Abstract
本发明公开了一种留香型洗衣片,包括按照重量份计的如下组份:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚10‑20份、月桂酰基谷氨酸钠15‑25份、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺2‑5份、微胶囊3‑10份、成膜剂2‑5份、防腐剂0.3‑0.8份、去离子水30‑60份。本发明使用经改性后的天然材料为壁材、植物精油为芯材,制备出不含其它添加剂的环保香味微胶囊;利用纳米超浓缩技术将香味微胶囊和其它组成成分制成留香型洗衣片。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及日用化工技术领域,尤其涉及了一种留香型洗衣片及其制备方法。
背景技术
留香型洗衣片,全称纳米超浓缩留香型洗衣片,是一种全新的洗涤产品。改变了以往洗涤产品的形态,轻便是它最大的特点,因其不含有荧光增白剂,磷等有害成分,可生物降解,对环境几乎没有污染,是一款环保产品,逐渐风靡欧美市场,成为新一代洗涤产品,是一种中性的合成洗涤剂。留香型洗衣片实现的定量洗涤克服了传统洗衣粉、洗衣液使用中计量的繁琐,即节约了洗涤用品,其低泡超浓缩的环保特性又节约了用水。
微胶囊是由天然或合成高分子材料制成的微型容器,微胶囊技术是把分散均匀的固体物质颗粒、液滴或气体完全包封在一层膜中形成微胶囊的一种技术,香精微胶囊是微胶囊技术中的一个重要分支,也是微胶囊技术的一个颇为典型的应用,早在1932年英国已经开始利用阿拉伯胶进行香精微胶囊的研制工作,直到现在人们对微胶囊香精的研究依然方兴未艾。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种留香型洗衣片,微胶囊技术和留香型洗衣片相结合,使得留香型洗衣片在有洗涤功能的同时,兼具有微胶囊缓释香味的特性,处理后的衣物留香更持久,给人更长久的嗅觉享受。
一种留香型洗衣片,所述留香型洗衣片包括按照重量份计的如下组份:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚10-20份、月桂酰基谷氨酸钠15-25份、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺2-5份、微胶囊3-10份、成膜剂2-5份、防腐剂0.3-0.8份、去离子水30-60份。
优选的,所述洗衣片还包括去污增效剂5-15份。
优选的,所述去污增效剂为月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚或甘油聚氧乙烯醚。
优选的,所述微胶囊的壁材为明胶、酪蛋白、大豆蛋白中的一种。
优选的,所述微胶囊的芯材为植物精油,所述植物精油为檀香精油、柠檬精油、肉桂精油、薄荷精油、艾草精油中的一种。
优选的,所述成膜剂为聚乙烯醇或聚乙烯吡咯烷酮。
优选的,微胶囊制备方法步骤如下:
S1:将壁材加热到80-100℃,使得壁材充分糊化;
S2:在50-60℃的温度范围内,利用高速剪切工艺将植物精油包埋到壁材内部,形成所需的香味微胶囊。
洗衣片制备方法步骤如下:
S1:将各组分和制备好的香味微胶囊混合,搅拌均匀,利用纳米超浓缩技术制备出需要的洗衣片。
S2:使用加热喷雾机将成膜剂加热至80℃,对洗衣片进行喷雾包膜。
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚是常见的非离子表面活性剂;月桂酰基谷氨酸钠钠为由天然来源的脂肪酸与谷氨基酸盐给缩合而成,是一种氨基酸型的表面活性剂,洗涤力良好且生物降解性能优异;椰油酸二乙醇酰胺是高品质的非离子表面活性剂,具有良好的渗透去污、抗硬水能力,同其它表面活性剂有良好的复配性和协同效应。
月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚具有优良的洗涤、润湿、增溶等功能;甘油聚氧乙烯醚具有优良的稳泡润湿、渗透润滑、增溶和保湿能力。
植物精油中含有醇类、醛类、酸类、酚类、丙酮类、萜烯类物质,能够刺激人体内的自律神经,调节内分泌系统,缓解焦虑情绪;此外精油还有杀菌、除异味的功效。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有的有益效果在于:
本发明使用经改性后的天然材料为壁材、植物精油为芯材,制备出不含其它添加剂的环保香味微胶囊;利用纳米超浓缩技术将香味微胶囊和其它成分制成留香型洗衣片。
由于全包囊的封闭型香味微胶囊的存在,使用该发明的洗衣片洗涤衣物后,香味微胶囊会吸附在衣物上,香味更持久,并且在衣物穿着时,因跟外界接触摩擦、受热、受压时,其囊壁会破裂,将香味释放出来,消除织物异味,赋予织物清新自然的、清澈迷人的香味,给人以优秀的嗅觉享受,提供一种清新自然的健康生活方式。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步解说。
实施例1
一种留香型洗衣片,包括按照重量份计的如下组份:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚10份、月桂酰基谷氨酸钠25份、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺2份、去污增效剂5份、微胶囊10份、成膜剂2份、防腐剂0.8份、去离子水30份。
去污增效剂为月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚;胶囊的壁材为明胶;微胶囊的芯材为植物精油檀香精油;防腐剂为山梨酸;成膜剂为聚乙烯醇。
一种留香型洗衣片的制备方法:
微胶囊制备方法步骤如下:
S1:将壁材加热到80℃,使得壁材充分糊化;
S2:在60℃时,利用高速剪切工艺将植物精油包埋到壁材内部,形成所需的香味微胶囊。
洗衣片制备方法步骤如下:
S1:将各组分和制备好的香味微胶囊混合,搅拌均匀,利用纳米超浓缩技术制备出需要的洗衣片。
S2:使用加热喷雾机将成膜剂加热至80℃,对洗衣片进行喷雾包膜。
实施例2
一种留香型洗衣片,包括按照重量份计的如下组份:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚20份、月桂酰基谷氨酸钠15份、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺5份、去污增效剂15份、微胶囊3份、成膜剂5份、防腐剂0.3份、去离子水60份。
去污增效剂为甘油聚氧乙烯醚;胶囊的壁材为酪蛋白;微胶囊的芯材为柠檬精油;防腐剂为山梨酸钾;成膜剂为聚乙烯吡咯烷酮。
一种留香型洗衣片的制备方法:
微胶囊制备方法步骤如下:
S1:将壁材加热到100℃,使得壁材充分糊化;
S2:在50℃时,利用高速剪切工艺将植物精油包埋到壁材内部,形成所需的香味微胶囊。
洗衣片制备方法步骤如下:
S1:将各组分和制备好的香味微胶囊混合,搅拌均匀,利用纳米超浓缩技术制备出需要的洗衣片。
S2:使用加热喷雾机将成膜剂加热至80℃,对洗衣片进行喷雾包膜。
实施例3
一种留香型洗衣片,包括按照重量份计的如下组份:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚12份、月桂酰基谷氨酸钠23份、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺3份、去污增效剂13份、微胶囊9份、成膜剂3份、防腐剂0.4份、去离子水40份。
去污增效剂为月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚;胶囊的壁材为大豆蛋白;微胶囊的芯材为肉桂精油;防腐剂为亚硫酸氢钠;成膜剂为聚乙烯醇。
一种留香型洗衣片的制备方法:
微胶囊制备方法步骤如下:
S1:将壁材加热到90℃,使得壁材充分糊化;
S2:在55℃时,利用高速剪切工艺将植物精油包埋到壁材内部,形成所需的香味微胶囊。
洗衣片制备方法步骤如下:
S1:将各组分和制备好的香味微胶囊混合,搅拌均匀,利用纳米超浓缩技术制备出需要的洗衣片。
S2:使用加热喷雾机将成膜剂加热至80℃,对洗衣片进行喷雾包膜。
实施例4
一种留香型洗衣片,包括按照重量份计的如下组份:

