Abstract
此项藉转轴端壳构成封闭环状磁路之电动机为一种磁场磁路呈轴向延伸并以两侧端壳构成磁路为特征之创新设计,较诸传统电动机具有下列优点:(1)转子可外露,散热性。(2)可减少电动机总高度,利于空间安排。(3)减少重量及成本。(4)可由外露转子表面直接构成传动元件,以利于特殊应用之场合。
Description
本发明涉及一种借助转轴端壳构成封闭环状磁路的电动机。
传统的电动机,其磁路通常是沿径向环绕的。
1985年3月5日授予Leo Bertram等人的美国专利US No.4,503,346中公开了一种串接分极单相同步电动机,它具有弯曲的定子铁心,定子铁心在其自由端形成极靴体。极靴上绕有感应线圈。极靴之间配置了可径向磁化的永磁转子。转子轴与两个极靴体的纵向中心线相交。极靴体离开极靴的相对部分弯曲成以桥形方式互联。
1977年9月1日授权的英国专利GB 1484173中公开了一种永磁式电动机,它包括一种非磁性的圆筒形电枢,其绕组与换向器相连,电枢安装在交替相反极性的磁极之间,以在磁极之间所形成的气隙中央部分旋转,磁极则是由稀土合金组成的永久磁体极化而成的。
根据本发明,借助转轴端壳构成封闭环状磁路的电动机主要是将传统依径向环绕电动机的磁场磁路改为沿转轴的两端壳构成磁路的创新设计。
本发明的主要目的,乃在于提供一种藉转轴端壳构成封闭环状磁路的电动机,这是一种磁场路呈轴向延伸并以两侧端壳构成磁路为特征的创新设计。
根据本发明的一种借助转轴端壳构成封闭环状磁路的电动机,包括:
一对由良导磁材料所组成的机架端壳;
一个可转动地安装在所述机架端壳上的转子,其旋转轴位于机架的中心面上;
一对由各铁心和围绕该铁心的励磁绕组所构成的场磁极,所述场磁极用来把磁场加到所述转子上,所述机架端壳形成所述一对场磁极之间的闭合磁路,其特征在于,所述转子是电枢,所述励磁绕组是由良导磁材料所组成的,各机架端壳包括一个由非导磁材料所组成的围绕所述电枢安装的用以防止沿着所述电枢形成磁环路的圆筒形结构。
与传统电动机相比本发明的电动机具有下列优点:
(1)转子可外露,散热佳。
(2)可减少电动机总高度,利于空间安排。
(3)减少重量及成本。
(4)可由外露转子表面直接构成传动元件,以利于特殊应用的场合。
以下配合附图详细说明本发明的特征及优点。附图中:
图1所示为此项藉转轴端壳构成封闭环状磁路的电动机结构示意图,
图2为图1的侧面示意图。
参阅图1和2,本发明的电动机其主要构成如下:
电动机转子100:包含交流或直流有刷或无刷永磁式或绕线式激磁或为具有导电环或换向片式转子或鼠笼式转子,圆盘状或圆柱状或圆锥状转子,其转子的回转表面供耦合磁场;
个别磁场铁芯103:为个别的良好导磁物质,供绕设励磁绕组结合轴向导磁端壳或直接以永久磁铁构成;
励磁绕组104:用电激励以在磁场产生磁力线;
轴向导磁端壳105:用由良好导磁材料(交流应用时含低涡流损耗及磁滞损耗的特性)制成,供结合于上述个别铁心或永久磁铁所构成的磁场103以及转子100,其结合方式包括:
(1)电动机两端壳为个别的良好导磁性材料(交流应用时含低涡流损及磁滞损耗之特性)所构成的端壳,与各另磁极的侧向锁固结合;
(2)电动机两端壳其中之一为良导磁性材料构成的端壳,与各别磁极的侧向锁固结合,另一侧端壳由非导磁材料制成;
(3)电动机壳其中一组为开口杯状,另一侧端壳与前一端壳皆由良好导磁材料(交流应用时具有低涡流损耗及磁滞损耗的特性)构成的端壳共同构成,个别磁极为由径向粘合或螺丝锁固或由侧向夹持力所夹固:
(4)电动机端壳其中一组为由良好导磁材料(交流应用时含低涡流损耗及磁滞损耗之特性)所构成的开口杯状结构,另一侧为非导磁材料所制成的端壳共同构成,个别磁极为由径向粘合或螺丝锁固或由侧向夹持力所夹固;
(5)电动机端壳为由良好导磁性材料(交流应用时含低涡流损耗及磁滞损耗的特性)所制成的一体式结构,与个别磁极的锁固方式为侧向锁固结合;
(6)电动机两组端壳为由良好导磁材料(交流应用时含低涡流损耗及磁滞损耗的特性)所构成的对称状结构,以侧向夹固力夹固个别磁极;
(7)单独一良好导磁材料(交流应用时含低涡流损耗及磁滞损耗的特性)所制成的开口杯状端壳单侧耦合于转子;
上述各实施方式中由良好导磁材料(交流应用时含低涡流损耗及磁滞损耗的特性)所制成的端壳,其共同特征为与转子心轴(或转承)之间设有一非导磁物质所制成供隔离磁力线的圆筒状结构或以非导磁物所制成供隔离磁力线的圆筒状结构或以非导磁性材料构成的电动机转轴以防止经电动机轴心形成磁力线回路。
此项设计的优点为省略了原环绕个别磁极的磁路,使转子可外露,通风容易,必要时可由外露转子直接构成传动元件以利特殊应用的场合,另外在外露转子方向的电动机高度亦可因无磁路结构而减少,增加空间选择的弹性,当然在某些场合人们可视需要以薄片状非导磁结构体密封转子外露部分,以防尘埃。
Claims (4)
1.一种借助转轴端壳构成封闭环状磁路的电动机,包括:
一对由良导磁材料所组成的机架端壳(105);
一个可转动地安装在所述机架端壳(105)上的转子(100),其旋转轴位于机架的中心面上;
一对由各铁心(103)和围绕该铁心的励磁绕组(104)所构成的场磁极,所述场磁极用来把磁场加到所述转子(100)上,所述机架端壳(105)形成所述一对场磁极之间的闭合磁路,其特征在于,所述转子(100)是电枢,所述励磁绕组是由良导磁材料所组成的,各机架端壳(105)包括一个由非导磁材料所组成的围绕所述电枢安装的用以防止沿着所述电枢形成磁环路的圆筒形结构。
2.根据权利要求1的电动机,其特征在于,一个机架(105)为U形构件。
3.根据权利要求1或2的电动机,其特征在于,各铁心(103)夹持在所述两个机架端壳(103)之间的适当位置。
4.根据权利要求1或2的电动机,其特征在于,各铁心(103)利用穿过所述铁心(103)和所述机架端壳(105)的中的孔的螺纹件而保持在所述机架端壳(105)之间的适当位置。
