Abstract
本发明涉及水稻田用复配除草组合物,其中包含以下两种有效成分:成分(A):环苯草酮;成分(B)成分(B):选自唑草胺、氯吡嘧磺隆中的一种;其中所述成分(A)与成分(B)的质量比为0.1‑65:0.1‑65,两者之和在除草组合物的百分含量为0.5‑85%,且可制备成可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、颗粒剂、水悬浮剂。本发明的水稻除草组合物具有安全、速效性和持效性兼好、杀草谱广的特点。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于农药技术领域,尤其是除草剂领域,具体涉及一种两元复配的除草组合物,该除草组合物用于水稻田除草。
背景技术
水稻不仅是我国的最主要粮食作物,也是世界主要粮食作物之一。世界上近一半人口,包括几乎整个东亚和东南亚的人口,都以稻米为食。但近年来,随着农村劳动力的匮乏,杂草发生危害日趋严重,成为造成水稻减产的主要因素之一。人工拔草难度大、花工多、效益低、效果差,同时对秧苗的影响也较大。同时随着农业科学技术的发展,化学除草剂的推广应用已作为省工、省时、省本的有力增产措施之一。
环苯草酮,是由巴斯夫公司开发的唯一一种用于水田除草的环己烯酮类化合物。其属于水稻田用广谱性除草剂,主要用于防除稻田禾本科杂草如稗草、兰马草、千金子、狗尾草、筒轴茅等,对直播水田和移栽水稻均安全。环苯草酮是ACCase抑制剂,叶面施药后迅速被植株吸收和转移,在韧皮部转移到生长点,抑制新芽的生长,杂草先失绿,后变色枯死,一般2~3周内完全枯死,对生态环境十分安全。在我国田间试验结果表明,用7.5%环苯草酮乳油675ml/hm2茎叶处理,对葡茎剪股颖的防效可达100%。但对阔叶杂草防效不理想。
唑草胺是三唑类苗前苗后除草剂,为细胞生长抑制剂,对稗草有卓效,在200~300g/hm2剂量下,对水稻有很高的选择性,对芽前到三叶期杂草均有效;持效期长达40天;同时防除其他多年生和一年生杂草;可单独使用或与其他作草剂混用。
氯吡嘧磺隆属于新型磺酸脲类除草剂,是一种乙酰乳酸合成酶的抑制剂,通过杂草的根、茎和叶吸收,在植物体内传导,杂草即停止生长,而后枯死。主要用于防除阔叶杂草和莎草科杂草,如苘麻、苍耳、曼陀罗、豚草、反枝苋、野西瓜苗、蓼、马齿苋、龙葵、决明、牵牛、香附子等。
单独使用上述任意一种单组份的除草剂不仅成本较高,杀草谱较窄,更为重要的是难以达到一次防除多种杂草的效果,而且使用程序繁琐,耗时耗力。除草剂合理复配是提供防除效果,扩大杀草谱,拓宽使用时间,延缓杂草群落演替的速度,降低农药单一使用带来的抗性风险,减轻对环境的污染,降低使用成本及降低除草剂残留的一种有效方法。且目前尚无环苯草酮与唑草胺或氯吡嘧磺隆的复配制剂公开过。
发明内容
鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种水稻田除草组合物及其药物制剂。该水稻田除草组合物的抗性风险小、防治成本低、杀草谱广、药效好、持效性与速效性俱佳、环境污染小,能够有效地防治水稻田重发难以防除的禾本科和阔叶科杂草,该除草组合物可以制备成可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、颗粒剂、水水悬浮剂,可作为水稻田苗后除草使用。
