技术领域
本发明涉及一种组合型双转子连续混炼挤出机。
背景技术
在橡塑加工过程中,通常需要将各种添加剂(如润滑剂、防老剂、填充剂、交联剂等)加入到树脂中,并且需要混合均匀,以改善材料的性能,满足市场的需要。另一方面,在制造橡塑共混材料和高分子合金时,也需要进行高质量的混合。这就对橡塑加工的混合设备提出了很高的要求。
目前,制造厂通常采用密炼机、双螺杆配混料挤出机和双转子连续混炼机,对物料进行混合。其中,双转子连续混炼机,是由美国Farrel公司于六十年代中期,在其名牌产品Banbury密炼机的基础上,开发制造的新型连续混炼机械。该机器的外形很象双螺杆挤出机,而加料与出料方式则并不相同。由于该机器既保留了密炼机优异的混炼特性,又可以连续工作,而且其生产能力大,操作、维护方便,因此倍受人们的关注,在填充改性高分子材料、功能高分子材料的制造中得到了广泛的应用。
双转子连续混炼机转子工作部分的形状如图1所示,根据其功能的不同,可以分为加料段A、第一混炼段B、输送段C、第二混炼段D和卸料段E。转子的加料段A为螺纹段,主要将由加料口加入的物料输送到转子的第一混炼段B;转子的第一混炼段B一般有两对螺旋方向相反的螺棱,该四根螺棱的螺旋角度各不相同,物料在此在螺棱的作用下,经历了往返重叠的拟合混合作用,得以分散、混炼;与转子的加料段A一样,输送段C也为螺纹段,将第一混炼段B的物料输送至第二混炼段D,进行进一步的混炼、混合;转子的卸料段E的横截面一般为椭圆或圆柱形,主要将混炼后的物料经卸料口排出筒体混炼腔。
目前的双转子连续混炼机还存在以下问题:首先,转子和机筒通常采用整体结构,无法根据不同的混炼工艺,在混炼机不同的区域采用不同结构的转子,实现不同的混炼功能,以满足相应的混合要求,工艺适应性较差;第二,由于转子长度的限制,导致物料停留时间较短,对于物料的流动性限制较大;第三,设备的挤出与混炼功能分开,采用双阶式布置,即将双转子连续混炼机置于单螺杆挤出机之上,由双转子连续混炼机排出的混炼好的物料进入单螺杆挤出机建压挤出造粒。该过程导致物料从混炼机到挤出机之间暴露于空气之中,影响了产品质量,同时,也给设备的稳定性运行带领了诸多困难。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是为了克服现有技术双转子连续混炼机的工艺适应性较差,难以满足相应的混合要求,对于物料的流动性限制较大,使得物料从混炼机到挤出机之间暴露于空气之中的缺陷,提供一种组合型双转子连续混炼挤出机。
本发明是通过下述技术方案来解决上述技术问题:
一种组合型双转子连续混炼挤出机,包括两根转子,其特点在于,所述转子包括若干转子元件和芯棒,各所述转子元件沿所述芯棒的轴向排列,且各所述转子元件通过键连接固定在所述芯棒上。
较佳地,所述转子元件通过花键或平键与所述芯棒连接。芯棒一端通过联轴节与齿轮箱的输出轴相连,承受传递过来的扭矩与转速,另一方面通过花键或平键将齿轮箱传递过来的扭矩与转速分配给各个转子元件,把各种转子元件和芯棒连接起来就构成本设备的转子。
较佳地,所述转子元件包括螺纹元件,所述螺纹元件的外表面设置有矩形螺纹。

本发明的积极进步效果在于:通过本发明的运用,使得工艺适应性加强,可以满足不同的混合要求,减少了物料的流动性限制,避免了物料从混炼机到挤出机之间暴露于空气之中的缺陷。

具体实施方式
下面举出较佳实施例,并结合附图来更清楚完整地说明本发明。
本发明功能公开了一种组合型双转子连续混炼挤出机,包括两根转子,所述转子包括若干转子元件和芯棒,各所述转子元件沿所述芯棒的轴向排列,且各所述转子元件通过键连接固定在所述芯棒上。
如图2-5所示,所述组合型双转子连续混炼挤出机包括若干筒体部件,所述筒体部件用于容纳所述转子部件。
其中图2所示的筒体部件1可用作为混炼段筒体或者输送段筒体,所述混炼段筒体或者输送段筒体包括两个相互连通的孔腔。
图3所示的筒体部件2可用作为加料段筒体,所述加料段筒体包括加料口21和两个孔腔,其中,两个所述空腔在位于所述加料口一侧延伸的方向上连通,且在位于所述加料口另一侧延伸的方向上不连通。
图4所示的筒体部件3可用作为二次加料段筒体或者排气段筒体,所述二次加料段筒体(或者排气段筒体)包括加料口31(或者排气口31)和两个相互连通的孔腔。
图5所示的筒体部件4可用作为挤出段筒体,所述挤出段筒体包括两个相互不连通的孔腔。
如图10所示,各所述筒体部件设置有冷却通道13,冷却通道13可以通入导热油或水冷却。筒体部件也设置有加热器14。所述筒体部件设置有热电偶孔,热电偶孔,可以测量筒体和物料的温度。
图6、图7和图8所示的为转子元件。
其中,图6所示的转子元件5、转子元件6、转子元件7和转子元件8为螺纹元件,所述螺纹元件的外表面设置有矩形螺纹。矩形螺纹的头数为1-4头。
图7所示的转子元件9和转子元件10为混炼元件,所述混炼元件的外表面设置有螺棱。所述螺棱的头数为2-4头。
图8所示的转子元件11为节流元件,所述节流元件的外表面为圆柱。
其中,所述转子元件通过花键或平键与所述芯棒连接。芯棒一端通过联轴节与齿轮箱的输出轴相连,承受传递过来的扭矩与转速,另一方面通过花键或平键将齿轮箱传递过来的扭矩与转速分配给各个转子元件,把各种转子元件和芯棒连接起来就构成本设备的转子。如图9所示为组装好的转子结构示意图,依次包括了输送段A、混炼段B、节流调节段C、输送段D、混炼段E和挤出段F。从图中可以看出。其中各段分别通过不同的转子元件拼接而成。
如图11和图12所示,所述组合型双转子连续混炼挤出机还包括间隙可调的中央支撑装置12,间隙可调的中央支撑装置12用于调节与所述节流元件之间的间隙。间隙越小,物料通过的该间隙的阻力就越大,混炼段物料的填充率也就越高,物料所经历的混合的激烈程度也越高。根据物料的特性,适当调整该间隙的大小,就可以控制物料在混合混炼段所经历的混合程度和混合效果。
间隙可调的中央支撑装置12包括上滑板121、下滑板122,以及用于调整上滑板121和下滑板122之间距离的调节丝杠126。上滑板上设置有固定板123,调节丝杠126穿过平板125,平板125固定在导柱124上。调节丝杠126一端与上滑板121和固定板123配合,另一端连接有转轮127。转动转轮127,可以驱动上滑板121移动。工作时,间隙可调的中央支撑装置12通过调节丝杆126,导致上下滑板相向滑动,调节上滑板和下滑板的内孔到节流元件外表面的缝隙大小,进而达到控制熔体通过的阻力大小的目的。滑板内孔与节流元件之间的缝隙构成了一个熔体润滑自润滑的滑动轴承,对转子起到中间支撑的作用。同时,通过调节缝隙的大小,还可以控制转子混炼区域物料的充满度大小。其中图12中内孔12的外扩角度α为5-50度。

