本发明提供了一种优级纯硫酸肼的制备方法,具体制备步骤如下:(1)在搪玻璃反应釜中加入纯水,搅拌、冷却下缓缓加入98%硫酸,加完,在70-80℃下加入80%水合肼,趁热过滤,其中,纯水、98%硫酸和80%水合肼的质量比为10:10:4;(2)滤液使用硫酸或水合肼调节PH=4-5,搅拌20-60min,待PH无变化,冷却结晶至25℃,离心分离结晶,使用无水乙醇洗涤,室温风干得成品;所述制备方法工艺简单,在工业方法的基础上,发展了一种化学试剂硫酸肼的制备方法,产品质量达到优级纯标准,适合规模化工业生产的需要。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种化学试剂的制备方法,尤其是一种优级纯硫酸肼的制备方法。
背景技术
硫酸肼是联氨与硫酸生成的盐类,分子式N2H4·H2SO4。为无色无味鳞状结晶或斜方结晶。微溶于冷水,易溶于热水,水溶液呈酸性。不溶于醇。是重量测定镍、钴和镉的特效试剂。也用于测定氯酸盐、次氯酸、羰基化合物、砷和羟基,提纯稀有金属,从碲中分离钋。可作为还原剂,或用于有机合成。肝功能试验中制备麝香草酚的浊度液。
硫酸肼的制备,工业上常用尿素法,将尿素、次氯酸钠、液碱,在高锰酸钾存在下进行反应,经蒸馏,再同硫酸进行中和反应,生成物经冷却结晶、过滤、干燥制得硫酸肼成品;或在动物胶存在下,用次氯酸钠使氨发生部分氧化,并以硫酸中和生成硫酸肼。现有工艺中获得的硫酸肼的纯度往往不太理想。因此,寻求一种制备优级纯硫酸肼的新工艺具有十分重要的生产实践意义。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种优级纯硫酸肼的制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:
一种优级纯硫酸肼的制备方法,具体制备步骤如下:
(1)在搪玻璃反应釜中加入纯水,搅拌、冷却下缓缓加入98%硫酸,加完,在70-80℃下加入80%水合肼,趁热过滤,其中,纯水、98%硫酸和80%水合肼的质量比为10:10:4;
(2)滤液使用硫酸或水合肼调节PH=4-5,搅拌20-60min,待PH无变化,冷却结晶至25℃,离心分离结晶,使用无水乙醇洗涤,室温风干得成品。
优选的,上述优级纯硫酸肼的制备方法,所述步骤(2)中搅拌时间30min。
本发明的有益效果是:
上述优级纯硫酸肼的制备方法,工艺简单,在工业方法的基础上,发展了一种化学试剂硫酸肼的制备方法,产品质量达到优级纯标准(企标),适合规模化工业生产的需要。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明所述技术方案作进一步的说明。
实施例1
一种优级纯硫酸肼的制备方法,具体制备步骤如下:
(1)在300L搪玻璃反应釜中加入纯水100kg,搅拌、冷却下缓缓加入98%硫酸100kg,加完,在70-80℃下加入80%水合肼40kg,趁热过滤;
(2)滤液使用硫酸或水合肼调节PH=4-5,搅拌30min,待PH无变化,冷却结晶至25℃,离心分离结晶,使用10kg无水乙醇洗涤,室温风干得成品。
对成品硫酸肼进行含量测定,含量为99.7%(标准要求≥99.5%)
含量测定方法:称取0.1g试样,称准至0.0001g。溶于50mL热水中,冷却,加1g碳酸氢钠,用碘标准滴定溶液[c(1/2I2)=0.1mol/L]滴定至溶液所呈黄色保持5min。
N2H6O4S含量%(X)按下式计算:
式中:V--------碘标准滴定溶液之用量,mL;
C-------------碘标准滴定溶液之摩尔浓度,mol/L;
m------------试样的质量,g;
0.03253------每毫摩尔[1/4N2H6O4S]之克数,g/mmol。

1.一种优级纯硫酸肼的制备方法,其特征在于:具体制备步骤如下:
(1)在搪玻璃反应釜中加入纯水,搅拌、冷却下缓缓加入98%硫酸,加完,在70-80℃下加入80%水合肼,趁热过滤,其中,纯水、98%硫酸和80%水合肼的质量比为10:10:4;
(2)滤液使用硫酸或水合肼调节PH=4-5,搅拌20-60min,待PH无变化,冷却结晶至25℃,离心分离结晶,使用无水乙醇洗涤,室温风干得成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的优级纯硫酸肼的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中搅拌时间30min。
