【技术领域】
本发明涉及木塑板的技术领域,特别是一种抗菌防潮木塑板的技术领域。
【背景技术】
木塑复合板材是一种主要由木材为基础材料与热塑性高分子材料和加工助剂等,混合均匀后再经模具设备加热挤出成型而制成的高科技绿色环保新型装饰材料,兼有木材和塑料的性能与特征,是能替代木材和塑料的新型复合材料。木塑板与实木板相比,木塑板的损耗低、使用寿命长,且木塑板可做成中空结构,不但可以减少重量,而且还能增加强度,其维护成本远远低于木制品,具有木材的自然外观和质感。随着社会的进步,人们生活水平的提高,很多家庭对家装的要求也越来越严格,现有的木塑板由于结构及材质问题,整体抗冲击能力差,易破碎,容易受潮起包,受潮后容易滋生细菌,影响居室环境。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种抗菌防潮木塑板,能够使木塑板的结构抗冲击性能更强,不易破碎,同时不易受潮,具有抑菌作用,能够持久保持居室环境的健康美观,利于推广应用。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种抗菌防潮木塑板,包括板体,所述板体由上弧板、下弧板、加强筋组成,所述上弧板、下弧板、加强筋为一体式结构,所述上弧板的内表面和下弧板的内表面通过均匀分布的加强筋相连,相邻的加强筋与上弧板、下弧板之间形成空腔,所述上弧板的外表面上设置有若干抗震弧板,所述下弧板的外表面上设置有若干离墙减震弧板。
作为优选,所述抗震弧板的形状为顶部凸出的圆弧形,所述抗震弧板的数量有多个,相邻的抗震弧板之间设置有减震凹槽,所述减震凹槽与抗震弧板的底边平滑相接。
作为优选,所述离墙减震弧板的形状为顶部凹陷的圆弧形,所述离墙减震弧板的数量有多个,相邻的离墙减震弧板之间设置有支撑凹槽,所述支撑凹槽为开口向下的圆弧形凹槽。
作为优选,所述抗震弧板的弧长为离墙减震弧板弧长的三分之二,所述抗震弧板的外表面光滑,所述板体的左右两侧设置有对应的安装卡槽和安装卡块。
作为优选,所述板体由以下质量份数的原料制备而成:PVC树脂50~60份、活性炭粉15~25份、二氧化钛5~8份、发泡剂7~9份、稳定剂5~10份、润滑剂2~5份、钢化玻璃纤维5~10份、碳酸钙粉末10~20份、硝酸银2~5份。
作为优选,所述板体由以下质量份数的原料制备而成:PVC树脂50份、活性炭粉15份、二氧化钛5份、发泡剂7份、稳定剂5份、润滑剂2份、钢化玻璃纤维5份、碳酸钙粉末10份、硝酸银2份。
作为优选,所述板体由以下质量份数的原料制备而成:PVC树脂60份、活性炭粉25份、二氧化钛8份、发泡剂9份、稳定剂10份、润滑剂5份、钢化玻璃纤维10份、碳酸钙粉末20份、硝酸银5份。
作为优选,所述板体由以下质量份数的原料制备而成:PVC树脂50份、活性炭粉25份、二氧化钛5份、发泡剂9份、稳定剂5份、润滑剂5份、钢化玻璃纤维5份、碳酸钙粉末10份、硝酸银2份。
本发明的有益效果:本发明能够使木塑板的结构抗冲击性能更强,不易破碎,同时不易受潮,具有抑菌作用,能够持久保持居室环境的健康美观,利于推广应用。

实施例二,所述板体1由以下质量份数的原料制备而成:PVC树脂60份、活性炭粉25份、二氧化钛8份、发泡剂9份、稳定剂10份、润滑剂5份、钢化玻璃纤维10份、碳酸钙粉末20份、硝酸银5份。
实施例三,所述板体1由以下质量份数的原料制备而成:PVC树脂50份、活性炭粉25份、二氧化钛5份、发泡剂9份、稳定剂5份、润滑剂5份、钢化玻璃纤维5份、碳酸钙粉末10份、硝酸银2份。
本发明工作过程:

2.如权利要求1所述的一种抗菌防潮木塑板,其特征在于:所述抗震弧板(5)的形状为顶部凸出的圆弧形,所述抗震弧板(5)的数量有多个,相邻的抗震弧板(5)之间设置有减震凹槽(7),所述减震凹槽(7)与抗震弧板(5)的底边平滑相接。
