活塞在运动过程中都会产生摩擦,需要消耗大量的能量,在生产加工时,为追求精密增加了不少的成本,所以市面上的活塞并非理想产品。本发明提供一种无摩擦活塞,其特征在于:缸体与活塞之间用伸缩套将二者连成一体。伸缩套是可展开可收拢的装置,为折叠形或柔韧外套形,一端与缸体内壁连成一体,一端与活塞连成一体。活塞外表为糙面。伸缩套表面带凸凹结构。活塞与传动杆相连。本发明结构简单,构思新颖,制造方便,成本低廉,是活塞的革命性改造。

本发明属于机械活塞领域,特别涉及一种无摩擦活塞。
背景技术
目前,公知的活塞在运动过程中都会产生摩擦,需要消耗大量的能量。在生产加工时,为了减少摩擦,在追求精密过程中,增加了不少的成本。所以市面上的活塞并非理想产品。

本发明针对上述情况,提供一种无摩擦力活塞,它结构简单,制作方便,成本低廉。
本发明所述的无摩擦活塞,其特征在于:缸体与活塞之间用伸缩套将二者连成一体。使缸体与活塞成为无缝连接整体,彻底解决渗透问题。
本发明所述的伸缩套是可展开可收拢的装置,为折叠形或柔韧外套形,一端与缸体内壁连成一体,一端与活塞连成一体。折叠形就是棕叶、手风琴扇叶形,柔韧形就是、橡胶、乳胶一类材料制成的外套,由于安的伸缩运动没有摩擦力,所以克服了现有产品带有摩擦的缺陷。
本发明所述的活塞外表为糙面。目的是为了避免活塞与伸缩套在运动过程中受压成真空状态从而发生粘连。
本发明所述的伸缩套表面为凸凹结构。目的是避免伸缩套在运动过程中自身受压成真空状态,从而粘连在一起。

本发明所述的无摩擦活塞,其特征在于:缸体1与活塞4用伸缩套2将二者连成一体。使缸体1与活塞4成为无缝连接整体,彻底解决渗透问题。
本发明所述的伸缩套2是可展开可收拢的装置,为折叠形或柔韧外套形,一端与缸体1内壁连成一体,一端与活塞4连成一体。折叠形就是棕叶、手风琴扇叶形,柔韧形就是塑料、橡胶、乳胶一类材料制成的外套。
本发明所述的活塞4外表为糙面。目的是为了避免活塞4与伸缩套2在运动过程中受压成真空状态从而发生粘连。
本发明所述的伸缩套2表面为凸凹结构。目的是避免伸缩套2在运动过程中自身受压成真空状态,从而粘连在一起。
本发明所述的无摩擦活塞,活塞4与传动杆3相连。
