Abstract
本发明涉及一种生物消毒型厨衣冷水洗涤液,在使用不加温的冷水洗涤条件下达到去除油污、油渍,同时达到祛除细菌的目的,其主要成分为碱性蛋白分解酶、海藻生物活素、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、皂素、烷基多糖苷和十二烷基磺酸钠。具有如下特点:(1)、冷水洗涤、无需加热,即可去除厨衣表面的油污、黄斑;(2)、制作工艺简单,并且针对厨衣特殊的油污成分,添加专门溶解蛋白质类污垢的酶类活性成分,催化表面活性剂,提高其去污效果,有效去除污垢;(3)、避免高温对衣服造成的损害,增加厨衣的穿着时间;(4)、添加天然的除菌成分,有效祛除厨衣容易感染的大肠杆菌和霉菌,并保持长久的抗菌作用;(5)、节约能源、降低洗涤成本和投洗次数。
Description
技术领域 本发明涉及一种生物型厨衣冷水洗涤液,在使用不加温的冷水洗涤条件下达到去除油污、油渍,同时达到祛除细菌的目的,其主要成分为碱性蛋白分解酶、海藻生物活素、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、皂素、烷基多糖苷和十二烷基磺酸钠。厨衣是在厨师做菜的时候一直穿着的,上面会沾染大量的油渍、污渍,长时间不清洗会形成重油垢,难以清洗并且由于食物中的蛋白存留而快速的滋生细菌和霉菌,在厨师做菜的过程中,致病菌落到食物中,从而引起细菌传播,对客人的身体健康造成危害;而且重油垢不清洗干净,留有黄斑、印记,也会影响厨师的形象,造成酒店形象差。因此,厨衣的清洗非常重要。大型酒店的厨衣,数量较多都是送与专业的水洗厂进行洗涤,由于厨衣是重油垢织物,洗水厂在洗涤厨衣时会大量加入强碱性洗涤化料来溶解厨衣上的油污,而为了使洗涤后的衣服pH值保持在中性,又会投入大量的强酸中和,这样在强酸和强碱的作用下,衣服的纤维就会严重的老化,从而降低了衣服的穿着寿命,而且水洗厂在洗涤时会使用高温加热来增加污垢与化料之间的溶解速度,缩短洗涤时间,殊不知高温也加快了衣服的老化速度;而对于一些中、小型酒店、餐馆,在洗涤厨衣时就会选择含氯消毒剂浸泡、清洗,油污比较多时则用火碱与洗洁精温水溶化后浸泡、清洗,来祛除污渍,但是含氯消毒剂和火碱用量控制非常严格,使用不当对衣服的损伤是非常严重的。因此,广大的洗涤市场,急切的需要一款生物的、低温型的洗涤液,在节约能源的同时达到祛除油垢和细菌的目的。本发明采用纯天然的海藻生物活素和碱性蛋白酶,在冷水低温条件下,提高表面活性剂的去污效果,降低厨衣化纤损坏,并同时达到除菌的作用。
背景技术随着经济的发展,市场中的洗涤产品的种类越来越繁多,但是价格参差不齐,有超市中几十块钱一桶的,也有化料工厂几块钱一公斤的,洗后的效果也各不相同,并且对于厨衣重油垢的洗涤却少有专门的洗涤用品,特别是水洗厂针对重油垢织物只是在普通洗涤液基础上大量的加入重碱和重酸成分,以此来达到去除污垢的目的,这样对厨衣的损坏是非常大的,而且洗涤温度要加热到70℃以上,再通过机械力的摩擦,造成厨衣的寿命非常短暂;最后为了保持衣服的白度,加入含氯制剂和双氧水,俗称氯漂和氧漂,来达到衣服的洁白度,同时达到除菌的目的,但这样虽然白度达到了却更加损害了厨衣的纤维。并且由于这种洗涤方法加入大量的碱性和酸性化料,需要经过3至4次的清水投洗干净,不但费水、费电增加了洗涤成本,还加大了对环境的污染。因此,一种既能祛除重型油污增加厨衣白度、又能除菌环保型的冷水型厨衣洗涤液是整个洗涤行业所急切需求的。本发明的目的是提供一种生物消毒型的冷水厨衣洗涤液,在不加温的洗涤过程中,祛除油污的同时达到除菌的作用,降低成本、节约资源。
发明内容 本发明的要点在于将专门针对去除厨衣沾染的蛋白质类污渍彻底溶解的蛋白酶加入到表面活性剂中,加速油污的溶解,无需加热、降低投洗次数,从而降低厨衣的损坏度;并且加入天然植物提取的活素成分达到对厨衣的除菌的作用。本发明选择的配方如下(组分及其重量百分比%):碱性蛋白分解酶3.0-4.0、海藻生物活素2.0-4.0、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚4.0-6.0、皂素2.0-5.0、烷基多糖苷6.0-8.0、十二烷基磺酸钠3.0-5.0、碳酸钠2.0-4.0、氯化钠1.0-3.0、净化水加至100。
碱性蛋白酶,又称丝氨酸蛋白酶, 在碱性条件下能够水解蛋白质肽键的酶,其主要来源为微生物提取,在碱性条件下可以水解蛋白质肽键, 使复杂的大分子蛋白质结构变成简单的小分子肽链或者氨基酸,从而变得易于吸收或洗去。而厨衣表面的污垢主要成分是蛋白质,碱性蛋白酶专门针对厨衣表面沾染的蛋白质污垢,快速的分解蛋白质污垢,使其溶于水中,达到快速去污的效果。
