本发明涉及纺织面料技术领域,具体为一种防水针织面料及其制造工艺和应用。
背景技术
防水早已不再是一个新鲜的话题,不论是隧道、桥梁、堤坝、道路、建筑还是我们日常居住的房屋,防水都不容忽视。同时,我们日常生活中所使用的面料产品也存在必须直面的防水防潮问题。
防水材料其实一直没有一个统一的定义,防水技术的不断更新也加快的防水材料的多样化,总体来说防止雨水、地下水、工业和民用的给排水、腐蚀性液体以及空气中的湿气和蒸气等侵入建筑物的材料基本上都统称为防水材料。防水材料主要有三类:防水卷材、聚氨酯防水材料和新型聚合物水泥基防水材料。
针织面料即是利用织针将纱线弯曲成圈并相互串套而形成的织物。针织面料与梭织面料的不同之处在于纱线在织物中的形态不同。针织分为纬编和经编。目前,针织面料广泛应用于服装面料及里料,家纺等产品中,受到广大消费者的喜爱。
针织面料从织造方式上可以分为二大类:纬编针织面料和经编针织面料。
1)纬编针织物纱线是从机器的一边到另一边做横向往复运动(或圆周运动),配合织针运动就可以形成新的针织线圈。纬编针织物纱线走的是横向,织物的形成是通过织针在横列方向上编织出一横列一横列的上下彼此联结的线圈横列所形成的。一横列的所有线圈都是由一根纱线编织而成的。纬编针织物可以在横机或圆机上完成。
2)经编纱线在经编织物中是经向编织的,就象机织物的经纱一样,由经轴供纱,经轴上卷绕有大量平行排列的纱线,与机织中的经轴类似。纱线在经编织物中的走向是经向的。在一个横列中形成一个竖直的线圈,然后斜向移动到另一纵行,在下一个横列中形成另一个线圈。纱线在织物中沿长度方向从一边到另一边呈“之”字形前进,一个横列中每一个线圈都是有不同的纱线编制而成的。
现有的面料在使用时,一般不具备防水的功能,为此,在特殊情况下,该面料并不适合用作工作服面料,部分面料在其内部填充有防水材料,为此具备防水的功能,但是该防水材料与面料之间融合得并不够稳固,在雨水或者空气氧化的情况下,能够使面料中的防水材料逐渐脱落,从而会影响该面料的防水寿命。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种防水针织面料及其制造工艺和应用,具备防水等优点,解决了面料不方面和防水不稳固的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述防水目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种防水针织面料及其制造工艺和应用,包括以下重量份数配比的原料:
聚乙烯醇:100g;
非晶态a-烯烃共聚物:60g;
PH值调节剂:10g;
苯丙乳液:40g;
丙烯酸弹性乳液:50g;
环氧树脂:60g;
碳酸钙:30g;
融合剂:25g;
抗氧剂:20g;
表面活性剂:40g;
油酸:30g;
麻黏胶:20g;
汉麻:300g;
棉:260g;
涤纶:200g;
石蜡:50g;
纯净水:180g。
一种防水针织面料及其制造工艺和应用,流程包括以下步骤:
A1、制备粘合剂:500ml的反应皿1个,电子秤1台,玻璃棒1根,车间温度保持在30℃-35℃左右,车间保持干净,且车间密封,首先秤取100g聚乙烯醇,并放入反应皿中,然后秤取130g纯净水,用玻璃棒顺时针搅拌10s,再秤取60g非晶态a-烯烃共聚物和50g石蜡,并投入反应皿中,之后添加30g油酸和25g融合剂,并用玻璃棒顺时针搅拌20s,制得粘合剂;
A2、净化粘合剂:首先在制得的粘合剂中添加20g抗氧剂,通过玻璃棒顺时针搅拌5s,然后再加入10gPH值调节剂,静待10s,之后通过玻璃棒顺时针搅拌15s,从而能够中和粘合剂的酸碱性,并且防止其氧化;
A3、制备防水剂主要材料:600ml的反应皿1个,用电子秤秤取40g苯丙乳液、50g丙烯酸弹性乳液和60g环氧树脂,然后三者以5s的时间为间隔依次投入装有50g纯净水的反应皿中,并在每次间隔时间中用玻璃棒搅拌3s,然后加入40g表面活性剂,之后静待5min,制得防水剂主要材料;
A4、制备防水剂:首先在制得的防水剂主要材料中添加30g碳酸钙,并用玻璃棒顺时针搅拌20s,再次添加25g融合剂,并用玻璃棒顺时针和逆时针各搅拌10s,然后制得防水剂;
A5、制备面料:搅拌机1台,首先用电子秤秤取300g汉麻、260g棉和200g涤纶,并且将三者同时投入搅拌机中,首先搅拌10s,然后停止搅拌,打开搅拌机并投入20g麻黏胶,再次搅拌10s中,之后静待15s,将其取出,并放入储物箱中;
A6、制备防水面料:首先将制得的面料投入搅拌机中,然后再投入制得的防水剂,然后关闭搅拌机,并搅拌2min,然后打开搅拌机,并将内部的防水面料取出,放入储物盒中保存;
A7、制备稳定型防水面料:首先将制得的防水材料投入搅拌机中,然后投入已净化的粘合剂,打开搅拌机,顺时针搅拌5min,然后投入15g融合剂再次搅拌2min,之后取出制得的防水型面料;
A8、烘干防水型面料:烘干机一台,首先将制得的防水型面料取出,将其分散和分条,然后投入烘干机中,并将烘干机的温度调节为40℃,烘干时间为3min,然后取出防水型面料,对其表面进行疏整;

