Abstract

本发明公开了一种燃烧机节能及防过烧控制系统,包括燃烧机安装小车、底架、气缸和拉线,所述燃烧机安装小车设有立架和平移架,所述立架垂直焊接在平移架前端部用于支撑燃烧机的烧嘴,平移架底部设置有滑轮,底架上设置有与滑轮相配合的导轨,气缸设置在底架的底部推动燃烧机安装小车前后移动;燃烧机安装小车一侧设置有拉线定位杆,与拉线定位杆同一侧的底架上设置有拉线定位螺栓,底架前端设置有立板,立板上安装有炉体燃烧机插入口的封堵装置,拉线一端连接在拉线定位杆上,再穿过拉线定位螺栓与封堵装置连接,通过燃烧机安装小车移动拉动拉线从而控制封堵装置,进而对炉体燃烧机插入口进行封堵或打开。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种工业窑炉用燃烧机领域,具体涉及一种燃烧机节能及防过烧控制系统。
背景技术
在工业窑炉领域,燃气、燃油加热用途非常广泛,燃气、油加热装置中燃烧机是主要设备,目前燃烧机为固定安装在工业窑炉,在生产中有很大的弊端。如果突发设备故障时,设备的高温热风容易倒流回燃烧机部位,燃烧机被烧坏的现象时有发生,另外,当炉温过高时,无法及时撤出燃烧机,也容易导致燃烧机损坏。
再者,现有设备中,通过人工从炉体上撤出燃烧机后,如无法及时堵住燃烧机插入口,炉体上的燃烧机插入口会向炉体外反火,导致热量流失,浪费能源。
发明内容
本发明的目的即在于克服现有技术不足,,目的在于提供一种燃烧机节能及防过烧控制系统,解决现有工业窑炉上的燃烧机在需要撤离时,无法及时撤离的问题。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现:
一种燃烧机节能及防过烧控制系统,包括燃烧机安装小车、底架、气缸和拉线,所述燃烧机安装小车设有立架和平移架,所述立架垂直焊接在平移架前端部用于支撑燃烧机的烧嘴,所述平移架底部设置有滑轮,所述底架上设置有与滑轮相配合的导轨,所述气缸设置在底架的底部推动燃烧机安装小车前后移动;所述燃烧机安装小车一侧设置有拉线定位杆,与拉线定位杆同一侧的底架上设置有拉线定位螺栓,所述底架前端设置有立板,所述立板上安装有炉体燃
烧机插入口的封堵装置,所述拉线一端连接在拉线定位杆上,再穿过拉线定位螺栓与封堵装置连接,通过燃烧机安装小车移动拉动拉线从而控制封堵装置,进而对炉体燃烧机插入口同步进行封堵或打开。
进一步的,所述封堵装置包括封堵板和支撑板,所述支撑板设置在封堵板上,所述支撑板上设置有拉线孔和支撑旋转孔,所述封堵装置通过支撑旋转孔安装在立板上。封堵板上对应炉体燃烧机插入口一面涂有耐火材料,一方面可以隔热,另一方面可以起到对炉体燃烧机插入口密封作用。
进一步的,所述拉线定位螺栓内设有通孔用于贯穿拉线。
进一步的,所述拉线定位螺栓前端设置有拉线筒,所述拉线通过拉线筒被限位。
进一步的,所述拉线筒前端设置有拉线定位插板,通过拉线定位插板对拉线的限位,使封堵装置在被拉动时绕支撑旋转孔旋转。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下的优点和有益效果:
气缸控制燃烧机安装小车,从而控制燃烧机,同时通过设置封堵装置与燃烧机安装小车联动,在缸控制燃烧机安装小车带动燃烧机向前插入炉体燃烧机插入口时,燃烧机安装小车拉动拉线,拉线拉动封堵装置绕旋转点旋转,从而炉体燃烧机插入口打开,燃烧机向前插入炉体燃烧机插入口,相反,在燃烧机推出时,拉线放松,封堵装置回位实现对炉体燃烧机插入口的封堵。