去污增效剂为甘油聚氧乙烯醚;胶囊的壁材明胶;微胶囊的芯材为薄荷精油;防腐剂为丙酸钙;成膜剂为聚乙烯醇。
一种留香型洗衣片的制备方法:
微胶囊制备方法步骤如下:
S1:将壁材加热到85℃,使得壁材充分糊化;
S2:在57℃时,利用高速剪切工艺将植物精油包埋到壁材内部,形成所需的香味微胶囊。
洗衣片制备方法步骤如下:
S1:将各组分和制备好的香味微胶囊混合,搅拌均匀,利用纳米超浓缩技术制备出需要的洗衣片。
S2:使用加热喷雾机将成膜剂加热至80℃,对洗衣片进行喷雾包膜。
实施例5
一种留香型洗衣片,包括按照重量份计的如下组份:
一种留香型洗衣片,包括按照重量份计的如下组份:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚17份、月桂酰基谷氨酸钠21份、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺5份、去污增效剂7份、微胶囊6份、成膜剂2份、防腐剂0.5份、去离子水45份。
去污增效剂为甘油聚氧乙烯醚;胶囊的壁材为明胶;微胶囊的芯材为艾草精油;防腐剂为山梨酸钾;成膜剂为聚乙烯吡咯烷酮。
一种留香型洗衣片的制备方法:
微胶囊制备方法步骤如下:
S1:将壁材加热到95℃,使得壁材充分糊化;
S2:在53℃时,利用高速剪切工艺将植物精油包埋到壁材内部,形成所需的香味微胶囊。
洗衣片制备方法步骤如下:
S1:将各组分和制备好的香味微胶囊混合,搅拌均匀,利用纳米超浓缩技术制备出需要的洗衣片。
S2:使用加热喷雾机将成膜剂加热至80℃,对洗衣片进行喷雾包膜。
产品性能测试
1、pH值
参照GB/T6368对对照组及实施例中的留香型洗衣片进行pH值检测。

