Abstract
本发明涉及一种药剂在促进中草药生长中的应用。本发明发现,异噁草松可以促进中草药生长,中草药播种后1~3天施用异噁草松,促进中草药种子发芽和提高植株鲜重。本发明提供了一种促进中草药生长的药剂,在除草的同时也对中草药生长有促进作用,一举两得。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种药剂的新用途,尤其涉及一种药剂在促进中草药生长中的应用。
背景技术
异噁草松(Command),又称广灭灵,化学名称为2-(2-氯苄基)-4,4-二甲基异恶唑-3-酮,是有机杂环类选择性苗前除草剂。适用于防除大豆、花生、玉米等作物田的一年生禾本科杂草和阔叶杂草。防除对象包括稗草、狗尾草、马唐、金狗尾草、牛筋草、龙葵、香薷、水棘针、马齿苋、苘麻、野西瓜苗、藜、小藜、遏蓝菜、柳叶刺蓼、酸模叶蓼、鸭跖草、毛稀莶、狼把草、鬼针草、苍耳、豚草等一年生禾本科和阔叶杂草。对多年生的刺儿菜、大蓟、苣荬菜、问荆等有较强的抑制作用。异噁草松持效期长,一次用药,药效可达作物整个生育期;用药时间灵活,苗前土壤封闭苗后茎叶喷雾除草均可。
中草药的经济效益很高,在我国种植的面积越来越大,除草是一项繁忙而沉重的劳动,不少地方因杂草丛生,造成严重的减产和品质下降,但使用多种除草剂也都不理想,有的因使用不当造成药苗和草苗一起死掉。我们在实验除草剂对中草药的除草效果时,意外发现一种除草剂可以促进中草药的生长。我们据此进行了一些实验,得到了本发明。

优选的,异噁草松在促进唇形科中草药生长中的应用。
更优选的,异噁草松在促进唇形科中草药益母草、薄荷、藿香生长中的应用。
本发明提供一种药剂在促进中草药生长中的应用,中草药播种后1~3天施用异噁草松。
本发明提供一种药剂在促进中草药生长中的应用,异噁草松的剂型为乳油或其他农药上可以接受的剂型。
优选的,异噁草松的剂型为乳油。
更优选的,所述的乳油为48%异噁草松乳油。
更优选的,所述的48%异噁草松乳油施用剂量80~140毫升/亩。
本发明提供一种药剂在促进中草药生长中的应用,异噁草松促进中草药种子发芽和提高植株鲜重。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供了一种促进中草药生长的除草剂,在除草的同时也对中草药生长有促进作用,一举两得。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步详细的描述:
实施例1 异噁草松乳油对益母草生长的促进作用
试验安排在山东省济南市历城区仲宫镇高而村进行,试验地为半丘陵,土壤偏沙质,pH值7.0,有机质含量1.2%。中草药益母草于2015年5月29日播种,播种后按照设计方案施用48%异噁草松乳油。48%异噁草松乳油设计5个剂量,连同空白对照处理,共计6个处理,每个处理4次重复,每个小区面积5平方米。
调查方法:益母草出苗后等齐苗期每小区从中间选取1m2调查益母草出苗数,与空白对照比较计算促进益母草发芽率。施药后50天,称取中间1 m2内益母草鲜重,计算鲜重增长率。

从表1中可以看出,益母草施用80-140毫升/亩的48%异噁草松乳油,发芽率和鲜重都有很大的提高。益母草施用160毫升/亩的48%异噁草松乳油,发芽率和鲜重略有提高。施用100毫升/亩的48%异噁草松乳油,发芽率和鲜重提高百分比最大。
实施例2 异噁草松乳油对薄荷生长的促进作用
试验安排在山东省滕州市洪绪镇轴村进行,试验地紧靠树林,土壤壤土,pH值7.3,有机质含量1.7%。中草药薄荷于2015年5月16日播种,播种后按照设计方案施用48%异噁草松乳油。48%异噁草松乳油设计5个剂量,连同空白对照处理,共计6个处理,每个处理4次重复,每个小区面积10平方米。
调查方法:薄荷出苗后等齐苗期每小区从中间选取1m2调查薄荷出苗数,与空白对照比较计算促进薄荷发芽率。施药后50天,称取中间1 m2内薄荷鲜重,计算鲜重增长率。

从表2中可以看出,薄荷施用80-140毫升/亩的48%异噁草松乳油,发芽率都有很大的提高,薄荷施用160毫升/亩的48%异噁草松乳油,发芽率略有提高。薄荷施用80-160毫升/亩的48%异噁草松乳油,鲜重都有很大的提高。施用120毫升/亩的48%异噁草松乳油,发芽率提高百分比最大。施用80毫升/亩的48%异噁草松乳油,鲜重提高百分比最大。
实施例3:异噁草松乳油对藿香、益母草、薄荷生长的促进作用
试验安排在山东省历城区张马屯村进行,试验地上茬蔬菜,土壤壤土,pH值6.9,有机质含量1.5%。3种中草药藿香、益母草、薄荷于2016年4月29日播种,播种后按照设计方案施用48%异噁草松乳油。48%异噁草松乳油设计3个剂量,连同空白对照处理,共计10个处理,每个处理4次重复,每个小区面积10平方米。
调查方法:3种中草药出苗后等齐苗期每小区从中间选取1m2调查各中草药出苗数,与空白对照比较计算促进发芽率。施药后60天,称取中间1 m2内中草药鲜重,计算鲜重增长率。

从表3中可以看出,藿香、益母草、薄荷施用80-140毫升/亩的48%异噁草松乳油,发芽率和鲜重都有很大的提高。施用140毫升/亩的48%异噁草松乳油,藿香发芽率提高百分比最大。施用100毫升/亩的48%异噁草松乳油,益母草发芽率提高百分比最大。施用100毫升/亩的48%异噁草松乳油,薄荷发芽率提高百分比最大。
施用100毫升/亩的48%异噁草松乳油,藿香鲜重提高百分比最大。施用100毫升/亩的48%异噁草松乳油,益母草鲜重提高百分比最大。施用80毫升/亩的48%异噁草松乳油,薄荷鲜重提高百分比最大。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种药剂在促进中草药生长中的应用,其特征在于:所述异噁草松的剂型为乳油或其他农药上可以接受的剂型。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种药剂在促进中草药生长中的应用,其特征在于:所述异噁草松的剂型为乳油。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种药剂在促进中草药生长中的应用,其特征在于:所述的乳油为48%异噁草松乳油。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种药剂在促进中草药生长中的应用,其特征在于:所述的48%异噁草松乳油施用剂量80~140毫升/亩。