(三)有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种防水针织面料,具备以下有益效果:
1、该防水针织面料,通过在面料中添加苯丙乳液、丙烯酸弹性乳液和环氧树脂,在碳酸钙的辅助作用下,能够使面料具备一定的防水作用,并且抗氧剂能够避免四者在反应过程中出现氧化的现象,从而能够提高防水面料的使用寿命。
2、该防水针织面料,通过在防水面料中添加聚乙烯醇、非晶态a-烯烃共聚物和石蜡,能够形成具备粘性的软质材料,其中麻黏胶能够使面料之间粘结地更加稳固,从而能够使防水材料与面料之间粘结地更加稳固。

下面将结合本发明的实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
一种防水针织面料及其制造工艺和应用,包括以下重量份数配比的原料:
聚乙烯醇:100g;
非晶态a-烯烃共聚物:60g;
PH值调节剂:10g;
苯丙乳液:40g;
丙烯酸弹性乳液:50g;
环氧树脂:60g;
碳酸钙:30g;
融合剂:25g;
抗氧剂:20g;
表面活性剂:40g;
油酸:30g;
麻黏胶:20g;
汉麻:300g;
棉:260g;
涤纶:200g;
石蜡:50g;
纯净水:180g。
一种防水针织面料及其制造工艺和应用,流程包括以下步骤:
A1、制备粘合剂:500ml的反应皿1个,电子秤1台,玻璃棒1根,车间温度保持在30℃-35℃左右,车间保持干净,且车间密封,首先秤取100g聚乙烯醇,并放入反应皿中,然后秤取130g纯净水,用玻璃棒顺时针搅拌10s,再秤取60g非晶态a-烯烃共聚物和50g石蜡,并投入反应皿中,之后添加30g油酸和25g融合剂,并用玻璃棒顺时针搅拌20s,制得粘合剂;
A2、净化粘合剂:首先在制得的粘合剂中添加20g抗氧剂,通过玻璃棒顺时针搅拌5s,然后再加入10gPH值调节剂,静待10s,之后通过玻璃棒顺时针搅拌15s,从而能够中和粘合剂的酸碱性,并且防止其氧化;
A3、制备防水剂主要材料:600ml的反应皿1个,用电子秤秤取40g苯丙乳液、50g丙烯酸弹性乳液和60g环氧树脂,然后三者以5s的时间为间隔依次投入装有50g纯净水的反应皿中,并在每次间隔时间中用玻璃棒搅拌3s,然后加入40g表面活性剂,之后静待5min,制得防水剂主要材料;
A4、制备防水剂:首先在制得的防水剂主要材料中添加30g碳酸钙,并用玻璃棒顺时针搅拌20s,再次添加25g融合剂,并用玻璃棒顺时针和逆时针各搅拌10s,然后制得防水剂;
A5、制备面料:搅拌机1台,首先用电子秤秤取300g汉麻、260g棉和200g涤纶,并且将三者同时投入搅拌机中,首先搅拌10s,然后停止搅拌,打开搅拌机并投入20g麻黏胶,再次搅拌10s中,之后静待15s,将其取出,并放入储物箱中;
A6、制备防水面料:首先将制得的面料投入搅拌机中,然后再投入制得的防水剂,然后关闭搅拌机,并搅拌2min,然后打开搅拌机,并将内部的防水面料取出,放入储物盒中保存;
A7、制备稳定型防水面料:首先将制得的防水材料投入搅拌机中,然后投入已净化的粘合剂,打开搅拌机,顺时针搅拌5min,然后投入15g融合剂再次搅拌2min,之后取出制得的防水型面料;
A8、烘干防水型面料:烘干机一台,首先将制得的防水型面料取出,将其分散和分条,然后投入烘干机中,并将烘干机的温度调节为40℃,烘干时间为3min,然后取出防水型面料,对其表面进行疏整;
A9、疏整软化面料:首先将制得的防水型面料放置在加工台上,然后通过梳理刷,在面料的表面由上到下进行轻微剐蹭,并梳理,剐蹭时间为5min,之后在已梳理的面料表面添加软化剂,添加之后,用镊子夹起面料,并上下轻微抖动,抖动时间为5min,然后挂在衣架上,进行风干,衣架放置在光线较暗的位置,风干温度为25℃。

1.一种防水针织面料及其制造工艺和应用,其特征在于:包括以下重量份数配比的原料:
聚乙烯醇:100g;
非晶态a-烯烃共聚物:60g;
PH值调节剂:10g;
苯丙乳液:40g;
丙烯酸弹性乳液:50g;
环氧树脂:60g;
碳酸钙:30g;
融合剂:25g;
抗氧剂:20g;
表面活性剂:40g;
油酸:30g;
麻黏胶:20g;
汉麻:300g;
棉:260g;
涤纶:200g;
石蜡:50g;
纯净水:180g。
