Abstract
一种清洁用无纺布湿巾,由可降解塑料膜层、可降解无纺布层、层间粘结剂和无纺布中浸渗的液体组成,其特征在于所述的可降解塑料膜层为堆积密度为13~30Kg/m3、厚度为0.5~4mm的可降解聚乳酸‑黄麻纤维‑淀粉塑料,其中可降解聚乳酸‑黄麻纤维‑淀粉塑料由质量比为10~40%聚乳酸、10~50%淀粉和40~80%黄麻纤维组成,其生物降解率达到50~83%;所述的可降解无纺布层含有液体和可降解无纺布,所述的可降解无纺布为薄型剑麻纤维和木浆纤维无纺布,所述粘结剂包含低密度聚乙烯60‑70份、交联剂3‑6份、硅烷偶联剂2‑5份,抗菌剂2‑7份,相容剂2‑6份,甘油1‑3份。本发明采用可降解材料,环保健康;湿巾态的无纺布擦拭过程柔软、舒适、杀菌、洁肤润肤;对止血止痛、便秘、腹泻等有针对性功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及无纺布湿巾制备技术领域,尤其是一种清洁用无纺布湿巾及其制备方法。
背景技术
卫生纸通常由棉浆、木浆、草浆、废纸浆制造,质量好的卫生纸都是由原生木浆制成,跟一般纸的制造流程差不多,只是要求制造成极薄极柔软,方便人们擦拭清洁之用,现有的卫生纸对液体、污物的那个不强,对细菌、病毒及其他有害物质没有固定针对的抑制作用,难以达到理想的清洁目的。而且废弃后的卫生纸在自然环境中降解时间长,因此产生了严重的“白色污染”。随着人类生活水平的提高,消费者对健康的保护意识日益增强,而目前市场上销售的卫生材料及其卫生用品基本不具备抗菌功能,因此存在二次污染、交叉感染之隐患,对使用者的身体健康构成潜在威胁。
然而,据说日本国内的痔疮疾病患者超过人口的1/3,对这些痔疮疾病患者来说,在排泄后的清洁擦拭作业中,不易进行强力擦拭这样的清洁擦拭。因此,对于这些痔疮疾病患者来说,极为关注擦拭性、保湿性、柔软性和表面的光滑性得到提高的卫生纸,存在谋求这些功能优异的制品的倾向。并且,对于其清洁擦拭方式来说,具有采用以不刺激痔疮部分的方式进行按压、推压这样的清洁擦拭方式的倾向。另一方面,对于便秘、急性腹泻等需求者来说,也需要谋求高质量针对性的卫生纸。
近年来,国内个人护理行业中的湿巾行业不断发展,应用概念得到普及。湿巾产品也日益多样化,除满足基本清洁的普通湿巾,很多具有特殊功能要求的湿巾也有待开发,以符合不同使用场合的需求。特殊功能湿巾需兼顾使用功能往往需要对特定应用范围具有针对性和专一性。
申请公布号为CN 103911902 A的专利,提出了提供一种在制造卫生纸时,能在维持柔软性、吸水性等卫生纸所要求的品质的同时,赋予卫生纸必要的干纸强度的卫生纸添加剂。并且,提供一种卫生纸的制造方法,所述方法即使在使用大量配合了强度差的纸浆纤维的纸浆浆料作为原料时,也可以高效地制造具有干纸强度足够高的卫生纸。
申请公布号为CN 103893099 A的中国专利,公开了一种对人体友好的湿巾,包括无纺布,特别是具有天然杀菌成分,该天然杀菌成分占整体成分的50%~90%,这种湿巾的用途于人体皮肤的清洁、消毒、杀菌等效果非常好。
上述发明有对干纸强度的提升,干纸在擦洗过程中,不够柔软,舒适度也不够好,而且对于擦拭过程中的杀菌消毒更是没有体现,干纸吸水后易弄污人手,对于止血止痛便秘等方面的针对性应用尚未体现,在卫生用品中应用范围局限。
本发明不仅针对擦拭过程中的清洁、洁肤润肤、杀菌,而且对于止血止痛、便秘、腹泻等具有针对性作用,更是一种可降解的卫生用品。
发明内容
为解决上述卫生用品在擦拭过程中舒适度不够、功能针对性不强的问题,本发明公开一种清洁用无纺布湿巾,由可降解塑料膜层、可降解无纺布层、层间粘结剂和无纺布中浸渗的液体组成,其特征在于所述的可降解塑料膜层为堆积密度为13~30Kg/m3、厚度为0.5~4mm的可降解聚乳酸-黄麻纤维-淀粉塑料,其中可降解聚乳酸-黄麻纤维-淀粉塑料由质量比为10~40%聚乳酸、10~50%淀粉和40~80%黄麻纤维组成,其生物降解率达到50~83%;所述的可降解无纺布层含有液体和可降解无纺布,所述的可降解无纺布为薄型剑麻纤维和木浆纤维无纺布,其组分以重量百分比计包括:剑麻纤维32~46%,木浆纤维30~55%、多功能超吸水海藻纤维3~8%和聚乳酸纤维5~17%;所述粘结剂包含低密度聚乙烯60-70份、交联剂3-6份、硅烷偶联剂2-5份,抗菌剂2-7份,相容剂2-6份,甘油1-3份,其中低密度聚乙烯为体积比为(3~8)∶1的低密度聚乙烯和马来酸酐改性低密度聚乙烯组成。
所述的液体,针对止痛,其成分为姜黄、小茴香、川乌、九里香和龙脑提取液,其中姜黄提取液占3~15%、小茴香提取液占12~25%、九里香提取液占1~10%、龙脑提取液占10~30%。
所述的液体,针对止血,其成分为田七、仙鹤草和蒲公英提取液,其中田七提取液占30~50%,仙鹤草提取液占10~30%,蒲公英提取液占30~60%
所述的液体,针对止血,其成分为白及、茜草和两面针根茎叶提取液,其中白及提取液占8~25%,茜草提取液占0~30%,两面针提取液占24~50%。
所述的液体,针对止血,其成分为地榆、蒲黄和三七根茎提取液,其中地榆提取液占0~30%,蒲黄提取液占15~30%,三七根茎提取液占35~60%。
所述的液体,针对便秘,其成分为果导、蓖麻、大黄、番泻叶、玫瑰花的提取液,其中果导提取液占0.5~10%,蓖麻提取液占5~10%,大黄提取液占0~10%,番泻叶提取液占6~20%、玫瑰花提取液占35~50%。
所述的液体,针对急性腹泻,其成分为藿香、紫苏叶、马齿笕、苍术、陈皮、半夏曲、茯苓的提取液,其中藿香提取液占0.5~10%,紫苏叶提取液占0~20%,马齿笕提取液占0~10%,苍术提取液占0~25%,陈皮提取液占5~20%,半夏曲提取液占0~20%,茯苓提取液占10~35%。
所述的液体,针对鸡鸣泻,其成分为藿香、蒲公英的提取液,其中藿香提取液占10~70%,蒲公英提取液占30~90%。
一种清洁用无纺布湿巾的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下顺序的步骤:
(1)将可降解聚乳酸-黄麻纤维-淀粉塑料按质量比加入高速混合机中搅拌15~30分钟,混合成均匀的混溶体,通过计量泵和失重式计量喂料器得到的混溶体和助剂加入双螺杆挤出机中,进行混炼和挤出成膜;
(2)将剑麻纤维、木浆纤维、多功能超吸水海藻纤维和聚乳酸纤维按重量百分比通过挤压机加热、熔融、挤压成熔体,熔融温度为200~280℃,经流速为40-270m/s,温度为180-300℃的高压热气流喷吹拉伸,凝聚在滚筒式接收器上,自粘合成无纺布冷却后用刀片将无纺布从滚筒上取下放入温度为70~120℃的干燥箱内干燥定型5~18h,得到的可生物降解的无纺布;
(3)将低密度聚乙烯、交联剂、硅烷偶联剂,抗菌剂,相容剂,甘油按比例加入高速混合机中,混合均匀后即调配成粘结剂,将塑料膜与无纺布通过粘结剂粘接制成湿巾基体;
(4)制取液体基液,按照比例将不同的提取液混合搅拌均匀后获得;
(5)将湿巾基体从基液中吸足基液后取出,挂在晾干杆上,用40~100℃热风吹干可降解膜层的表面层面,将吸附有液体的无纺布层悬挂直至无液体流淌滴落;
(6)将湿巾用紫外线辐照杀菌消毒,冷却至室温,将杀菌消毒后的湿巾无纺布湿面折叠在内,装入已灭菌处理过的配套塑料袋内,干燥的可降解膜与塑料袋内表面直接接触,封装,即得成品。
本发明的有益效果是:①采用可降解材料,环保健康;②湿巾态的无纺布擦拭过程柔软、舒适、杀菌;③对肛门痔疮止血、止痛,便秘、腹泻等有针对性功能;④湿巾中添加薄荷脑等可以产生清香,不伤皮肤;可降解的塑料层可以防水防污等,不会弄脏人手,方便取用。

