Abstract
本发明公开了一种自润滑抗磨修复剂,包括有机硅化合物、有机氟化合物和高分子化合物,其中,有机硅化合物的含量为5~40%,有机氟化合物的含量为1~30%,余量为高分子化合物。通过上述方式,本发明的自润滑抗磨修复剂具有极高的耐热性、且具有优异的抗压力学性能和耐磨性,自润滑性,在高温高速工况下使用效果好,无毒副作用,制造成本低,易于广泛使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及修复剂技术领域,尤其涉及一种自润滑抗磨修复剂。
背景技术
目前市面上的发动机修复剂产品中主要添加二硫化钼、有机钼化合物、氮化硼粉等作为修复材料,这些修复材料形成的修复层与原气缸表面的结合力差,容易脱落,需要经常修复,严重的甚至会影响发动机的正常工作,故有必要研究一种具有自润滑抗磨性能的修复剂。
发明内容
本发明提供一种自润滑抗磨修复剂,来解决上述技术问题。
一种自润滑抗磨修复剂,包括以下主要成分:有机硅化合物、有机氟化合物和高分子化合物。
优选的,所述的自润滑抗磨修复剂,包括以下重量百分比的成分:
有机硅化合物,含量为5~40%;
有机氟化合物,含量为1~30%;
高分子化合物;余量。
优选的,所述有机氟化合物含有RfCmH2mNH3和RfCmH2m-O(-C2H4O)-nH中的至少一种,其中Rf=CnF2n-1,n=6,9。
优选的,所述有机硅化合物含有羟基硅油、甲基硅油和羧基硅油中的任意一种;所述高分子化合物含有聚丙烯酰胺、尼龙聚碳酸酯和聚全氟磺酸中的至少一种。
优选的,所述的羟基硅油的化学式为Si-OH。
优选的,所述的羧基硅油的化学式为Si-COOH。
优选的,所述的甲基硅油的化学式为[-Si-Si-]n。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明的自润滑抗磨修复剂,包括有机硅化合物、有机氟化合物和高分子化合物;其中有机硅化合物具有弹性,加入后耐磨性能好,具有自润滑效果;加入有机氟化合物,抗氧化、耐高温性能好;而高分子化合物粘结性能好,可以将修复剂和气缸表面牢固的结合在一起;故本发明的自润滑抗磨修复剂具有极高的耐热性、且具有优异的抗压力学性能和耐磨性,自润滑性,在高温高速工况下使用效果好,无毒副作用,制造成本低,易于广泛使用。

下面结合实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例1
一种自润滑抗磨修复剂,包括以下重量百分比的成分:
有机硅化合物,含量为8%;
有机氟化合物,含量为12%;
高分子化合物;余量。
所述有机硅化合物含有羟基硅油;所述的羟基硅油的化学式为Si-OH;
所述有机氟化合物含有RfCmH2mNH3,其中Rf=CnF2n-1,n=6,9;
所述高分子化合物含有聚丙烯酰胺。
实施例2
一种自润滑抗磨修复剂,包括以下重量百分比的成分:
有机硅化合物,含量为40%;
有机氟化合物,含量为1%;
高分子化合物;余量。
所述有机硅化合物含有羧基硅油;所述的羧基硅油的化学式为Si-COOH;
所述有机氟化合物含有RfCmH2m-O(-C2H4O)-nH,其中Rf=CnF2n-1,n=6,9;
所述高分子化合物含有尼龙聚碳酸酯。
实施例3
一种自润滑抗磨修复剂,包括以下重量百分比的成分:
有机硅化合物,含量为5%;
有机氟化合物,含量为30%;
高分子化合物;余量。
所述有机硅化合物含有甲基硅油;所述的甲基硅油的化学式为[-Si-Si-]n;
所述有机氟化合物含有RfCmH2mNH3,其中Rf=CnF2n-1,n=6,9;
所述高分子化合物含有聚全氟磺酸。
实施例4
一种自润滑抗磨修复剂,包括以下重量百分比的成分:
有机硅化合物,含量为20%;
有机氟化合物,含量为15%;
高分子化合物;余量。
所述有机硅化合物含有甲基硅油;所述的甲基硅油的化学式为[-Si-Si-]n;
所述有机氟化合物含所述有机氟化合物含有RfCmH2mNH3和RfCmH2m-O(-C2H4O)-nH,其中Rf=CnF2n-1,n=6,9;
所述高分子化合物含有尼龙聚碳酸酯。
实施例5
一种自润滑抗磨修复剂,包括以下重量百分比的成分:
有机硅化合物,含量为30%;
有机氟化合物,含量为20%;
高分子化合物;余量。
所述有机硅化合物含有甲基硅油和羧基硅油;所述的羧基硅油的化学式为Si-COOH;所述的甲基硅油的化学式为[-Si-Si-]n;
所述有机氟化合物含有RfCmH2m-O(-C2H4O)-nH,其中Rf=CnF2n-1,n=6,9;
所述高分子化合物含有聚丙烯酰胺和聚全氟磺酸。
以下对本发明实施例1-5的样品进行实用测试;具体方法如下:
将本发明修复剂各原料混合后,加温至180-200℃并高速搅拌,混合均匀;
将修复剂与润滑油混合后一起加入汽车发动机内部,即可;其中润滑油温度为110-135℃,压力为1-3kg/cm2。
将实施例1-5的修复剂样品与泰普艾捷乐9900润滑油混合后进行以下性能测试,其中对比例1为中国发明专利CN103666649A实施例2公开的修复剂,对比例2为不加本发明的修复剂样品的数据。
据GB/T 12583-1998,采用四球摩擦试验机进行润滑性和抗磨承载性实验,得到的数据如表1所示。
由以上测试数据可以知道,本发明的自润滑抗磨修复剂相比与传统的修复剂具备更好的修复性能。

1.一种自润滑抗磨修复剂,其特征在于,包括:有机硅化合物、有机氟化合物和高分子化合物。
2.如权利要求1所述的自润滑抗磨修复剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量百分比的成分:
有机硅化合物,含量为5~40%;
有机氟化合物,含量为1~30%;
高分子化合物;余量。
3.如权利要求1所述的自润滑抗磨修复剂,其特征在于,所述有机氟化合物含有RfCmH2mNH3和RfCmH2m-O(-C2H4O)-nH中的至少一种,其中Rf=CnF2n-1,n=6,9。
4.如权利要求1所述的自润滑抗磨修复剂,其特征在于,所述有机硅化合物含有羟基硅油、甲基硅油和羧基硅油中的任意一种;所述高分子化合物含有聚丙烯酰胺、尼龙聚碳酸酯和聚全氟磺酸中的至少一种。
5.如权利要求4所述的自润滑抗磨修复剂,其特征在于,所述的羟基硅油的化学式为Si-OH。
6.如权利要求4所述的自润滑抗磨修复剂,其特征在于,所述的羧基硅油的化学式为Si-COOH。
7.如权利要求4所述的自润滑抗磨修复剂,其特征在于,所述的甲基硅油的化学式为[-Si-Si-]n。
