技术领域
本发明涉及在前端设置有接头的管,更详细地说,涉及在将接头彼此连接时能够尽可能地抑制液体泄漏等的带接头的管。
背景技术
在半导体等的电子学领域、医药领域、生物技术领域等的制造、清洗、组装等的各种装置中,使用氟树脂制的管来进行原料用流体、清洗用流体、燃料用流体等的供给、移送。
作为这些管,提出有在前端设置有接头的带接头的管的方案(例如参照专利文献1)。虽然该带接头的管并非用于上述领域,但是以管的前端与接头的前端在同一平面上对齐的方式将接头注射成形。

发明内容
发明要解决的技术问题
但是因为管的前端是通过切割形成的,所以存在切割面中有凹凸或者切割面不垂直而倾斜的情况。若在这样的情况下将接头彼此连接,则对置的接头的前端之间可能有缝隙,可能会发生液体泄漏等。
本发明的目的在于提供一种带接头的管,在将接头彼此连接时能够尽可能地抑制液体泄漏等。
用于解决上述技术问题的方案
本发明的带接头的管,是在管的前端部利用注射成形形成接头的带接头的管,所述管的前端部配置在比所述接头的前端部退后的位置,所述管的前端部的至少一部分被所述接头覆盖。
优选地,在比所述接头的前端部退后的位置向外突出设置有凸缘,所述管的前端部配置在比所述凸缘更退后的位置。
优选地,所述接头在所述管的前端部与所述凸缘之间的外周形成有凹部。
发明效果
根据本发明的带接头的管,因为是以管的前端部的至少一部分被覆盖的方式形成接头,所以能够使管的前端部构成为在带接头的管的前端不露出。因此,即便在管的前端具有凹凸或倾斜,因为带接头的管的前端是接头,接头能够通过注射成形形成,尺寸偏差小,能够形成精度高的连接面形状。因此,在将带接头的管彼此直接连接或者使用连接器等连接时,接头的前端部成为连接面,因为管的前端部不是连接面,所以即便管的前端部具有凹凸或倾斜也不会发生液体泄漏等。
此外,利用接头不仅覆盖管的圆周面,而且覆盖管的前端部的至少一部分,管和接头采用较长的熔接量,能够提高接合强度,并且能够尽可能地抑制液体泄漏等。

具体实施方式
以下,一边参照附图,一边对本发明的一实施方式的带接头的管10进行说明。
图1是本发明的一实施方式的带接头的管10的剖视图。如图所示,带接头的管10具备中空的管20和设置在管20的前端部22上的接头30。而且,带接头的管10、10彼此能够直接连接或者经由图2所示的连接器40连接。
在制造、清洗、组装等的装置中,能够使用带接头的管10来进行原料用流体、清洗用流体、燃料用流体等的供给、移送。作为通过带接头的管10的内部的流体,能够例示液体或气体,根据需要可以在液体或气体中混合粉体或颗粒。这些流体可以是可燃性流体,也可以是不燃性流体。

