Abstract

本发明公开了一种汽车玻璃升降电机的超声波熔着花型的制造方法,其特征在于,所述汽车玻璃升降电机包括变速箱,变速箱内部包括超声波熔着花型、固定座、主轴、齿轮箱;其中,固定座的上部平整;超声波熔着花型形成于齿轮箱内,在齿轮箱内部与固定座对应的位置放置聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯;利用超声波熔接设备振动头对聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯进行处理,以形成超声波熔着花型;将超声波熔着花型与固定座粘接。有效避免了汽车玻璃升降电机中的主轴方向上的不合理间隙,使得轴向受力均匀,保证了传动效率的稳定性。

技术领域
本发明涉及机械自动化领域,特别是一种汽车玻璃升降电机的超声波熔着花型及其制造方法、汽车玻璃升降电机。
背景技术
现有技术的汽车玻璃升降电机工艺中,对于电机部件的加工处理,由于熔着工艺的不同,导致电机部件中的主轴轴向方向产生不合理的间隙。如图1所示,现有的汽车玻璃升降电机超声波熔着花型002设置在固定座001上,电机部件中的主轴轴向方向(纵向)产生了不合理的间隙,从而导致了轴向受力不均匀,进而在电机工作过程当中产生了异响,同时也导致了因受力不均而产生的传动效率不稳定,进而影响电机的正常工作。而且,现有技术中的超声波熔着花型通常使用的材料为聚酰胺66或尼龙66,即PA66,熔点为由280℃,该较高的熔着温度导致工艺稳定性较差。
发明内容
鉴于上述问题,提出了本发明以便提供一种克服上述问题或者至少部分地解决上述问题的汽车玻璃升降电机的超声波熔着花型及其制造方法、汽车玻璃升降电机。
特别地,本发明提供了一种汽车玻璃升降电机的超声波熔着花型的制造方法,所述汽车玻璃升降电机包括变速箱,变速箱内部包括超声波熔着花型、固定座、主轴、齿轮箱;其中,固定座的上部平整;超声波熔着花型形成于齿轮箱内,所述超声波熔着花型的制造步骤如下:
1)在齿轮箱内部与固定座对应的位置放置聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯;
2)利用超声波熔接设备振动头对聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯进行处理,以形成超声波熔着花型;
3)将超声波熔着花型与固定座粘接。
进一步地,所述超声波熔着花型的材料为熔点为240℃的聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯。
并且,本发明还提供了一种本发明还包括一种汽车玻璃升降电机的超声波熔着花型,其采用上述的方法制造。
进一步地,本发明还包括一种汽车玻璃升降电机,其包括上述超声波熔着花型。
本发明将超声波熔着花型设置于齿轮箱内侧,有效避免了汽车玻璃升降电机中的主轴方向上的不合理间隙,使得轴向受力均匀,保证了传动效率的稳定性。此外,相对于现有技术中超声波熔着花型采用的高熔点材料,本发明使用了熔点较低的PBT材料,提高了熔着工艺的稳定性。

具体实施方式
下面将参照附图更详细地描述本公开的示例性实施例。虽然附图中显示了本公开的示例性实施例,然而应当理解,可以以各种形式实现本公开而不应被这里阐述的实施例所限制。相反,提供这些实施例是为了能够更透彻地理解本公开,并且能够将本公开的范围完整的传达给本领域的技术人员。图2、3是根据本发明的汽车玻璃升降电机的结构图。汽车玻璃升降电机包括变速箱4,图3为图2中的变速箱4内部结构示意图,其中包括超声波熔着花型1、固定座2、主轴3、齿轮箱5;其中,固定座2的上部平整;超声波熔着花型1形成于齿轮箱5内,所述超声波熔着花型1的制造步骤如下:
1)在齿轮箱5内部与固定座2对应的位置放置聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯;
2)利用超声波熔接设备振动头对聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯进行处理,以形成超声波熔着花型1;
3)将超声波熔着花型1与固定座粘接。
所述超声波熔着花型1的材料为熔点为240℃的聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯,即,PBT材料。
本发明还包括一种汽车玻璃升降电机的超声波熔着花型,其采用上述的方法制造。
本发明还包括一种汽车玻璃升降电机,其包括上述超声波熔着花型。
本发明将超声波熔着花型设置于齿轮箱内侧,有效避免了汽车玻璃升降电机中的主轴方向上的不合理间隙,使得轴向受力均匀,保证了传动效率的稳定性。此外,相对于现有技术中超声波熔着花型采用的高熔点材料,本发明使用了熔点较低的PBT材料,提高了熔着工艺的稳定性。至此,本领域技术人员应认识到,虽然本文已详尽示出和描述了本发明的多个示例性实施例,但是,在不脱离本发明精神和范围的情况下,仍可根据本发明公开的内容直接确定或推导出符合本发明原理的许多其他变型或修改。因此,本发明的范围应被理解和认定为覆盖了所有这些其他变型或修改。

Claims (4)

1.一种汽车玻璃升降电机的超声波熔着花型的制造方法,其特征在于,所述汽车玻璃升降电机包括变速箱,变速箱内部包括超声波熔着花型、固定座、主轴、齿轮箱;其中,固定座的上部平整;超声波熔着花型形成于齿轮箱内,所述超声波熔着花型的制造步骤如下:
(1)在齿轮箱内部与固定座对应的位置放置聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯;
(2)利用超声波熔接设备振动头对聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯进行处理,以形成超声波熔着花型;
(3)将超声波熔着花型与固定座粘接。
2.如权利要求1所述的汽车玻璃升降电机的超声波熔着花型的制造方法,所述超声波熔着花型的材料为熔点为240℃的聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯。
3.一种汽车玻璃升降电机的超声波熔着花型,其采用如权利要求1所述的方法制造。
4.一种汽车玻璃升降电机,其包括如权利要求3所述的汽车玻璃升降电机的超声波熔着花型。