为实现本发明的发明目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种水稻田除草组合物,其特征在于该除草组合物包括有效成分(A)和有效成分(B),有效成分A为环苯草酮,有效成分B选自唑草胺、氯吡嘧磺隆中的一种,两种有效成分的质量比为0.1-65:0.1-65,两者之和占除草组合物的百分含量为0.5-85%。
本发明的二元复配制剂中,除了有效成分外,还可添加农药上允许的助剂,以配制成任意一种剂型。优选加工成可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、颗粒剂、水悬浮剂。
所述的农药助剂包括分散剂、润湿剂、崩解剂、黏合剂、增稠剂、触变剂、防冻剂等,这些助剂使用常用的公知的化合物。
本发明提供的除草剂组合物主要用于水稻田防除杂草,与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明除草组合物采用环苯草酮与唑草胺或氯吡嘧磺隆复配,两种活性成分在一定配比范围内复配表现为极好的协同增效作用,混合后的组合物相对于单剂显著提高了除草效果,也降低了使用剂量。
2、本发明除草组合物扩大了杀草谱,使得一种药剂能同时防治多种杂草,提供了一种极其方便有效的防治手段,对水稻田主要杂草均有良好的防除效果。
3、本发明除草组合物采用两种不同的作用机理杀灭杂草,药剂不同作用特性使得两种活性成分制剂产生极强的优势互补,能有效延缓单剂抗性的发生与发展。
4、本发明除草组合物对水稻安全,可以在不伤害水稻的前提下杀灭稻田主要杂草。
具体实施方式
实施例1 10%环苯草酮·唑草胺可湿性粉剂
环苯草酮9%、唑草胺1%、分散剂萘磺酸钠甲醛缩合物0.05%、润湿剂十二烷基硫酸钠0.05%、填料硅藻土89.9%。按照常规的制剂方法制得本发明的可湿性粉剂产品。
实施例2 30%环苯草酮·唑草胺可湿性粉剂
环苯草酮28%、唑草胺2%、分散剂木质素磺酸钙1%、润湿剂聚氧乙烯烷基苯基醚硫酸钠1%、填料滑石粉68%。按照常规的制剂方法制得本发明的可湿性粉剂产品。
实施例3 65%环苯草酮·唑草胺可湿性粉剂
环苯草酮60%、唑草胺5%、分散剂木质酸磺酸钠2%、润湿剂十二烷基硫酸钠1%、填料玉米淀粉32%。按照常规的制剂方法制得本发明的可湿性粉剂产品。
实施例4 50%环苯草酮·唑草胺水分散粒剂
环苯草酮40%、唑草胺10%、分散剂萘磺酸钠甲醛缩合物2%、润湿剂十二烷基硫酸钠1%、崩解剂硫酸铵1.5%、黏合剂葡萄糖0.5%、填料玉米淀粉45%。按照常规的制剂方法制得本发明的水分散粒剂产品。
实施例5 65%环苯草酮·唑草胺水分散粒剂
环苯草酮50%、唑草胺15%、分散剂木质素磺酸钙2.5%、润湿剂聚氧乙烯烷基苯基醚硫酸钠1.5%、崩解剂硫酸钠2%、黏合剂甲基纤维素1%、填料硅藻土28%。按照常规的制剂方法制得本发明的水分散粒剂产品。
实施例6 80%环苯草酮·唑草胺水分散粒剂
环苯草酮60%、唑草胺20%、分散剂木质酸磺酸钠3%、润湿剂十二烷基硫酸钠2%、崩解剂尿素3%、黏合剂淀粉2%、填料滑石粉10%。按照常规的制剂方法制得本发明的水分散粒剂产品。
实施例7 2%环苯草酮·唑草胺颗粒剂
环苯草酮1%、唑草胺1%、粘结剂聚乙烯醇2%、吸附剂活性白土5%、填料硅藻土91%。按照常规的制剂方法制得本发明的颗粒剂产品。
实施例8 6%环苯草酮·唑草胺颗粒剂
环苯草酮4%、唑草胺2%、粘结剂聚丙烯酰胺4%、吸附剂活性白土7%、填料滑石粉83%。按照常规的制剂方法制得本发明的颗粒剂产品。
