,接着加入0.001重量份的乙烯乙酰胺与丙烯酸钠所聚合的含有乙烯乙酰胺的聚合物(商品名为adHERO GE167,购自SHOWA DENKO,日本)、0.03重量份的甘油、0.01重量份的海藻酸钠(CAS No.9005-38-3,平均分子量为222,购自Spectrum Chemical MFG CORP,US)、0.01重量份的玻尿酸钠(CAS No.9067-32-7,平均分子量为325,000,购自Carbomer,Inc.,US)以及0.05重量份的乙二胺四乙酸二钠,经均匀搅拌直到完全溶解形成溶液7。
接着,将上述溶液7冷却至室温后,接着加入0.6重量份的氯化钠、0.05重量份的硼酸钠、0.59重量份的硼酸、0.6重量份的柠檬酸钠、0.01重量份的泊洛沙姆(商品名poloxamer 407,CAS No.9003-11-6,购自Sigma Aldrich,美国)以及0.001重量份的虾红素(购自茂世兴业有限公司,台湾),最后加入60重量份的水,经均匀搅拌直到完全溶解形成溶液8。
再将0.0001重量份得聚六亚甲基双胍(PHMB,商品名为COSMOCIL CQ,CAS No.为32289-58-0,购自瑞士的LONZA公司)添加至上述溶液8中,经均匀搅拌直到完全溶解形成溶液9。
最后将前述已加入抗菌剂的溶液9经无菌过滤后封装保存,即可完成隐形眼镜保养液的制备。
接着将实施例1-8所配制的隐形眼镜保养液依下列方法进行特性评估及杀菌功效测试,特性评估及杀菌功效测试结果请分别参考表2及表3。
隐形眼镜保养液的特性评估及杀菌功效测试,包括,将市售的隐形眼镜分别浸泡于实施例1-8所配置的隐形眼镜保护液中,于隐形眼镜取出后进行接触角测试、蛋白质清洗率测试、脂质清洗率测试及杀菌功效测试。上述隐形眼镜保养液的特性评估及杀菌功效测试的测试方法如下所述。
[接触角的测试方法]
将市售硅水胶镜片(商品名Oasys,购自台湾娇生股份有限公司)及市售水胶镜片(商品名TICON55,购自台湾精华光学股份有限公司)分别浸泡于实施例1至实施例8所配制的隐形眼镜保养液中,浸泡时间为24小时,接着取出镜片进行接触角测试。
[蛋白质清除率的测试方法]
将市售硅水胶镜片(商品名Oasys,购自台湾娇生股份有限公司)及市售水胶镜片(商品名TICON55,购自台湾精华光学股份有限公司)分别浸泡于具有3毫升的溶菌酶溶液的聚丙烯样品管,并用聚丙烯保护盖密封样品管后,在37℃恒温烘箱中培养12小时。接着将镜片取出,利用纸巾吸附镜片表面的胆固醇溶液,而样品管中的溶液则用来进行胆固醇含量实验,此时量测到的胆固醇量测值为W1。而取出的镜片则再浸泡在具有2毫升的镜片萃取溶液(氯仿体积:甲醇体积=2:1)的聚丙烯制样品管中,并在37℃下用旋转震荡器(RedRotor)摇晃样品管24小时,最后将镜片取出,并对萃取溶液进行胆固醇含量测定实验,此时量测到的胆固醇量测值为W2。去蛋白质率的计算方式为[W1/(W1+W2)]*100%。
[脂质清除率的测试方法]
将市售硅水胶镜片(商品名Oasys,购自台湾娇生股份有限公司)及市售水胶镜片(商品名TICON55,购自台湾精华光学股份有限公司)分别浸泡于具有3毫升的胆固醇溶液的聚丙烯样品管,并用聚丙烯保护盖密封样品管后,在37℃恒温烘箱中培养12小时。接着将镜片取出,利用纸巾吸附镜片表面的胆固醇溶液,而样品管中的溶液则用来进行胆固醇含量实验,此时量测到的胆固醇量测值为P1。而取出的镜片则再浸泡在具有2毫升的镜片萃取溶液(氯仿体积:甲醇体积=2:1)的聚丙烯制样品管中,并在37℃下用旋转震荡器(RedRotor)摇晃样品管24小时,最后将镜片取出,并对萃取溶液进行胆固醇含量测定实验,此时量测到的胆固醇量测值为P2。去脂质率的计算方式为[P1/(P1+P2)]*100%。
[杀菌功效测试的测试方法]
将市售硅水胶镜片(商品名Oasys,购自台湾娇生股份有限公司)及市售水胶镜片(商品名TICON55,购自台湾精华光学股份有限公司)根据眼科光学国际标准ISO14729(International Standards for Ophthalmic Optics)进行杀菌功效测试,测试时间分为别6小时及24小时。「○」代表测试结果符合ISO标准,「×」代表测试结果未达ISO标准。
