本发明涉及捻线锭子,它包括锭子罐和以圆锥形捻线顶罩形式构成的上部分,其中,纱线制动器布置在捻线顶罩中。
背景技术
捻合或者说包芯是改善纱线质量的纺织工艺,因为单根纱线并不总是满足与用于进一步处理或最终产品中的强度和均匀性相关的要求。在本申请范围内,术语“线”被认为包含所有线状结构例如纱、膜条、管状织物和条形织物和类似物。为了简单起见,在本申请范围内,术语“线”按照与用于可能的可选替代物的相同含义来使用。
捻线机包括在机器纵向上并排布置的多个工位。每个工位包括插放有喂给纱管的锭子和安置在机架上的用于容放第二喂给纱管的插放装置。自喂给纱管取得纱,纱张力通过纱线制动器来保持恒定。与此相关,来自锭子罐内的第一喂给纱管的、按惯例被称为罐壳纱线的纱线是从顶侧取得的。来自机架上的第二喂给纱管的其它纱线即所谓粗纱架纱线从下方被引入空心锭子并从锭子起出现在蓄纱盘上,部分卷绕后者且以纱线气圈的形式绕锭子罐回转。在气圈纱线引导情况下,第二喂纱筒子的纱线捻绕第一喂给纱管的纱线,而单独纱线没有经历回转。通过此工艺过程所制造的纱线被绕在卷绕筒管上。
DE3708331C1描述了用于调整在捻合工程纱线的外纱线与内纱线之间的纱线张力比的方法和装置。外纱线或粗纱架纱线取自喂给纱管且经过纱线制动器和锭子的轴向槽,它从这里经过径向槽并形成围绕锭子的纱线气圈。导纱眼布置在纱线气圈顶点的上方。取自在锭子上方安置在纱管罐筒内的纱线气圈眼内的喂给纱管的内纱线或罐壳纱线恰好在导纱眼下方被供给。图1示出球面拱顶状的捻线顶罩,其包括在最上方区域内的水平截平部。
与DE3708331C1相比,代替以所谓的开放式纱线气圈运行,在DE10220302A1中采用了气圈限制器。
DE10220302A1披露了一种具有锭子罐的捻线锭子,其上部分由捻线顶罩形成,捻线顶罩以截头圆锥体形的形状形成。另外,锭子罐被以呈圆柱形构成的气圈限制器包围。粗纱架纱线在锭子罐外表面与气圈限制器内壁之间的间隙内被向上引导并且被引导穿过气圈导纱眼。这样的气圈限制器可以在捻线机中被用来缩小由运动纱线形成的回转纱线气圈。
伴随根据现有技术的捻线锭子的缺点是这种捻线锭子的能耗相对高,因为出现了纱线气圈。
发明内容
鉴于上述类型的捻线锭子,本发明所基于的目的是提出一种捻线锭子,借此减少能耗。
为了实现该目的,该捻线顶罩在其上侧区域从圆锥形逐渐过渡为凸形。
借助这样有利的捻线顶罩实施方式,捻线顶罩的大部分以圆锥形形式构成且在截头圆锥体的顶面区域中逐渐变为凸形。就此而言,侧面至顶面的过渡被倒圆。
通过捻线顶罩的几何形状与最终形成的纱线气圈的自然形成相关地调整,气圈导纱眼可以更靠近捻线顶罩布置,而没有出现粗纱架纱线接触到捻线顶罩。由于气圈导纱眼朝向捻线顶罩移位,故只会形成较小的纱线气圈。纱线气圈越小,捻线锭子的能耗将会越低。
即便是在启动阶段和运行准备阶段,通过根据本发明所形成的捻线顶罩仍然保证了粗纱架纱线不会接触捻线顶罩。
进一步的优点是,形成开放的纱线气圈或使用气圈限制器对使用本发明的捻线顶罩来说是不相关的。在这两种处理情况下都获得根据本发明的优点。根据本发明的捻线顶罩可以与通过批量生产所制造的传统的锭子罐联用。现有的捻线机甚至可以改装有这样的有利的捻线顶罩,而不需要复杂且费事地转变该捻线机。
当然,在本发明的范围内可以形成具有不同的直径和高度的捻线顶罩。相似地,可以想到根据本发明的捻线顶罩由截然不同的材料制造,其中捻线顶罩可由均质材料或材料混合物制造或者分别由经过处理/涂覆/合金化的材料制造。
在一个有利实施方式中,该捻线顶罩在其上区域中以球面拱顶形构成。
这样的球面拱顶形实施方式可能根据待处理纱线的纤度是有利的。

具体实施方式
图1示意性示出本发明的具有捻线顶罩1的捻线机的工位。
捻线锭子2安装在锭轨3上。第一喂给纱管4安放在捻线锭子2的锭子罐5中。罐壳纱线6自第一喂给纱管4在顶侧被取得并被引导经过布置在捻线顶罩1中的纱线制动器7。在纱线制动器7之后,罐壳纱线6通过导纱眼8离开捻线顶罩1,最终穿过下游的气圈导纱眼9。气圈导纱眼9通过保持件10被附接至机架(只是示意性的)。
按惯例,第二喂给纱管11安装在布置在机架上的插放装置上并在此只在捻线锭子2旁边被示意性示出。取自第二喂给纱管11的粗纱架(Creel)纱线12从下方经过空心锭子轴13,在径向上被偏转且在径向上出现在蓄纱盘14上。蓄纱盘14的回转驱动由传动带16经过锭盘15来实现。
从蓄纱盘14起,粗纱架纱线12在锭子罐5的外侧面被向上引导至气圈导丝眼9。在此,粗纱架纱线12圈绕罐壳纱线6,并且通过这种方式制造的捻合线18被进一步卷绕到卷绕筒管上。
图2示出根据本发明的捻线顶罩1。圆锥体的侧面19逐渐过渡为顶面20的凸形。通过这种包括圆形过渡的实施方式,捻线顶罩1的几何形状约等同于最终的纱线气圈的形状。结果,气圈导纱眼9可以靠近捻线顶罩1布置,所形成的纱线气圈比较小,因而最终节约了能量。

Claims (2)

1.一种捻线锭子(2),该捻线锭子包括锭子罐(5)和呈圆锥形捻线顶罩(1)形式构成的上部分,其中纱线制动器(7)布置在该捻线顶罩(1)内,其特征是,该捻线顶罩(1)在其上侧区域从圆锥形逐渐过渡为凸形。
2.根据权利要求1所述的捻线锭子(2),其特征是,所述捻线顶罩(1)在其上侧区域中呈球面拱顶形构成。