实施例9 10%环苯草酮·唑草胺颗粒剂
环苯草酮6%、唑草胺4%、粘结剂聚丙烯酸钠8%、吸附剂活性白土12%,填料玉米淀粉70%。按照常规的制剂方法制得本发明的颗粒剂产品。
实施例10 25%环苯草酮·唑草胺水悬浮剂
环苯草酮20%、唑草胺5%、分散剂木质酸磺酸钙1%、润湿剂十二烷基苯磺酸1%、增稠剂黄原酸胶0.1%、触变剂白炭黑1%、防冻剂丙三醇2%、防腐剂多聚甲醛0.5%、去离子水69.4%。按照常规的制剂方法制得本发明的水悬浮剂产品。
实施例 11 35%环苯草酮·唑草胺水悬浮剂
环苯草酮25%、唑草胺10%、分散剂木质酸磺酸钠1.5%、润湿剂琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠1.5%、增稠剂硅酸镁铝0.3%、触变剂白炭黑1.5%、防冻剂聚乙二醇400 3%、防腐剂多聚甲醛1%、去离子水56.2%。按照常规的制剂方法制得本发明的水悬浮剂产品。
实施例12 45%环苯草酮·唑草胺水悬浮剂
环苯草酮30%、唑草胺15%、分散剂烃基萘磺酸钠的甲醛缩合物2%、润湿剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠2%、增稠剂硅酸镁铝0.5%、触变剂白炭黑2%、防冻剂丙二醇4%、防腐剂卡松1.5%、去离子水43%。按照常规的制剂方法制得本发明的水悬浮剂产品。
实施例13 10%环苯草酮·氯吡嘧磺隆可湿性粉剂
环苯草酮2%、氯吡嘧磺隆8%、分散剂萘磺酸钠甲醛缩合物0.05%、润湿剂十二烷基硫酸钠0.05%、填料滑石粉89.9%。按照常规的制剂方法制得本发明的可湿性粉剂产品。
实施例14 30%环苯草酮·氯吡嘧磺隆可湿性粉剂
环苯草酮3%、氯吡嘧磺隆27%、分散剂木质素磺酸钙1%、润湿剂聚氧乙烯烷基苯基醚硫酸钠1%、填料硅藻土68%。按照常规的制剂方法制得本发明的可湿性粉剂产品。
实施例15 70%环苯草酮·氯吡嘧磺隆可湿性粉剂
环苯草酮10%、氯吡嘧磺隆60%、分散剂木质酸磺酸钠2%、润湿剂十二烷基硫酸钠1%、填料玉米淀粉27%。按照常规的制剂方法制得本发明的可湿性粉剂产品。
实施例16 50%环苯草酮·氯吡嘧磺隆水分散粒剂
环苯草酮10%、氯吡嘧磺隆40%、分散剂萘磺酸钠甲醛缩合物2%、润湿剂十二烷基硫酸钠1%、崩解剂硫酸铵1.5%、黏合剂葡萄糖0.5%、填料玉米淀粉45%。按照常规的制剂方法制得本发明的水分散粒剂产品。
实施例17 70%环苯草酮·氯吡嘧磺隆水分散粒剂
环苯草酮15%、氯吡嘧磺隆55%、分散剂木质素磺酸钙2.5%、润湿剂聚氧乙烯烷基苯基醚硫酸钠1.5%、崩解剂硫酸钠2%、黏合剂甲基纤维素1%、填料硅藻土23%。按照常规的制剂方法制得本发明的水分散粒剂产品。
实施例18 85%环苯草酮·氯吡嘧磺隆水分散粒剂
环苯草酮25%、氯吡嘧磺隆60%、分散剂木质酸磺酸钠3%、润湿剂十二烷基硫酸钠2%、崩解剂尿素3%、黏合剂淀粉2%、填料滑石粉5%。按照常规的制剂方法制得本发明的水分散粒剂产品。
实施例19 1%环苯草酮·氯吡嘧磺隆颗粒剂
环苯草酮0.5%、氯吡嘧磺隆0.5%、粘结剂聚乙烯醇1%、吸附剂活性白土3%、填料硅藻土95%。按照常规的制剂方法制得本发明的颗粒剂产品。
实施例20 5%环苯草酮·氯吡嘧磺隆颗粒剂
环苯草酮2%、氯吡嘧磺隆3%、粘结剂聚丙烯酰胺4%、吸附剂活性白土6%、填料滑石粉85%。按照常规的制剂方法制得本发明的颗粒剂产品。