由表2的特性数据结果可知,硅水胶镜片经本发明的实施例1至实施例8的隐形眼镜保养液浸泡后,接触角为10.1°至15.1°,蛋白质清洗率为55%至63.2%,脂质清洗率为45.9%至60.1%。
而水胶镜片经本发明的实施例1至实施例8的隐形眼镜保养液浸泡后,接触角为10.5°至11.8°,蛋白质清洗率为47.7%至56.0%,脂质清洗率为44.9%至58.5%。故本发明所提出的隐形眼镜保养液,不论是用于硅水胶镜片或水胶镜片的清洁保养,其接触角皆可维持于15.8°以下,因此,硅水胶镜片或水胶镜片的表面皆具有良好的保湿效果,再者,蛋白质清洗率及脂质清洗率皆约可达45%以上。
从表3的抗菌功效测试可知实施例1至实施例8的隐形眼镜保养液对于大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌及绿脓杆菌皆可符合ISO的杀菌标准。
虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然其并非用以限定本发明,任何熟习此技艺者,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,当可作些许的更动与润饰,因此本发明的保护范围当视后附的申请专利范围所界定者为准。

Claims (12)
1.一种用于隐形眼镜的保养液,其特征在于,该隐形眼镜的保养液包括:
缓冲液;
螯合剂;
界面活性剂;以及
保湿剂,该保湿剂包含,100重量份的甘油、0.5至40重量份的含有乙烯乙酰胺的聚合物、及5至40重量份的海藻酸钠。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于隐形眼镜的保养液,其特征在于,该保湿剂的添加量相对于100重量份的该缓冲液,为0.01至0.2重量份。
3.如权利要求1所述的用于隐形眼镜的保养液,其特征在于,该保湿剂进一步包含玻尿酸钠。
4.如权利要求3所述的用于隐形眼镜的保养液,其特征在于,该保湿剂还包含20至70重量份的玻尿酸钠。
5.如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的用于隐形眼镜的保养液,其特征在于,形成该保湿剂中的各组分可经混合后添加于该缓冲液中或可个别添加至该缓冲液中。
6.如权利要求1所述的用于隐形眼镜的保养液,其特征在于,该螯合剂选自由乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)及其盐、聚磷酸盐(polyphosphates)及其盐、琥珀酸(succinic acid)及其盐、酒石酸(tartaric acid)及其盐、四醋酸(tetraacetic acid)及其盐所组成的群组。
7.如权利要求1所述的用于隐形眼镜保养液,其特征在于,该界面活性剂选自由柠檬酸钠、泊洛沙姆、泊洛沙姆的衍生物、泊洛沙明、泊洛沙明的衍生物及阳离子表面活性剂所组成的群组。
8.如权利要求1所述的用于隐形眼镜的保养液,其特征在于,该螯合剂的添加量相对于100重量份的缓冲液,为0.01至1.0重量份。
9.如权利要求1所述的用于隐形眼镜的保养液,其特征在于,该界面活性剂的添加量相对于100重量份的缓冲液,为0.1至1.0重量份。
10.如权利要求1所述的用于隐形眼镜的保养液,其特征在于,还包括抗菌剂、抗氧化剂、增稠剂、张力调节剂、润滑剂或其组合。
11.如权利要求10所述的用于隐形眼镜的保养液,其特征在于,该抗菌剂选自聚六亚甲基双胍、聚六亚甲基双胍的水溶性盐、聚胺丙基双胍、聚胺丙基双胍的水溶性盐、硫酸鱼精蛋白或蜂毒素。
12.如权利要求10所述的用于隐形眼镜的保养液,其特征在于,该抗氧化剂选自亚硫酸盐、抗坏血酸盐、丁基化羟基苯甲醚、丁基化羟基甲苯、虾红素、维他命C或其组合。
