本发明公开了自动制造技术领域内的一种智能化自动切断装置,包括切料组件、送料组件、电控中心;送料组件设有两对,两对送料组件间隔设置,每一对送料组件并排设置,所述送料组件包括底驱动电机、送料轮;切料组件包括刀盘、旋转轴、切料电机、活动连杆、底铰座、电动推杆;底驱动电机、切料电机、电动推杆均受电控中心控制。可高效地、自动地切断管材。

技术领域
本发明涉及自动制造技术领域,特别涉及一种自动切断管材的装置。
背景技术
目前,管材的切断工艺大部分由半人工方式进行的,导致切料效率低下。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种智能化自动切断装置,可高效地、自动地切断管材。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种智能化自动切断装置,包括切料组件、送料组件、电控中心;
所述送料组件设有两对,两对送料组件间隔设置,每一对送料组件并排设置,所述送料组件包括底驱动电机、送料轮,所述底驱动电机固定在地面基础上,所述送料轮可在底驱动电机的控制下进行水平旋转运动,所述送料轮为回转体结构并且其中心轴线为旋转中心,所述送料轮外周设有弧形槽,送料时每一对送料组件的弧形槽均夹抱住管材外周;
所述切料组件包括刀盘、旋转轴、切料电机、活动连杆、底铰座、电动推杆,所述底铰座固定在地面基础上,所述活动连杆一端可上下翻转地安装在底铰座上,所述刀盘通过旋转轴可竖直转动地安装在活动连杆自由端上,所述切料电机安装在活动连杆上,并且所述切料电机的输出端与旋转轴传动连接,所述电动推杆的输出端与活动连杆相铰接,所述电动推杆另一端活动安装在地面基础上;
所述底驱动电机、切料电机、电动推杆均受电控中心控制。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:可高效地、自动地切断管材;具体使用时,在电控中心的控制下,底驱动电机驱动送料轮旋转,两对送料组件同时运作,使得管材向前输送,当管材运动到切断位置时,切料电机驱动刀盘旋转,同时,电动推杆带着活动连杆下降,使得刀盘可以切断管材,当切断动作完成后,电动推杆带着活动连杆上升,两对送料组件同时运作,使得管材继续向前输送,进行下一步切断动作;整体设置简单合理,便于切断作业的顺利进行。

具体实施方式
如图1-2所示,一种智能化自动切断装置,包括切料组件1、送料组件2、电控中心4。
上述送料组件2设有两对,两对送料组件2间隔设置,每一对送料组件2并排设置,送料组件2包括底驱动电机201、送料轮202,底驱动电机201固定在地面基础5上,送料轮202可在底驱动电机201的控制下进行水平旋转运动,送料轮202为回转体结构并且其中心轴线为旋转中心,送料轮202外周设有弧形槽202a,送料时每一对送料组件2的弧形槽202a均夹抱住管材3外周。
上述切料组件1包括刀盘101、旋转轴102、切料电机103、活动连杆104、底铰座105、电动推杆106,底铰座105固定在地面基础5上,活动连杆104一端可上下翻转地安装在底铰座105上,刀盘101通过旋转轴102可竖直转动地安装在活动连杆104自由端上,切料电机103安装在活动连杆104上,并且切料电机103的输出端与旋转轴102传动连接,电动推杆106的输出端与活动连杆104相铰接,电动推杆106另一端活动安装在地面基础5上。
上述底驱动电机201、切料电机103、电动推杆106均受电控中心4控制。
本发明并不局限于上述实施例,在本发明公开的技术方案的基础上,本领域的技术人员根据所公开的技术内容,不需要创造性的劳动就可以对其中的一些技术特征作出一些替换和变形,这些替换和变形均在本发明的保护范围内。

1.一种智能化自动切断装置,其特征在于:包括切料组件(1)、送料组件(2)、电控中心(4);
所述送料组件(2)设有两对,两对送料组件(2)间隔设置,每一对送料组件(2)并排设置,所述送料组件(2)包括底驱动电机(201)、送料轮(202),所述底驱动电机(201)固定在地面基础(5)上,所述送料轮(202)可在底驱动电机(201)的控制下进行水平旋转运动,所述送料轮(202)为回转体结构并且其中心轴线为旋转中心,所述送料轮(202)外周设有弧形槽(202a),送料时每一对送料组件(2)的弧形槽(202a)均夹抱住管材(3)外周;
所述切料组件(1)包括刀盘(101)、旋转轴(102)、切料电机(103)、活动连杆(104)、底铰座(105)、电动推杆(106),所述底铰座(105)固定在地面基础(5)上,所述活动连杆(104)一端可上下翻转地安装在底铰座(105)上,所述刀盘(101)通过旋转轴(102)可竖直转动地安装在活动连杆(104)自由端上,所述切料电机(103)安装在活动连杆(104)上,并且所述切料电机(103)的输出端与旋转轴(102)传动连接,所述电动推杆(106)的输出端与活动连杆(104)相铰接,所述电动推杆(106)另一端活动安装在地面基础(5)上;
所述底驱动电机(201)、切料电机(103)、电动推杆(106)均受电控中心(4)控制。