Claims (20)
1.一种组合型双转子连续混炼挤出机,包括两根转子,其特征在于,所述转子包括若干转子元件和芯棒,各所述转子元件沿所述芯棒的轴向排列,且各所述转子元件通过键连接固定在所述芯棒上。
2.如权利要求1所述的组合型双转子连续混炼挤出机,其特征在于,所述转子元件通过花键或平键与所述芯棒连接。
3.如权利要求1所述的组合型双转子连续混炼挤出机,其特征在于,所述转子元件包括螺纹元件,所述螺纹元件的外表面设置有矩形螺纹。
4.如权利要求3所述的组合型双转子连续混炼挤出机,其特征在于,所述矩形螺纹的头数为1-4头。
5.如权利要求1所述的组合型双转子连续混炼挤出机,其特征在于,所述转子元件包括混炼元件,所述混炼元件的外表面设置有螺棱,所述混炼元件的横截面形状为由非对称椭圆构成的凸形椭圆。
6.如权利要求5所述的组合型双转子连续混炼挤出机,其特征在于,所述螺棱的头数为2-4头。
7.如权利要求1所述的组合型双转子连续混炼挤出机,其特征在于,所述转子元件包括节流元件,所述节流元件的外表面为圆柱。
8.如权利要求7所述的组合型双转子连续混炼挤出机,其特征在于,所述组合型双转子连续混炼挤出机还包括间隙可调的中央支撑装置,所述间隙可调的中央支撑装置用于调节与所述节流元件之间的间隙。
9.如权利要求8所述的组合型双转子连续混炼挤出机,其特征在于,所述间隙可调的中央支撑装置包括上滑板、下滑板,以及用于调整所述上滑板和所述下滑板之间距离的驱动装置。
10.如权利要求9所述的组合型双转子连续混炼挤出机,其特征在于,所述驱动装置包括调节丝杠,所述调节丝杠与所述上滑板配合,并用于驱动所述上滑板移动。
11.如权利要求1-10任意一项所述的组合型双转子连续混炼挤出机,其特征在于,所述组合型双转子连续混炼挤出机包括若干筒体部件,所述筒体部件用于容纳所述转子部件。
12.如权利要求11所述的组合型双转子连续混炼挤出机,其特征在于,所述筒体部件包括混炼段筒体,所述混炼段筒体包括两个相互连通的孔腔。
13.如权利要求11所述的组合型双转子连续混炼挤出机,其特征在于,所述筒体部件包括输送段筒体,所述输送段筒体包括两个相互连通的孔腔。
14.如权利要求11所述的组合型双转子连续混炼挤出机,其特征在于,所述筒体部件包括加料段筒体,所述加料段筒体包括加料口和两个孔腔,其中,两个所述空腔在位于所述加料口一侧延伸的方向上连通,且在位于所述加料口另一侧延伸的方向上不连通。
15.如权利要求11所述的组合型双转子连续混炼挤出机,其特征在于,所述筒体部件包括二次加料段筒体,所述二次加料段筒体包括加料口和两个相互连通的孔腔。
16.如权利要求11所述的组合型双转子连续混炼挤出机,其特征在于,所述筒体部件包括排气段筒体,所述排气段筒体包括排气口和两个相互连通的孔腔。
17.如权利要求11所述的组合型双转子连续混炼挤出机,其特征在于,所述筒体部件包括挤出段筒体,所述挤出段筒体包括两个相互不连通的孔腔。
18.如权利要求11所述的组合型双转子连续混炼挤出机,其特征在于,所述筒体部件设置有冷却通道。
19.如权利要求11所述的组合型双转子连续混炼挤出机,其特征在于,所述筒体部件设置有加热器。
20.如权利要求11所述的组合型双转子连续混炼挤出机,其特征在于,所述筒体部件设置有热电偶孔。
