本发明公开了一种复合墙砖,主要包括基材以及与基材固定连接的面材,所述基材与面材连接处设有连接孔;所述基材上下端面均设有凹凸结构及凹凸间隔结构,所述凹凸结构内设有与面材固定连接的压缩连接板;所述基材内部设有集热腔体,所述集热腔体内设有安装孔,所述安装孔上固定有连接件,所述连接件上设有集热块;其建筑安装施工方法,包括以下步骤:S10:首先对建筑物外墙壁进行凿毛找平,然后进行清灰,达到无浮尘效果;S20:采用温水对复合墙砖进行浸泡;S30:借助于高流动性粘接剂将复合墙砖以固定粘结的方式贴附于墙壁。本发明具有较好的保温效果及较强的支撑结构,该安装施工方法周期短,且具有较好的安装保温效果,满足实际使用要求。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种复合墙砖的建筑安装施工方法,属于建筑物保温处理技术领域。
背景技术
随着社会进步和人们生活水平的提高,消费者对居住环境要求越来越高,在要求美观的前提下,又必须具备环保节能的功能,因此节能建筑成为了一个重要的课题,改善建筑的保温性能,对于空调所造成的能源消耗可以起到显著的效果,因此建筑物对隔热保温效能的要求随之也增加。
目前,国内外建筑外墙材料一般不具有保温性能,但是随着国家节能降耗政策的实施,对于建筑能耗的要求越来越高,因此在建筑设计时必须考虑建筑外墙的保温节能措施。那么现有开发的建筑外墙保温材料主要是采用导热系数降低的泡沫型材料,具体包括泡沫混凝土、泡沫建筑玻璃、泡沫建筑陶瓷、有机聚氨酯等泡沫外墙保温板等等。现有技术中,建筑保温材料多种多样,但普遍存在保温效果有限、施工难度大,不耐久等各类缺点。为此,需要设计一种新的技术方案,能够综合型克服上述现有技术存在的不足。
发明内容
本发明正是针对现有技术存在的不足,提供一种复合墙砖的建筑安装施工方法,该复合墙砖具有较好的保温效果及较强的支撑结构,该安装施工方法操作步骤简单,缩短了周期,且具有较好的安装保温及稳固效果,满足实际使用要求。
为解决上述问题,本发明所采取的技术方案如下:
一种复合墙砖,所述复合墙砖包括基材以及与所述基材固定连接的面材,所述基材与所述面材连接处设置有连接孔;
所述基材上下端面均设置有凹凸结构及凹凸间隔结构,所述凹凸结构内设置有穿过连接孔且与所述面材固定连接的压缩连接板;
所述基材内部设置有集热腔体,所述集热腔体内设置有安装孔,所述安装孔上固定有连接件,所述连接件上设置有集热块;
所述复合墙砖的建筑安装施工方法,包括以下步骤:
S10:首先对建筑物外墙壁进行凿毛、找平,然后进行清灰、并用水进行清洗,达到无浮尘效果;
S20:采用温水对上述复合墙砖进行浸泡;
S30:借助于高流动性粘接剂及配合连接件将复合墙砖以固定粘结的方式进行固定贴附于墙壁。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述集热腔体为三角形腔体或十字腔体的一种。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述压缩连接板为采用保温材质所制的连接板,且所述压缩连接板两侧面设置有钢丝网结构。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述集热腔体内填充有保温材料,所述保温材料为岩棉、玻璃棉毡、聚苯乙烯泡沫板、陶粒混凝土复合聚苯仿石装饰保温板或者钢丝网架夹芯墙板中的一种。
本发明与现有技术相比较,本发明的实施效果如下:
本发明所述的一种复合墙砖的建筑安装施工方法,该复合墙砖具有较好的保温效果及较强的支撑结构,该安装施工方法操作步骤简单,缩短了周期,且具有较好的安装保温及稳固效果,满足实际使用要求。

具体实施方式
下面将结合具体的实施例来说明本发明的内容。
如图1所示,为本发明所述的一种复合墙砖的建筑安装施工方法,所述复合墙砖包括基材10以及与基材10固定连接的面材20,所述基材10与面材20连接处设置有连接孔30;
所述基材10上下端面均设置有凹凸结构11及凹凸间隔结构12,所述凹凸结构11内设置有穿过连接孔30且与面材20固定连接的压缩连接板40;
所述基材10内部设置有集热腔体50,所述集热腔体50内设置有安装孔51,所述安装孔51上固定有连接件52,所述连接件52上设有集热块60;
所述复合墙砖的建筑安装施工方法,包括以下步骤:
S10:首先对建筑物外墙壁进行凿毛、找平,然后进行清灰、并用水进行清洗,达到无浮尘效果;
S20:采用温水对上述复合墙砖进行浸泡;
S30:借助于高流动性粘接剂及配合连接件将复合墙砖以固定粘结的方式进行固定贴附于墙壁。
具体地,如图1和图2所示,所述集热腔体50为三角形腔体或十字腔体的一种。
进一步改进地,所述压缩连接板40为采用保温材质所制的连接板,且所述压缩连接板40两侧面设置有钢丝网结构。
更具体地,所述集热腔体50内填充有保温材料70,所述保温材料70为岩棉、玻璃棉毡、聚苯乙烯泡沫板、陶粒混凝土复合聚苯仿石装饰保温板或者钢丝网架夹芯墙板中的一种。
具体工作原理:本发明具有较好的保温效果及较强的支撑结构,该安装施工方法操作步骤简单,缩短了周期,且具有较好的安装保温及稳固效果,满足实际使用要求。
此外,根据力学及三角形及十字形具有较强的稳固支持结构的特点,将集热腔体50设置为三角形或十字形,使得复合墙砖具有在减轻重量的同时具有较强的支持结构。

所述基材(10)上下端面均设置有凹凸结构(11)及凹凸间隔结构(12),所述凹凸结构(11)内设置有穿过连接孔(30)且与所述面材(20)固定连接的压缩连接板(40);
所述基材(10)内部设置有集热腔体(50),所述集热腔体(50)内设置有安装孔(51),所述安装孔(51)上固定有连接件(52),所述连接件(52)上设置有集热块(60);
所述复合墙砖的建筑安装施工方法,包括以下步骤:
S10:首先对建筑物外墙壁进行凿毛、找平,然后进行清灰、并用水进行清洗,达到无浮尘效果;
S20:采用温水对上述复合墙砖进行浸泡;
S30:借助于高流动性粘接剂及配合连接件将复合墙砖以固定粘结的方式进行固定贴附于墙壁。

3.根据权利要求1所述一种复合墙砖的建筑安装施工方法,其特征在于:所述压缩连接板(40)为采用保温材质所制的连接板,且所述压缩连接板(40)两侧面设置有钢丝网结构。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种复合墙砖的建筑安装施工方法,其特征在于:所述集热腔体(50)内填充有保温材料(70),所述保温材料(70)为岩棉、玻璃棉毡、聚苯乙烯泡沫板、陶粒混凝土复合聚苯仿石装饰保温板或者钢丝网架夹芯墙板中的一种。