实施例
如图1-5所示,本发明一种燃烧机节能及防过烧控制系统,燃烧机7一般包括插入炉内的烧嘴8和机身23,控制系统包括燃烧机安装小车1、底架2、气缸3和拉线4,燃烧机安装小车1设有立架5和平移架6,立架5垂直焊接在平移架6前端部用于支撑燃烧机7的烧嘴8,平移架6底部设置有滑轮9,底架2上设置有与滑轮9相配合的导轨10,气缸3设置在底架2的底部推动燃烧机安装小车1前后移动;燃烧机安装小车1一侧设置有拉线定位杆11,与拉线定位杆11同一侧的底架2上设置有拉线定位螺栓12,底架2前端设置有立板13,立板13上安装有封堵炉体燃烧机插入口14的封堵装置15,拉线4一端连接在拉线定位杆11上,再穿过拉线定位螺栓12与封堵装置15连接,通过燃烧机安装小车1移动拉动拉线4从而控制封堵装置15,进而对炉体燃烧机插入口14进行封堵或打开。
气缸控制燃烧机安装小车,从而控制燃烧机,同时通过设置封堵装置与燃烧机安装小车联动,在缸控制燃烧机安装小车带动燃烧机向前插入炉体燃烧机插入口时,燃烧机安装小车拉动拉线,拉线拉动封堵装置绕旋转点旋转,从而炉体燃烧机插入口打开,燃烧机向前插入炉体燃烧机插入口,相反,在燃烧机推出时,拉线放松,封堵装置回位实现对炉体燃烧机插入口的封堵;解决现有工业窑炉上的燃烧机在需要撤离时,无法及时撤离的问题,或通过人工封堵存在安全隐患。由于炉膛内的温度高达几百度,很容易导致火灾发生。损坏设备或烧伤工人。
如图4所示,封堵装置15包括封堵板16和支撑板17,支撑板17设置在封堵板16上,所述支撑板17上设置有拉线孔18和支撑旋转孔19,所述封堵装置15通过支撑旋转孔19安装在立板13上。拉线定位螺栓12内设有通孔用于贯穿拉线4。拉线定位螺栓12前端设置有拉线筒20,拉线4通过拉线筒20被限位。拉线筒20前端设置有拉线定位插板21,通过拉线定位插板21对拉线4的限位,使封堵装置15在被拉动时绕支撑旋转孔19旋转。拉线定位插板21是在安装控制系统时,根据现场可以按在炉体22上,也可以焊接在底架2,主要是对拉线进行限位,便于拉动封堵装置15。

1.一种燃烧机节能及防过烧控制系统,包括燃烧机安装小车(1)、底架(2)、气缸(3)和拉线(4),其特征在于,所述燃烧机安装小车(1)设有立架(5)和平移架(6),所述立架(5)垂直焊接在平移架(6)前端部用于支撑燃烧机(7)的烧嘴(8),所述平移架(6)底部设置有滑轮(9),所述底架(2)上设置有与滑轮(9)相配合的导轨(10),所述气缸(3)设置在底架(2)的底部推动燃烧机安装小车(1)前后移动;所述燃烧机安装小车(1)一侧设置有拉线定位杆(11),与拉线定位杆(11)同一侧的底架(2)上设置有拉线定位螺栓(12),所述底架(2)前端设置有立板(13),所述立板(13)上安装有封堵炉体燃烧机插入口(14)的封堵装置(15),所述拉线(4)一端连接在拉线定位杆(11)上,再穿过拉线定位螺栓(12)与封堵装置(15)连接,通过燃烧机安装小车(1)移动拉动拉线(4)从而控制封堵装置(15),进而对炉体燃烧机插入口(14)同步进行封堵或打开。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种燃烧机节能及防过烧控制系统,其特征在于,所述封堵装置(15)包括封堵板(16)和支撑板(17),所述支撑板(17)设置在封堵板(16)上,所述支撑板(17)上设置有拉线孔(18)和支撑旋转孔(19),所述封堵装置(15)通过支撑旋转孔(19)安装在立板(13)上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种燃烧机节能及防过烧控制系统,其特征在于,所述拉线定位螺栓(12)内设有通孔用于贯穿拉线(4)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种燃烧机节能及防过烧控制系统,其特征在于,所述拉线定位螺栓(12)前端设置有拉线筒(20),所述拉线(4)通过拉线筒(20)被限位。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种燃烧机节能及防过烧控制系统,其特征在于,所述拉线筒(20)前端设置有拉线定位插板(21),通过拉线定位插板(21)对拉线(4)的限位,使封堵装置(15)在被拉动时绕支撑旋转孔(19)旋转。
