Abstract
本发明公开了一种做旧门板打磨机构。其中,包括机架、在机架上设有的工作台、在工作台上设有的吸盘装置、在吸盘装置上设有多个的激光测距传感器、在吸盘装置一侧设有的机械手、在机械手的端部设有的恒力补偿装置和在恒力补偿装置上设有的打磨球;所述的机械手与激光测距传感器连接。吸盘装置包括在工作台上设有的托架、在托架上设有吸住板材的真空吸盘,及在托架上设有顶起托架上的真空吸盘吸住板材的上推气缸。激光测距传感器设置于真空吸盘上。恒力补偿装置包括在机械手的端部上设有打磨程度的调节环。打磨球设置于调节环上。本发明具有打磨效率高和改善工作环境的效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于家具加工领域,特别涉及一种做旧门板打磨机构。
背景技术
目前,市面上对古典旧家具进行加工的方式,是需要对矩形板件表面进行打磨加工。由于板件的类型比较多,且尺寸规格不一,无法使用打磨专用机器对板件进行打磨。现在的车间主要使用人工打磨,以实现定制化生产。人工打磨主要存在如下缺陷,效率低,节拍慢;工作环境粉尘大,对员工身体影响大;且人工打磨劳动强度大,人员配置多的问题。
发明内容
鉴于上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种打磨效率高和改善工作环境的做旧门板打磨机构。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供的一种做旧门板打磨机构,其中,包括机架、在机架上设有的工作台、在工作台上设有的吸盘装置、在吸盘装置上设有多个的激光测距传感器、在吸盘装置一侧设有的机械手、在机械手的端部设有的恒力补偿装置和在恒力补偿装置上设有的打磨球;所述的机械手与激光测距传感器连接。吸盘装置包括在工作台上设有的托架、在托架上设有吸住板材的真空吸盘,及在托架上设有顶起托架上的真空吸盘吸住板材的上推气缸。激光测距传感器设置于真空吸盘上。恒力补偿装置包括在机械手的端部上设有打磨程度的调节环。打磨球设置于调节环上。
在一些实施方式中,调节环一侧设置有T形架;所述的T形架上设置有压紧板材的顶盘。
在一些实施方式中,工作台的前侧面设置有安全门。
在一些实施方式中,工作台的顶部和后侧面分别设置有吸尘罩。
本发明有益效果是具有磨效率高和改善工作环境的效果。由于采用机械手和恒力补偿装置相互配合用打磨球对旧板材打磨的方式,代替了人工移动打磨机,提高打磨的效率。另外,利用调节环调节打磨球打磨的程度代替人眼来评估打磨的程度,可进一步提高打磨的效率。又由于在工作台侧面的安全门和顶部的吸尘罩,保证打磨过程影响到操作的工人。因此,实现了改善工作环境的目的。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对发明作进一步详细的说明。
如图1-3所示,一种做旧门板打磨机构,包括机架1、在机架1上设有的工作台2、在工作台2上设有的吸盘装置3、在吸盘装置3上设有多个的激光测距传感器4、在吸盘装置3一侧设有的机械手4、在机械手4的端部设有的恒力补偿装置5和在恒力补偿装置5上设有的打磨球6。机械手4与激光测距传感器4连接。吸盘装置3包括在工作台2上设有的托架31、在托架31上设有吸住板材7的真空吸盘32,及在托架31上设有顶起托架31上的真空吸盘32吸住板材7的上推气缸33。激光测距传感器4设置于真空吸盘32上。恒力补偿装置5包括在机械手4的端部上设有打磨程度的调节环51。打磨球6设置于调节环51上。调节环51一侧设置有T形架52;所述的T形架52上设置有压紧板材7的顶盘53。工作台2的前侧面设置有安全门8。工作台2的顶部和后侧面分别设置有吸尘罩9。
工作原理是:人工打开安全门8,把板材7放入真空吸盘32相应的位置,关上安全门8。上推气缸33向上推动真空吸盘32,真空吸盘32开始工作,吸住板材7,木板固定不动。激光测距传感器4开始工作,测量出木板的尺寸和范围,并把数据传给机械手4。机械手4根据这些数据,来移动打磨机开始打磨。打磨过程中,恒力补偿装置5来确定木板打磨的程度。打磨完毕,机械手4回原点位置,真空吸盘32不工作,上推气缸33下落,木板松动,工人打开安全门8,取出打磨好的木板。
以上所述的仅是本发明的一些实施方式。对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于发明的保护范围。
Claims (4)
1.一种做旧门板打磨机构,其特征在于,包括机架、在机架上设有的工作台、在工作台上设有的吸盘装置、在吸盘装置上设有多个的激光测距传感器、在吸盘装置一侧设有的机械手、在机械手的端部设有的恒力补偿装置和在恒力补偿装置上设有的打磨球;所述的机械手与激光测距传感器连接;
所述的吸盘装置包括在工作台上设有的托架、在托架上设有吸住板材的真空吸盘,及在托架上设有顶起托架上的真空吸盘吸住板材的上推气缸;所述的激光测距传感器设置于真空吸盘上;
所述的恒力补偿装置包括在机械手的端部上设有打磨程度的调节环;
所述的打磨球设置于调节环上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种做旧门板打磨机构,其特征在于,所述的调节环一侧设置有T形架;所述的T形架上设置有压紧板材的顶盘。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种做旧门板打磨机构,其特征在于,所述工作台的前侧面和后侧面分别设置有安全门。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种做旧门板打磨机构,其特征在于,所述工作台的顶部设置有吸尘罩。