下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐明本发明,应理解这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围,在阅读了本发明之后,本领域技术人员对本发明的各种等价形式的修改均落于本申请所附权利要求所限定。
实施例1
一种清洁用无纺布湿巾,由可降解塑料膜层、可降解无纺布层、层间粘结剂和无纺布中浸渗的液体组成,其特征在于所述的可降解塑料膜层为堆积密度为13Kg/m3、厚度为0.5mm的可降解聚乳酸-黄麻纤维-淀粉塑料,其中可降解聚乳酸-黄麻纤维-淀粉塑料由质量比为10%聚乳酸、10%淀粉和40%黄麻纤维组成,其生物降解率达到50%;所述的可降解无纺布层含有液体和可降解无纺布,所述的可降解无纺布为薄型剑麻纤维和木浆纤维无纺布,其组分以重量百分比计包括:剑麻纤维32%,木浆纤维30%、多功能超吸水海藻纤维3%和聚乳酸纤维5%;所述粘结剂包含低密度聚乙烯60份、交联剂3份、硅烷偶联剂2份,抗菌剂2份,相容剂2份,甘油1份,其中低密度聚乙烯为体积比为3∶1的低密度聚乙烯和马来酸酐改性低密度聚乙烯组成。
所述的液体,针对止痛,其成分为姜黄、小茴香、川乌、九里香和龙脑提取液,其中姜黄提取液占3%、小茴香提取液占12%、九里香提取液占1%、龙脑提取液占10%。
所述的液体,针对止血,其成分为田七、仙鹤草和蒲公英提取液,其中田七提取液占30%,仙鹤草提取液占30%,蒲公英提取液占60%。
所述的液体,针对止血,其成分为白及、茜草和两面针根茎叶提取液,其中白及提取液占8%,茜草提取液占10%,两面针提取液占24%。
所述的液体,针对止血,其成分为地榆、蒲黄和三七根茎提取液,其中地榆提取液占10%,蒲黄提取液占15%,三七根茎提取液占35%。
所述的液体,针对便秘,其成分为果导、蓖麻、大黄、番泻叶、玫瑰花的提取液,其中果导提取液占0.5%,蓖麻提取液占5%,大黄提取液占0%,番泻叶提取液占6%、玫瑰花提取液占35%。
所述的液体,针对急性腹泻,其成分为藿香、紫苏叶、马齿笕、苍术、陈皮、半夏曲、茯苓的提取液,其中藿香提取液占0.5%,紫苏叶提取液占10%,马齿笕提取液占0%,苍术提取液占0%,陈皮提取液占5%,半夏曲提取液占20%,茯苓提取液占10%。
所述的液体,针对鸡鸣泻,其成分为藿香、蒲公英的提取液,其中藿香提取液占10%,蒲公英提取液占30%。
一种清洁用无纺布湿巾的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下顺序的步骤:
(1)将可降解聚乳酸-黄麻纤维-淀粉塑料按质量比加入高速混合机中搅拌15分钟,混合成均匀的混溶体,通过计量泵和失重式计量喂料器得到的混溶体和助剂加入双螺杆挤出机中,进行混炼和挤出成膜;
(2)将剑麻纤维、木浆纤维、多功能超吸水海藻纤维和聚乳酸纤维按重量百分比通过挤压机加热、熔融、挤压成熔体,熔融温度为200℃,经流速为40m/s,温度为180℃的高压热气流喷吹拉伸,凝聚在滚筒式接收器上,自粘合成无纺布冷却后用刀片将无纺布从滚筒上取下放入温度为70℃的干燥箱内干燥定型5h,得到的可生物降解的无纺布;
(3)将低密度聚乙烯、交联剂、硅烷偶联剂,抗菌剂,相容剂,甘油按比例加入高速混合机中,混合均匀后即调配成粘结剂,将塑料膜与无纺布通过粘结剂粘接制成湿巾基体;
(4)田七、仙鹤草和蒲公英提取液和薄荷和龙脑提取液倒入纯净水中混合;对混合液加热,温度达到60℃范围内,加入姜黄、小茴香、川乌、九里香并搅拌;降温至30℃后,向混合液中分别注入白及、茜草和两面针根茎叶提取液,地榆、蒲黄和三七根茎提取液,果导、蓖麻、大黄、番泻叶的提取液,藿香、紫苏叶、马齿笕、苍术、陈皮、半夏曲、茯苓的提取液并搅拌混合,制得基液;