海藻生物活素是从海洋植物藻类中提炼的活性成分,是一种大分子聚合物,具有非常高的活性,能够促进污垢与洗涤剂相互融合,加快污垢的溶解;并且海藻生物活素具有高效的杀菌作用,对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的杀菌率达到99.999%,对白色念珠菌的杀菌率达到99.99%,有效切断大肠杆菌通过厨衣传播的途径,阻止致病菌对人体的伤害。其杀菌原理是大分子聚合物能够包裹住带负电荷的细菌和污垢,阻断细胞正常的活性,而达到杀菌的作用。
烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚是一种重要的聚氧乙烯型非离子表面活性剂,性质稳定、耐酸碱并且成本低,有良好的润湿、渗透、乳化、分散、增溶和洗涤作用;尤其耐酸碱的特点,非常适合在碱性条件下洗涤衣服,不会由于碱性过高失去活性,去油污效果好;由于良好的乳化效果,用量少,在碱性蛋白酶和海藻活素的催化下,增加其乳化和去污效果,降低成本。
皂素皂素又称碱皂体,水溶液具有持续产生泡沫的性质,并显示出保护性胶体的性质,虽不易透折,但能提高其他物质对细胞膜等的透过性。其在生物型厨衣冷水洗涤液中的主要作用除了去污还可以增加海藻生物活素透过细菌的细胞膜,阻碍细菌的正常分裂能力,从而加快其除菌的作用。
烷基多糖苷是由可再生资源天然脂肪醇和葡萄糖合成的,是一种性能较全面的新型非离子表面活性剂,兼具普通非离子和阴离子表面活性剂的特性,具有高表面活性、良好的生态安全性和相溶性,其作用是可以将活性成分与表面活性剂更好的融为一个体系,避免出现分层、沉淀、颗粒等问题。
十二烷基磺酸钠属于阴离子表面活性剂,具有良好的乳化和去污的效果,在碱性蛋白酶的催化下,无需加热,即可促进厨衣织物的油垢溶解,并且不留黄斑;而碳酸钠和氯化钠为辅助添加剂,对于长时间的黄斑具有很好的溶解作用,氯化钠还可以增加此体系的稳定作用。
本发明产品的制备方法是:
(1)、在无菌条件下,将海洋藻类经过清洗、研磨、挤压、过滤后取新鲜的汁液,用乙醇萃取法萃取其活素成分;
(2)、按照比例将乳化罐中加入净化水,加热至40℃,然后将烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、烷基多糖苷、十二烷基磺酸钠称量好,按照顺序分别加入至乳化罐中,搅拌20分钟;
(3)、继续加热至60℃,将皂素按照比例缓慢的加入至乳化罐中,搅拌均匀即可;
(4)、保持60℃加热,将称量好的碳酸钠、氯化钠缓慢的加入至乳化罐,搅拌10min,至完全溶解;
(5)、保持60℃加热,按照比例将碱性蛋白酶和海藻生物活素加入至乳化罐中,搅拌均匀,停止加热,冷却后即可分装使用。
本发明具有以下优点:
(1)、冷水洗涤、无需加热,即可去除厨衣表面的油污、黄斑;
(2)、制作工艺简单,并且针对厨衣特殊的油污成分,添加专门溶解蛋白质类污垢的酶类活性成分,催化表面活性剂,提高其去污效果,有效去除污垢;
(3)、避免高温对衣服造成的损害,增加厨衣的穿着时间;
(4)、添加天然的除菌成分,有效祛除厨衣容易感染的大肠杆菌和霉菌,并保持长久的抗菌作用;
(5)、节约能源、降低洗涤成本和投洗次数。
具体实施方式 下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明:
按照下表所列数据(重量百分比%)及其所属步骤进行配置:
配方一:碱性蛋白分解酶3.0-4.0、海藻生物活素2.0-4.0、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚4.0-6.0、皂素2.0-5.0、烷基多糖苷6.0-8.0、十二烷基磺酸钠3.0-5.0、碳酸钠2.0-4.0、氯化钠1.0-3.0、净化水加至100。
配方二:碱性蛋白分解酶3.0-3.5、海藻生物活素2.0-3.0、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚4.0-5.0、皂素2.0-3.5、烷基多糖苷6.0-7.0、十二烷基磺酸钠3.0-4.0、碳酸钠2.0-3.0、氯化钠1.0-2.0、净化水加至100。
配方三:碱性蛋白分解酶3.5-4.0、海藻生物活素3.0-4.0、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚5.0-6.0、皂素3.5-5.0、烷基多糖苷7.0-8.0、十二烷基磺酸钠4.0-5.0、碳酸钠3.0-4.0、氯化钠2.0-3.0、净化水加至100。
Claims (2)
1.本发明涉及生物消毒型厨衣冷水洗涤液,其特征在于具有如下的配方(组分及其重量百分比%):碱性蛋白分解酶3.0-4.0、海藻生物活素2.0-4.0、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚4.0-6.0、皂素2.0-5.0、烷基多糖苷6.0-8.0、十二烷基磺酸钠3.0-5.0、碳酸钠2.0-4.0、氯化钠1.0-3.0、净化水加至100。
2.一种权利要求1所述生物型厨衣冷水洗涤液,其特征在于具有如下的步骤:
