本新型属于焊接夹具,具体涉及一种仪表引导管下箍环焊接夹具。一种仪表引导管下箍环焊接夹具,其中,包括拉杆,在拉杆的末端设置异形压块,在异形压块前端设置压紧螺母。本新型的效果是:通过本申请夹具固定仪表引导管,不会产生位移或转动,保证了焊缝位置与设计要求相符,焊接效果好。

本新型属于焊接夹具,具体涉及一种仪表引导管下箍环焊接夹具。
背景技术
上管座是高燃耗核燃料组件的关键组成部分之一,具有吊装、控制棒入口、缓冲减震等不可替代的功能。
仪表引导管是上管座中不可缺少的零部件,仪表引导管需要焊接在上管座中,但是由于仪表引导管长度较长,露出上管座的长度又比较小,焊接时很难固定。
发明内容
本新型针对现有技术缺陷,提供一种仪表引导管下箍环焊接夹具。
本新型的技术方案是:一种仪表引导管下箍环焊接夹具,其中,包括拉杆,在拉杆的末端设置异形压块,在异形压块前端设置压紧螺母。
如上所述的一种仪表引导管下箍环焊接夹具,其中,所述的异形压块整体呈三抓形状,三抓的根部设置与拉杆匹配的通孔,所述的三个抓沿圆周均匀设置。
如上所述的一种仪表引导管下箍环焊接夹具,其中,所述的压紧螺母为两层圆台结构,在圆台中心设置与拉杆匹配的螺纹孔。
本新型的效果是:通过本申请夹具固定仪表引导管,不会产生位移或转动,保证了焊缝位置与设计要求相符,焊接效果好。

具体实施方式
如附图1和附图2所示,一种仪表引导管下箍环焊接夹具,包括拉杆1,在拉杆1的末端设置异形压块2,在异形压块2前端设置压紧螺母3。
如附图3~5所示,所述的异形压块2整体呈三抓形状,三抓的根部设置与拉杆1匹配的通孔,所述的三个抓沿圆周均匀设置。
如附图6~7所示,所述的压紧螺母3为两层圆台结构,在圆台中心设置与拉杆1匹配的螺纹孔。通过旋紧压紧螺母3可以将异形压块2牢牢固定在拉杆1上。
本申请仪表引导管下箍环焊接夹具的使用过程大致如下:首先将要焊接的仪表引导管安装好,然后穿入拉杆1,继而通过压紧螺母3和异形压块2进行固定。固定好的仪表引导管就可以进行焊接了,焊接位置如附图8和附图9所示。

1.一种仪表引导管下箍环焊接夹具,其特征在于:包括拉杆(1),在拉杆(1)的末端设置异形压块(2),在异形压块(2)前端设置压紧螺母(3)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种仪表引导管下箍环焊接夹具,其特征在于:所述的异形压块(2)整体呈三抓形状,三抓的根部设置与拉杆(1)匹配的通孔,所述的三个抓沿圆周均匀设置。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种仪表引导管下箍环焊接夹具,其特征在于:所述的压紧螺母(3)为两层圆台结构,在圆台中心设置与拉杆(1)匹配的螺纹孔。