(5)将湿巾基体从基液中吸足基液后取出,挂在晾干杆上,用40℃热风吹干可降解膜层的表面层面,将吸附有液体的无纺布层悬挂直至无液体流淌滴落;
(6)将湿巾用紫外线辐照杀菌消毒,冷却至室温,将杀菌消毒后的湿巾无纺布湿面折叠在内,装入已灭菌处理过的配套塑料袋内,干燥的可降解膜与塑料袋内表面直接接触,封装,即得成品。
该方法制备的湿巾洁肤润肤,对止血止痛、便秘、腹泻等有针对性功能,也不会有多余的水分沥出,弄湿弄脏人手。
实施例2
一种清洁用无纺布湿巾,由可降解塑料膜层、可降解无纺布层、层间粘结剂和无纺布中浸渗的液体组成,其特征在于所述的可降解塑料膜层为堆积密度为30Kg/m3、厚度为4mm的可降解聚乳酸-黄麻纤维-淀粉塑料,其中可降解聚乳酸-黄麻纤维-淀粉塑料由质量比为40%聚乳酸、50%淀粉和80%黄麻纤维组成,其生物降解率达到83%;所述的可降解无纺布层含有液体和可降解无纺布,所述的可降解无纺布为薄型剑麻纤维和木浆纤维无纺布,其组分以重量百分比计包括:剑麻纤维46%,木浆纤维55%、多功能超吸水海藻纤维8%和聚乳酸纤维17%;所述粘结剂包含低密度聚乙烯70份、交联剂6份、硅烷偶联剂5份,抗菌剂7份,相容剂6份,甘油3份,其中低密度聚乙烯为体积比为8∶1的低密度聚乙烯和马来酸酐改性低密度聚乙烯组成。
所述的液体,针对止痛,其成分为姜黄、小茴香、川乌、九里香和龙脑提取液,其中姜黄提取液占15%、小茴香提取液占25%、九里香提取液占10%、龙脑提取液占30%。

(1)将可降解聚乳酸-黄麻纤维-淀粉塑料按质量比加入高速混合机中搅拌30分钟,混合成均匀的混溶体,通过计量泵和失重式计量喂料器得到的混溶体和助剂加入双螺杆挤出机中,进行混炼和挤出成膜;
(2)将剑麻纤维、木浆纤维、多功能超吸水海藻纤维和聚乳酸纤维按重量百分比通过挤压机加热、熔融、挤压成熔体,熔融温度为280℃,经流速为270m/s,温度为300℃的高压热气流喷吹拉伸,凝聚在滚筒式接收器上,自粘合成无纺布冷却后用刀片将无纺布从滚筒上取下放入温度为120℃的干燥箱内干燥定型18h,得到的可生物降解的无纺布;
(3)将低密度聚乙烯、交联剂、硅烷偶联剂,抗菌剂,相容剂,甘油按比例加入高速混合机中,混合均匀后即调配成粘结剂,将塑料膜与无纺布通过粘结剂粘接制成湿巾基体;
(4)田七、仙鹤草和蒲公英提取液和薄荷和龙脑提取液倒入纯净水中混合;对混合液加热,温度达到70℃范围内,加入姜黄、小茴香、川乌、九里香并搅拌;降温至35℃后,向混合液中分别注入白及、茜草和两面针根茎叶提取液,地榆、蒲黄和三七根茎提取液,果导、蓖麻、大黄、番泻叶的提取液,藿香、紫苏叶、马齿笕、苍术、陈皮、半夏曲、茯苓的提取液并搅拌混合,制得基液;
(5)将湿巾基体从基液中吸足基液后取出,挂在晾干杆上,用100℃热风吹干可降解膜层的表面层面,将吸附有液体的无纺布层悬挂直至无液体流淌滴落;
(6)将湿巾用紫外线辐照杀菌消毒,冷却至室温,将杀菌消毒后的湿巾无纺布湿面折叠在内,装入已灭菌处理过的配套塑料袋内,干燥的可降解膜与塑料袋内表面直接接触,封装,即得成品。
该方法制备的湿巾洁肤润肤,对止血止痛、便秘、腹泻等有针对性功能,也不会有多余的水分沥出,弄湿弄脏人手。

Claims (9)
1.一种清洁用无纺布湿巾,由可降解塑料膜层、可降解无纺布层、层间粘结剂和无纺布中浸渗的液体组成,其特征在于所述的可降解塑料膜层为堆积密度为13~30Kg/m3、厚度为0.5~4mm的可降解聚乳酸-黄麻纤维-淀粉塑料,其中可降解聚乳酸-黄麻纤维-淀粉塑料由质量比为10~40%聚乳酸、10~50%淀粉和40~80%黄麻纤维组成,其生物降解率达到50~83%;所述的可降解无纺布层含有液体和可降解无纺布,所述的可降解无纺布为薄型剑麻纤维和木浆纤维无纺布,其组分以重量百分比计包括:剑麻纤维32~46%,木浆纤维30~55%、多功能超吸水海藻纤维3~8%和聚乳酸纤维