Abstract
本发明公开了一种鱼鳞烫金面料及其制备工艺,鱼鳞烫金面料制备工艺依次包括面料上胶、面料二次上胶、面料烫金、水洗、烘干后,获得鱼鳞烫金面料。本发明具有以下优点和效果:采用将绒毛面料上一层油性胶水后凝固形成胶水层A,再在胶水层A上涂覆一层水性胶水后凝固形成胶水层B,在胶水层B上进行烫金处理后,再经过水洗处理,使胶水层A、胶水层B、烫金层裂开后形成鱼鳞状结构,获得的鱼鳞结构具有3D的立体效果,将绒毛面料制作成鱼鳞烫金面料,达到了鱼鳞烫金面料制备工艺流程短、制作方便、鱼鳞烫金面料手感柔软舒适的效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织面料领域,特别涉及一种鱼鳞烫金面料及其制备工艺。
背景技术
鱼鳞面料又称为鱼鳞布,是具有鱼鳞状结构的纺织品。现有技术中是通过特殊的及其把面料中的股线按照一定规律和一定长度拉出面料外所形成的面料。如申请公布号为CN104195711A的中国专利《一种鱼鳞纹仿毛机织面料的制备方法》公开鱼鳞纹仿毛机织面料的制备方法,所述的鱼鳞纹组织结构形成有以下4步:(1)选用五枚三飞纬面缎纹、两上三下经重平以及大浮长的经面组织为单元形成由纬面组织向经面自然过渡的曲线斜纹;(2)以Rj=16,Rw=18 的半鱼鳞组织结构为基础,对称轴为Kj=16 制作经向对称曲线斜纹,得到了其另一半鱼鳞片组织;(3)以Rj=16,Rw=18 的半鱼鳞组织结构为基础,按逆时针旋转180°得到了错位半鱼鳞片组织;(4)以左上角的错位半鱼鳞片组织为基础,对称轴为Kj=16 制作经向对称曲线斜纹,得到了另一半的错位鱼鳞片组织。生产工艺为原料检验、并纱、倍捻、分批整经、穿综、织造、染整、成品检验,其中仅染整工艺就需要预缩、松烘、预定型、染色、松烘、定型、罐蒸等步骤。
上述鱼鳞纹仿毛机织面料的制备方法中,制备鱼鳞纹仿毛机织面料需要借助纺织机械来纺织出鱼鳞片组织的结构,制备步骤繁琐,工艺流程长。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种鱼鳞烫金面料。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:一种鱼鳞烫金面料,依次包括基层、分布于所述基层上的鱼鳞单元,所述鱼鳞单元依次包括绒毛层、胶水层A、胶水层B、烫金层,所述胶水层A为油性胶水层,所述胶水层B为水性胶水层。
通过采用上述技术方案,鱼鳞烫金面料上的鱼鳞单元中,包括绒毛层,油性胶水层和水洗胶水层,水性胶水层上设置烫金层,鱼鳞单元并不是通过纱线纺织而成,而是通过后整理工艺制得。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种上述鱼鳞烫金面料制备工艺,具有工艺流程短的效果。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:一种鱼鳞烫金面料制备工艺,包括:步骤1,面料上胶,选取绒毛面料,将油性胶水涂覆到绒毛面料上,待绒毛面料上的油性胶水凝固后,形成胶水层A;步骤2,面料二次上胶,在胶水层A上涂覆一层水性胶水,水性胶水凝固后,形成胶水层B;步骤3,烫金,将烫金膜上的烫金层热转移到胶水层B上,形成烫金层,获得烫金面料;步骤4,水洗,对步骤3的烫金面料进行水洗,获得具有鱼鳞单元的鱼鳞烫金面料。
通过采用上述技术方案,面料上用的胶水是指面料涂层,面料涂层是指利用溶剂或水将所需要的涂层胶粒等溶解成流涎状,均匀涂在布料上后在面料表面形成一层均匀的覆盖胶料。
面料涂层分为水性胶水和油性胶水两类,首先选取绒毛面料,在绒毛层上的绒毛涂覆面料涂层时,水性胶水涂覆于绒毛面料的绒毛上时,绒毛会容易出现不吃胶的现象,即水性胶水不容易均匀扩散和附着在绒毛上。本发明先在绒毛面料上涂覆一层油性胶水,油性胶水附着在绒毛面料的绒毛,形成一层油性的胶水层,凝固后在绒毛面料上形成一层胶水层A。然后再在胶水层A上凃上一层水性胶水,水性胶水在凝固后形成胶水层B,将胶水层B作为载体,在胶水层B上经过烫金后,将烫金膜上的图案印制在胶水层B上。再将获得的烫金面料经过水洗处理,烫金面料经过水洗后,粘附有胶水层A及胶水层B的绒毛层受力裂开后形成鱼鳞状,获得鱼鳞烫金面料,鱼鳞烫金面料制作时鱼鳞单元是通过后续工艺整理后制得,制作只需经过面料上胶、面料二次上胶、面料烫金、水洗后制得,不需要使用专用的纺织机械纺织形成鱼鳞结构,达到了将绒毛面料制作成鱼鳞烫金面料、制备方便、工艺流程短的效果。
本发明的进一步设置为:还包括步骤5,烘干,将步骤4中获得的鱼鳞烫金面料放入烘箱内烘干,获得鱼鳞烫金面料。
