Abstract
本发明公开了一种精确定位的油缸锁紧式合模机构,包括上模板、下模板、拉杆、油缸座和控制模块,所述油缸座上部安装有油缸,所述油缸的活塞杆与下模板固定连接,所述下模板活动套接在拉杆中部,所述上模板下端固定设置有上模具,所述下模板上端固定设置有下模具,所述上模具下端安装有压力感应器,所述上模具和下模具的贴合位置处设置有相对应的位置感应器,所述拉杆上设置有行程开关,所述下模板上设置有与行程开关相配合的开关触头。通过设置压力感应器和位置感应器,既解决了在合模是定位位置不精确的问题,同时压力感应器将检测到的压力数据传递给控制模块,控制模块根据合模预设的压力数值控制油缸进行启停动作。
Description
技术领域:
本发明属于机械自动化技术领域,尤其是涉及一种精确定位的油缸锁紧式合模机构。
背景技术:
在现有技术的注塑机合模动作的过程中,通常采用丝杆锁紧式和液压缸锁紧式,丝杆锁紧式合模机构通常配备伺服电机,因此具有行程定位准确的优点,但是丝杆锁紧式对合模的保压力较小,不适应与大型模具或者对保压力要求较大的场合,而液压锁紧式合模机构具有运行平稳、能为合模提供较大的保压力,但是采用油缸控制的方式,通常具有对行程控制不够精确的缺点,这样一来容易导致合模不到位的情况发生,在生产加工的过程中,其废品率较高,因此会造成一定的经济损失。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种精确定位的油缸锁紧式合模机构。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种精确定位的油缸锁紧式合模机构,包括上模板、下模板、拉杆、油缸座和控制模块,所述上模板和油缸座分别通过螺栓固定安装在拉杆的上、下两端,所述油缸座上部安装有油缸,所述油缸的活塞杆与下模板固定连接,所述下模板活动套接在拉杆中部,所述上模板下端固定设置有上模具,所述下模板上端固定设置有下模具,所述上模具下端安装有压力感应器,所述上模具和下模具的贴合位置处设置有相对应的位置感应器,所述拉杆上设置有行程开关,所述下模板上设置有与行程开关相配合的开关触头,所述油缸、压力感应器、位置感应器、行程开关均与控制模块相连接。
作为优选,所述压力感应器在上模具的左、右两侧至少分别设置两个。
作为优选,所述位置感应器在上模具、下模具二者之间至少设置两对。
作为优选,所述下模板还设置与报警装置,所述报警装置与控制模块相连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益之处是:通过设置压力感应器和位置感应器,既解决了在合模是定位位置不精确的问题,同时压力感应器将检测到的压力数据传递给控制模块,控制模块根据合模预设的压力数值控制油缸进行启停动作,同时结构采用行程控制开关进行控制压力感应器和位置感应器的开闭,避免了压力感应器和位置感应器在不使用期间连续开启造成的能源浪费,同时增加了压力感应器和位置感应器的使用寿命。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图及具体实施方式对本发明进行详细描述:
如图1和图2所示的一种精确定位的油缸锁紧式合模机构,包括上模板1、下模板2、拉杆3、油缸座4和控制模块,实际使用过程中,下模板2处于固定状态,所述上模板1和油缸座4分别通过螺栓固定安装在拉杆3的上、下两端,所述油缸座4上部安装有油缸11,所述油缸11的活塞杆与下模板2固定连接,所述下模板2活动套接在拉杆3中部,所述上模板1下端固定设置有上模具5,所述下模板2上端固定设置有下模具6,在油缸11的作用下上模具5与下模具6实现合模/开模动作,所述上模具5下端安装有压力感应器7,所述上模具5和下模具6的贴合位置处设置有相对应的位置感应器8,所述拉杆3上设置有行程开关9,所述下模板2上设置有与行程开关9相配合的开关触头10,所述油缸11、压力感应器7、位置感应器8、行程开关9均与控制模块相连接,在合模的过程中,拉杆3运动触动行程开关9闭合,进而位置感应器8和压力感应器7同时进行工作,然后位置感应器8和压力感应器7将检测到的数值发送到控制模块,控制模块控制油缸的启停,在位置感应器8感应的数值超出预设数值时,控制模块控制设备停止运转,等待工作人员调整检修。
在实际使用过程中,为了保证检测数值的准确性,所述压力感应器7在上模具5的左、右两侧至少分别设置两个。
此外,仅进行单个点的位置检测,不足以对合模的位置进行精确确定,所述位置感应器8在上模具5、下模具6二者之间至少设置两对。
所述下模板2还设置与报警装置,所述报警装置与控制模块相连接,当位置感应器8感应到合模位置不准确时,控制模块控制报警装置发出警报,进而可通知工作人员对模具的位置进行调整减小,以避免产生废品,可节约生产成本,提高产品的质量。

1.一种精确定位的油缸锁紧式合模机构,其特征在于:包括上模板(1)、下模板(2)、拉杆(3)、油缸座(4)和控制模块,所述上模板(1)和油缸座(4)分别通过螺栓固定安装在拉杆(3)的上、下两端,所述油缸座(4)上部安装有油缸(11),所述油缸(11)的活塞杆与下模板(2)固定连接,所述下模板(2)活动套接在拉杆(3)中部,所述上模板(1)下端固定设置有上模具(5),所述下模板(2)上端固定设置有下模具(6),所述上模具(5)下端安装有压力感应器(7),所述上模具(5)和下模具(6)的贴合位置处设置有相对应的位置感应器(8),所述拉杆(3)上设置有行程开关(9),所述下模板(2)上设置有与行程开关(9)相配合的开关触头(10),所述油缸(11)、压力感应器(7)、位置感应器(8)、行程开关(9)均与控制模块相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的精确定位的油缸锁紧式合模机构,其特征在于:所述压力感应器(7)在上模具(5)的左、右两侧至少分别设置两个。
3.根据权利要求1所述的精确定位的油缸锁紧式合模机构,其特征在于:所述位置感应器(8)在上模具(5)、下模具(6)二者之间至少设置两对。
4.根据权利要求1所述的精确定位的油缸锁紧式合模机构,其特征在于:所述下模板(2)还设置与报警装置,所述报警装置与控制模块相连接。