5~17%;所述粘结剂包含低密度聚乙烯60-70份、交联剂3-6份、硅烷偶联剂2-5份,抗菌剂2-7份,相容剂2-6份,甘油1-3份,其中低密度聚乙烯为体积比为(3~8)∶1的低密度聚乙烯和马来酸酐改性低密度聚乙烯组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的液体,针对止痛,其成分为姜黄、小茴香、川乌、九里香和龙脑提取液,其中姜黄提取液占3~15%、小茴香提取液占12~25%、九里香提取液占1~10%、龙脑提取液占10~30%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的液体,针对止血,其成分为田七、仙鹤草和蒲公英提取液,其中田七提取液占30~50%,仙鹤草提取液占10~30%,蒲公英提取液占30~60%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的液体,针对止血,其成分为白及、茜草和两面针根茎叶提取液,其中白及提取液占8~25%,茜草提取液占0~30%,两面针提取液占24~50%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的液体,针对止血,其成分为地榆、蒲黄和三七根茎提取液,其中地榆提取液占0~30%,蒲黄提取液占15~30%,三七根茎提取液占35~60%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的液体,针对便秘,其成分为果导、蓖麻、大黄、番泻叶、玫瑰花的提取液,其中果导提取液占0.5~10%、蓖麻提取液占5~10%、番泻叶提取液占6~20%、玫瑰花提取液占35~50%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的液体,针对急性腹泻,其成分为藿香、紫苏叶、马齿笕、苍术、陈皮、半夏曲、茯苓的提取液,其中藿香提取液占0.5~10%,紫苏叶提取液占0~20%,马齿笕提取液占0~10%,苍术提取液占0~25%,陈皮提取液占5~20%,半夏曲提取液占0~20%,茯苓提取液占10~35%。
8.根据权利要求1所述的液体,针对鸡鸣泻,其成分为藿香、蒲公英的提取液,其中藿香提取液占10~70%,蒲公英提取液占30~90%。
9.一种清洁用无纺布湿巾的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下顺序的步骤:
(1)将可降解聚乳酸-黄麻纤维-淀粉塑料按质量比加入高速混合机中搅拌15~30分钟,混合成均匀的混溶体,通过计量泵和失重式计量喂料器得到的混溶体和助剂加入双螺杆挤出机中,进行混炼和挤出成膜;
(2)将剑麻纤维、木浆纤维、多功能超吸水海藻纤维和聚乳酸纤维按重量百分比通过挤压机加热、熔融、挤压成熔体,熔融温度为200~250℃,经流速为40-270m/sec,温度为180-300℃的高压热气流喷吹拉伸,凝聚在滚筒式接收器上,自粘合成无纺布冷却后用刀片将无纺布从滚筒上取下放入温度为70~120℃的干燥箱内干燥定型5~18h,得到的可生物降解的无纺布;
(3)将低密度聚乙烯、交联剂、硅烷偶联剂,抗菌剂,相容剂,甘油按比例加入高速混合机中,混合均匀后即调配成粘结剂,将塑料膜与无纺布通过粘结剂粘接制成湿巾基体;
(4)制取液体基液,按照比例将不同的提取液混合搅拌均匀后获得;
(5)将湿巾基体从基液中吸足基液后取出,挂在晾干杆上,用40~100℃热风吹干可降解膜层的表面层面,将吸附有液体的无纺布层悬挂直至无液体流淌滴落;
(6)将湿巾用紫外线辐照杀菌消毒,冷却至室温,将杀菌消毒后的湿巾无纺布湿面折叠在内,装入已灭菌处理过的配套塑料袋内,干燥的可降解膜与塑料袋内表面直接接触,封装,即得成品。