如图1所示,接头30覆盖管20的前端部22附近的圆周面24和前端部22的至少一部分,接头30的前端部32构成为比管20的前端部22突出,即管20的前端部22构成为位于比接头30的前端部32退后的位置。另外,前端部22的至少一部分既可以是指环状的前端部22的整个面,也可以仅是指前端部22的外周侧或者前端部22的一个或多个部位。
使管20的前端部22比接头30的前端部32退后,由此管20的前端部22不在成为带接头的管10的连接面的前端上露出,带接头的管10的连接面是由注射成形的接头30的前端部32构成的。通过注射成形制作的接头30的前端部32能够做成为精度高的连接面形状。因此,在将带接头的管10、10彼此直接连接或者使用连接器40连接时,接头30的前端部32成为连接面,因为管20的前端部22并非连接面,所以即便在管20的前端部22上具有凹凸或倾斜也不会发生液体泄漏等。
此外,不仅管20的圆周面24、管20的前端部22的至少一部分也熔接在接头30上,所以与仅将圆周面24熔接在接头30上的情况相比,采用较长的熔接量,能够提高其接合强度。因此,即便随着流体的输送,振动或压力作用于带接头的管10,也能够防止管20和接头30之间产生缝隙或接头30从管20脱离。另外,如图1所示,以覆盖管20的环状的前端部22的整个面的方式形成接头30,由此管20和接头30的贯通孔33因为没有阶梯而顺滑地连接,因此能够抑制通过内部的流体的管道阻力。
若对接头30的形状更详细地进行说明,则接头30形成有与管20连通的贯通孔33。此外,如图1及图2所示,在本实施方式中,接头30的前端部32外周扩径而形成有环状的卡合部34,所述卡合部34在内侧嵌有构成连接器40的密封部件41(参照图2)的被卡合部42。此外在前端部32的后方,在外周凹设有环状的第1凹部35,构成连接器40的夹紧件43的爪片44卡扣于该第1凹部35。
在接头30上,在位于比上述第1凹部35退后的位置突出设置有凸缘36。凸缘36能够在连接带接头的管10时用于抵住夹具。
此外,在本实施方式中,在比凸缘36退后的位置上,在外周形成有第2凹部37,管20的前端部22接合于筒状部38,所述筒状部38形成于比该第2凹部37更退后的位置。例如如图2所示,筒状部38能够利用嵌合于第2凹部37和接头30的后端部39的截面コ字状的支撑件50支承。若支撑件50构成为直接支承管20,则管20有可能会磨耗,但通过如图2所示地支承接头30,就能够解决这样的问题。
如图2所示,上述构成的带接头的管10、10能够使用环状的连接器40进行连接。连接器40能够由环状的密封部件41与夹紧件43构成,所述环状的密封部件41抵接于接头30的前端部32,所述夹紧件43嵌合于对置的接头30的前端部32彼此的外周而维持连结状态。密封部件41具有与接头30的贯通孔33连通的孔46,在其周缘上形成有环状的被卡合部42。此外,夹紧件43为截面是大致コ字状,在两侧突出设置有爪片44。
如图1以及图2所示,将与管20接合的筒状部38设置在比第2凹部37退后的位置,由此能够使筒状部38壁厚较厚而具有强度。此外,因为在前端部32、第1凹部35、凸缘36以及第2凹部37中没有插入管20,所以能够不扩大这些部件的外径而具备强度。能够使接头30的外径变小,由此具有在将带接头的管10串联地配置时能够使带接头的管10彼此的间隔缩窄的优点。

另外,如图2所示,在设置连接在制造、清洗、组装等的装置上的带接头的管10、10时,根据需要能够利用截面コ字状的支撑件50支承接头30。通过利用支撑件50支承接头30,与利用支撑件支承管20的情况相比,能够抑制管20的磨耗。
能够通过在管20上注射成形接头30而制作上述构成的带接头的管10。例如,如图3所示,模具60由被分割为左右的固定模61和可动模64、以及相对于固定模61和可动模64从下方能够接近的滑动销68构成,并与成形的接头30的形状相匹配地形成有凹凸。此外,在固定模61以及可动模64中,形成供管20插通的插通孔62,并且,在滑动销68的对置位置上具备与销65嵌合的嵌合孔66。管20插入在销65中,被保持在模具60内。
在固定模61中,形成有与模具60内的腔体67连通的浇口63。如图3所示,浇口63优选是设置在与管20熔接的熔接点近的位置。
在上述构成的模具60中,将管20嵌合于销65,将管20以及销65设置在展开状态的模具60中并关闭模具60。而且,根据需要在管20中进行预热,熔融树脂通过浇口63注入腔体67中,由此能够以覆盖管20的圆周面24以及前端部22的整个面的方式成形与管20熔接的接头30。
另外,在利用接头30仅覆盖管20的前端部22的外周的情况下,可以在销65上形成阶梯部,以仅管20的前端部22的外周在腔体67内露出的方式进行注射成形。

此外,带接头的导管10彼此的连接也不限于根据上述说明以及图示的连接器40来进行。

1.一种带接头的管,在管的前端部利用注射成形而形成接头,
所述管的前端部配置在比所述接头的前端部退后的位置,所述管的前端部的至少一部分被所述接头覆盖,
所述管的与所述接头对置的圆周面整体以及所述管的前端部的至少一部分与所述接头熔接,
在所述接头中,在比所述接头的前端部退后的位置向外突出设置有凸缘,
在所述接头中,在所述接头的前端部与所述凸缘之间的外周形成有嵌合夹紧件的第1凹部,
所述管的前端部配置在比所述凸缘更退后的位置,
所述接头在所述管的前端部与所述凸缘之间的外周形成有第2凹部,
在所述第1凹部、所述凸缘以及所述第2凹部中没有插入所述管。
2.如权利要求1所述的带接头的管,其特征在于,所述管以及所述接头为四氟乙烯—全氟烷氧基乙烯基醚共聚物。