注:对照组为市售某品牌洗衣片
结论:通过对pH值的测试,使用实施例1-5所制得的洗衣片均在7左右,呈中性偏碱,弱碱性的洗衣片,在不损害皮肤和衣物的情况下去污力更好。
2、去污力
参照GB/T 13174-2008对对照组及实施例中的留香型洗衣片进行去污力检测。

结论:通过表2结果可以看出,实施例1-5所制得的洗衣片的去污能力相对于对照组而言都有着不同程度的提高,去污效果显著。
3、香味持久性测试
使用对照组及实施例1-5中的洗衣片分别洗涤同款棉质短袖上衣,选择5名专业人员进行穿着测试,间隔一定的时间,闻穿着的短袖上衣得味道,记录香味持续的时间,计算平均时间。

注:对照组为市售某品牌洗衣片
结论:通过表3香味持久性测试结果可知,相比对照组而言,使用实施例1-5所制得的洗衣片洗涤同款棉质短袖上衣后,短袖上衣的的香味持久时间得到提高。

1.一种留香型洗衣片,其特征在于,所述留香型洗衣片包括按照重量份计的如下组份:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚10-20份、月桂酰基谷氨酸钠15-25份、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺2-5份、微胶囊3-10份、成膜剂2-5份、防腐剂0.3-0.8份、去离子水30-60份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种留香型洗衣片,其特征在于,所述洗衣片还包括去污增效剂5-15份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种留香型洗衣片,其特征在于,所述去污增效剂为月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚或甘油聚氧乙烯醚。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种留香型洗衣片,其特征在于,所述微胶囊的壁材为明胶、酪蛋白、大豆蛋白中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种留香型洗衣片,其特征在于,所述微胶囊的芯材为植物精油,所述植物精油为檀香精油、柠檬精油、肉桂精油、薄荷精油、艾草精油中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种留香型洗衣片,其特征在于,所述成膜剂为聚乙烯醇或聚乙烯吡咯烷酮。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种留香型洗衣片的制备方法,其特征在于,微胶囊制备方法步骤如下:
S1:将壁材加热到80-100℃,使得壁材充分糊化;
S2:在50-60℃的温度范围内,利用高速剪切工艺将植物精油包埋到壁材内部,形成所需的香味微胶囊。