实施例21 10%环苯草酮·氯吡嘧磺隆颗粒剂
环苯草酮5%、氯吡嘧磺隆5%、粘结剂聚丙烯酸钠8%、吸附剂活性白土12%,填料玉米淀粉70%。按照常规的制剂方法制得本发明的颗粒剂产品。
实施例22 25%环苯草酮·氯吡嘧磺隆水悬浮剂
环苯草酮5%、氯吡嘧磺隆20%、分散剂木质酸磺酸钙1%、润湿剂十二烷基苯磺酸1%、增稠剂黄原酸胶0.1%、触变剂白炭黑1%、防冻剂丙三醇2%、防腐剂多聚甲醛0.5%、去离子水69.4%。按照常规的制剂方法制得本发明的水悬浮剂产品。
实施例23 35%环苯草酮·氯吡嘧磺隆水悬浮剂
环苯草酮10%、氯吡嘧磺隆25%、分散剂木质酸磺酸钠1.5%、润湿剂琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠1.5%、增稠剂硅酸镁铝0.3%、触变剂白炭黑1.5%、防冻剂聚乙二醇400 3%、防腐剂多聚甲醛1%、去离子水56.2%。按照常规的制剂方法制得本发明的水悬浮剂产品。
实施例24 50%环苯草酮·氯吡嘧磺隆水悬浮剂
环苯草酮15%、氯吡嘧磺隆35%、分散剂烃基萘磺酸钠的甲醛缩合物2%、润湿剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠2%、增稠剂硅酸镁铝0.5%、触变剂白炭黑2%、防冻剂丙二醇4%、防腐剂卡松1.5%、去离子水38%。按照常规的制剂方法制得本发明的水悬浮剂产品。
对比例1 7.5%环苯草酮乳油
按照常规方法制得7.5%环苯草酮乳油。
对比例2 20%唑草胺颗粒剂
按照常规方法制得20%唑草胺颗粒剂。
对比例3 75%氯吡嘧磺隆水分散粒剂
按照常规方法制得75%氯吡嘧磺隆水分散粒剂。
1)室内活性测定试验
试验目的:在温室盆栽条件下环苯草酮与唑草胺或氯吡嘧磺隆及不同混配组合对稗草、鸭舌草的除草效果,并评价了其联合作用。
供试作物:水稻。
防除对象:禾本科杂草:稗草;阔叶杂草:鸭舌草。
供试材料:95%环苯草酮原药、95%唑草胺原药、96%氯吡嘧磺隆原药。
试验方法:
环苯草酮与唑草胺或氯吡嘧磺隆以稗草、鸭舌草作为生测对象。选用未施用过除草剂、pH6.8土壤,将土壤风干过筛后,装入高6cm、直径9cm的塑料钵内,每盆播种20粒种子,盖0.5-1cm厚的细土后放在温室内培养,待杂草长至2-4叶期采用盆栽茎叶处理法(NY/T1155.4-2006),每钵喷药液1mL,每处理重复4次,并设不含药剂的处理为对照。处理后试材置于温室内培养,定期观察靶标杂草的生长情况,20d后目测靶标受害症状及生长抑制情况,并称地上部分鲜重或株鲜重,以靶标鲜重抑制率评价药剂对靶标杂草的毒力作用。
具体方法参照NY/T1155.4-2006农药室内生物测定试验准则除草剂第4部分:活性测定试验茎叶喷雾法进行实验,每处理4次重复,每重复20株,设不含药剂处理为空白对照。
二元复配联合作用评价方法参照NY/T1155.7-2006农药室内生物测定试验准则除草剂第7部分混配的联合作用测定中的Colby法。
设E为环苯草酮与唑草胺或氯吡嘧磺隆混用后实测的杂草重量为对照杂草重量的百分数。
混剂的理论防效按照以下公式计算:
E0=X×Y/100
式中,X为环苯草酮在某剂量下杂草重量为对照杂草重量的百分数;Y为唑草胺或氯吡嘧磺隆在某剂量下杂草重量为对照杂草重量的百分数。
E-E0>10%为拮抗作用;E-E0<-10%为增效作用;E-E0值介于±10%之间为相加作用。