通过采用上述技术方案,将鱼鳞烫金面料进行烘干,将胶水层A、胶水层B、烫金层固着在鱼鳞烫金面料上。
本发明的进一步设置为:所述步骤4中,对步骤3的绒毛面料进行水洗时,向水洗液中加入硅油。
通过采用上述技术方案,硅油制得是在室温下保持液体状态的线型聚硅氧烷产品,硅油作为柔软剂加入到水洗液中,使获得的鱼鳞烫金面料手感柔软、舒适。
本发明的进一步设置为:步骤4,用花辊压制步骤3获得的绒毛面料,再对绒毛面料进行水洗,获得具有鱼鳞单元的鱼鳞烫金面料。
通过采用上述技术方案,花辊是指辊筒模具的总称,包括压花棍等等。将步骤3获得的绒毛面料用带有纹路的花辊压制后,在烫金层、胶水层A、胶水层B上形成图案纹路,再对绒毛面料进行水洗时,烫金层、胶水层A、胶水层B沿图案纹路裂开形成鱼鳞单元。
本发明的进一步设置为:步骤1,面料上胶,选取绒毛面料,将油性胶水涂覆到绒毛面料上,将绒毛面料放入到烘箱内,绒毛面料上的油性胶水凝固后,形成胶水层A。
通过采用上述技术方案,将油性胶水涂覆到绒毛面料上后,再将绒毛面料放入到烘箱内烘干,使油性胶水凝固后形成胶水层A。
综上所述,本发明具有以下有益效果:采用将绒毛面料上一层油性胶水后凝固形成胶水层A,再在胶水层A上涂覆一层水性胶水后凝固形成胶水层B,在胶水层B上进行烫金处理后,再经过水洗处理,使胶水层A、胶水层B、烫金层裂开后形成鱼鳞状结构,达到了将绒毛面料制作成鱼鳞烫金面料,达到了鱼鳞烫金面料制备工艺流程短、制作方便、鱼鳞烫金面料手感柔软舒适的效果。

一种鱼鳞烫金面料的制备工艺,如图1和图2所示,包括:步骤1,面料上胶,选取绒毛面料和油性胶水,将油性胶水涂覆在绒毛面料的绒毛层3上,油性胶水可以选用油性PU胶。将涂覆有油性胶水的绒毛面料放入烘箱内烘干,油性胶水凝固后形成一层胶水层A4。步骤2,面料二次上胶,将步骤1获得的绒毛面料的胶水层A4上涂覆一层水性胶水,水性胶水可以选用水性PU胶、水性PA胶中的一种。水性胶水凝固后形成一层胶水层B5。
步骤3,烫金,用烫金机对步骤2获得的绒毛面料进行烫金,将烫金膜上的烫金层6热转移到胶水层B5上,在胶水层B5上形成烫金层6,获得烫金面料。步骤4,水洗,先用花辊压制步骤3获得的烫金面料,花辊选用带有纹路图案的压花棍,再对烫金面料进行水洗,向水洗机内加入水和硅油,将烫金面料水洗后,获得具有鱼鳞单元2的鱼鳞烫金面料。步骤5,烘干,将步骤4获得的鱼鳞烫金面料放入到烘箱内烘干后,获得成品的鱼鳞烫金面料。
通过上述制备工艺制得的鱼鳞烫金面料,包括基层1和分布在基层1上的鱼鳞单元2,鱼鳞单元2依次包括绒毛层3、油性胶水形成的胶水层A4、水性胶水形成的胶水层B5、烫金层6。
Claims (5)
1.一种鱼鳞烫金面料的制备工艺,其特征在于:面料依次包括基层、分布于所述基层上的鱼鳞单元,所述鱼鳞单元依次包括绒毛层、胶水层A、胶水层B、烫金层,所述胶水层A为油性胶水层,所述胶水层B为水性胶水层;基于所述面料的制备工艺包括:步骤1,面料上胶,选取绒毛面料,将油性胶水涂覆到绒毛面料上,待绒毛面料上的油性胶水凝固后,形成胶水层A;步骤2,面料二次上胶,在胶水层A上涂覆一层水性胶水,水性胶水凝固后,形成胶水层B;步骤3,烫金,将烫金膜上的烫金层热转移到胶水层B上,形成烫金层,获得烫金面料;步骤4,水洗,对步骤3的烫金面料进行水洗,获得具有鱼鳞单元的鱼鳞烫金面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种鱼鳞烫金面料的制备工艺,其特征在于:还包括步骤5,烘干,将步骤4中获得的鱼鳞烫金面料放入烘箱内烘干,获得鱼鳞烫金面料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种鱼鳞烫金面料的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤4中,对步骤3的绒毛面料进行水洗时,向水洗液中加入硅油。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种鱼鳞烫金面料的制备工艺,其特征在于:步骤4,用花辊压制步骤3获得的绒毛面料,再对绒毛面料进行水洗,获得具有鱼鳞单元的鱼鳞烫金面料。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种鱼鳞烫金面料的制备工艺,其特征在于:步骤1,面料上胶,选取绒毛面料,将油性胶水涂覆到绒毛面料上,将绒毛面料放入到烘箱内,绒毛面料上的油性胶水凝固后,形成胶水层A。