表1-1显示,环苯草酮、唑草胺具体配比为50+200,50+250,50+300,125+200,125+250,125+300,200+200,200+250,200+300,两元复配组合物的E-E0都小于-10%,对稗草表现为增效作用;且当其二元复配为200+200时的增效作用最为显著,其E-E0值为-25.93%。

表1-2显示,环苯草酮、唑草胺具体配比为200+300,对鸭舌草增效作用最为明显,其E-E0值为-29.73%。

表2-1显示,环苯草酮、氯吡嘧磺隆具体配比为50+30,50+37.5,50+45,125+30,125+37.5,125+45,200+30,200+37.5,200+45,两元复配组合物的E-E0都小于-10%,对稗草表现为增效作用;且当其二元复配为200+45时的增效作用最为显著,其E-E0值为-27.36%。

表2-2显示,环苯草酮、氯吡嘧磺隆具体配比为200+45,对鸭舌草增效作用最为明显,其E-E0值为-23.80%。
2)田间药效试验
供试药剂:实施例1-24。
对照药剂:对比例1-3。
试验对象:禾本科:稗草;阔叶科:鸭舌草。
试验方法:
按照试验小区的面积,准确称量好各种药剂,并兑水稀释后,利用背负式喷雾器,进行均匀喷雾,喷头选用除草剂专用的扇形喷头。喷雾时,要注意将药液均匀喷施到试验小区中,做到没有漏喷、多喷的现象。试验后分别在药后20d、40d观察杂草死亡情况,并比较各种药剂的除草活性,具体见表3-4。此外,还要在药后1-15d内观察作物的生产情况,以考察药剂对作物是否有药害,具体见表5。

从表3-4中可以看出,本发明通过两种有效成分环苯草酮与唑草胺/氯吡嘧磺隆混配使用,药效发挥也比较快,对稗草、鸭舌草的防效高于农药单独使用的防效,同时对禾本科、阔叶科杂草总体防效也高于两种农药单独使用的总体防效,取得了显著的增效作用,提供了整体防除效果,使得本发明的杀草谱进一步扩展。同时本发明的除草剂用药20天后和40天后药效明显优于两种农药单独使用的防治效果,这表明本发明的除草剂不仅作用更加持久,而且不易使得杂草尤其是恶性杂草产生抗药性。
表5药剂对作物水稻安全性调查
表5显示本发明除草剂各处理小区内的水稻苗长势良好,未见任何明显药斑,说明本发明的除草剂对水稻是安全的。本发明除草剂容易降解,对水稻安全,无副作用;在土壤中残留期短,对后茬作物安全。
可以知道上述实施例仅为了说明发明原理而采用的示例性实施方式,然而本发明不仅限于此,本领域技术人员在不脱离本发明实质情况下,可以做出各种改进和变更,这些改进和变更也属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (3)
1.一种水稻田除草组合物,包含以下两种有效成分:
成分(A):环苯草酮;
成分(B):选自以下化合物中的一种:唑草胺、氯吡嘧磺隆;
其中,所述成分(A) 与成分(B)的质量比为0.1-65:0.1-65除草组合物中的质量百分数为0.5-85%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水稻田除草组合物,其特征在于:所述组合物可制备成可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、颗粒剂、水悬浮剂。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的水稻除草组合物用于防治水稻田杂草的应用。
