Abstract
本发明涉及车辆传动装置技术领域,尤其是涉及电机驱动的底盘传动结构,包括有电机、电机轴、后桥轴心及轮,轮安装在后桥轴心端部,电机联动电机轴,电机轴另一端连接有输出轴一体离合器,输出轴一体离合器上配合有带传动齿的离合器盖,离合器盖的传动齿啮合从动齿轮,从动齿轮组装在传动轴心上;传动轴心上还组装有慢档齿轮、快档齿轮及同步环;慢档齿轮输出啮合慢从动齿轮,快档齿轮输出啮合快从动齿轮,慢从动齿轮和快从动齿轮安装在后桥轴心上。本发明具有制造、装配方便,体形小、省电、多功能的优点,工作时,离合器具有过载保护,减小电机启动负荷,当工作机械超越时,不会产生“闷车”现象而造成电动机损坏,延长使用寿命。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及车辆传动装置技术领域,尤其是涉及电动车底盘传动结构技术领域。
背景技术
随着科技的发展,电动车具有低碳环保,经济节约的优点,但现有技术的电动车底盘传动结构中,电机直接驱动轮组,电机受到的冲击大,易出现烧坏等情况,使用寿命短。
为此,本申请人秉持着研究创新、精益求精之精神,利用专业眼光和专业知识,研究出一种电机驱动的底盘传动结构,即提出本案申请。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术缺陷,提供一种电机驱动的底盘传动结构,减少电机受到的冲击,减小电机工作负载,延长使用寿命,省电,且具有变速功能。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
电机驱动的底盘传动结构,包括有电机、电机轴、后桥轴心及轮,轮安装在后桥轴心端部,该电机联动电机轴,电机轴另一端连接有输出轴一体离合器,输出轴一体离合器上配合有带传动齿的离合器盖,离合器盖的传动齿啮合从动齿轮,从动齿轮组装在传动轴心上;所述传动轴心上还组装有慢档齿轮、快档齿轮及同步环;慢档齿轮输出啮合慢从动齿轮,快档齿轮输出啮合快从动齿轮,慢从动齿轮和快从动齿轮安装在后桥轴心上;藉此,电机输出的动力经过电机轴传递到输出轴一体离合器上,输出轴一体离合器再将动力传递到带传动齿的离合器盖,离合器盖的传动齿啮合从动齿轮,由从动齿轮带动传动轴心转动;传动轴心上同步环选择带动慢档齿轮或快档齿轮转动,从而经过慢档齿轮输出啮合慢从动齿轮或者快档齿轮输出啮合快从动齿轮,达到动力传递到后桥轴心上,后桥轴心带动轮转动。
上述方案中,所述同步环外周设有拨动槽,拨动槽上组装拨叉,藉此拨叉驱动同步环来选择带动慢档齿轮或快档齿轮转动。
本发明是在电机驱动的底盘传动结构设有输出轴一体离合器、带传动齿的离合器盖,离合器盖的传动齿啮合从动齿轮,从动齿轮组装在传动轴心上;传动轴心上还组装有慢档齿轮、快档齿轮及同步环;慢档齿轮输出啮合慢从动齿轮,快档齿轮输出啮合快从动齿轮,慢从动齿轮和快从动齿轮安装在后桥轴心上。在工作时,离合器具有过载保护,减小电机启动过程中的负荷,减少启动过程中大电流的作用时间,且当工作机械超越时,离合器能自动打滑,不会产生“闷车”现象而造成电动机损坏,减少电机受到的冲击,延长使用寿命,省电。慢档齿轮输出啮合慢从动齿轮,快档齿轮输出啮合快从动齿轮,慢从动齿轮和快从动齿轮安装在后桥轴心上,该结构实现快慢速变化,满足使用。本发明具有制造、装配方便,体形小、省电、多功能的优点。

具体实施方式:
以下将结合附图对本发明的构思、具体结构及产生的技术效果作进一步说明,以充分地了解本发明的目的、特征和效果。
参阅图1所示,本发明有关电机驱动的底盘传动结构,包括有电机1、电机轴2、后桥轴心3及轮4,轮4安装在后桥轴心3端部。该电机1联动电机轴2,电机轴2另一端连接有输出轴一体离合器5,输出轴一体离合器5上配合有带传动齿的离合器盖6,离合器盖6的传动齿啮合从动齿轮7,从动齿轮7组装在传动轴心8上。所述传动轴心8上还组装有慢档齿轮91、快档齿轮92及同步环10;慢档齿轮91输出啮合慢从动齿轮11,快档齿轮92输出啮合快从动齿轮12,慢从动齿轮11和快从动齿轮12安装在后桥轴心3上。藉此,电机1输出的动力经过电机轴2传递到输出轴一体离合器5上,输出轴一体离合器5再将动力传递到带传动齿的离合器盖6,离合器盖6的传动齿啮合从动齿轮7,由从动齿轮7带动传动轴心8转动;传动轴心8上同步环10选择带动慢档齿轮91或快档齿轮92转动,从而经过慢档齿轮91输出啮合慢从动齿轮11或者快档齿轮92输出啮合快从动齿轮12,达到动力传递到后桥轴心3上,后桥轴心3带动轮4转动。
图1所示,本实施例中,所述同步环10外周设有拨动槽101,拨动槽101上组装拨叉13,藉此拨叉13驱动同步环10来选择带动慢档齿轮91或快档齿轮92转动。
本发明具有制造、装配方便,体形小、省电、多功能的优点,工作时,离合器具有过载保护,减小电机启动过程中的负荷,减少启动过程中大电流的作用时间,且当工作机械超越时,离合器能自动打滑,不会产生“闷车”现象而造成电动机损坏,减少电机受到的冲击,延长使用寿命,省电。慢档齿轮输出啮合慢从动齿轮,快档齿轮输出啮合快从动齿轮,慢从动齿轮和快从动齿轮安装在后桥轴心上,该结构实现快慢速变化,满足使用。

Claims (2)
1.电机驱动的底盘传动结构,包括有电机(1)、电机轴(2)、后桥轴心(3)及轮(4),轮(4)安装在后桥轴心(3)端部,其特征在于:该电机(1)联动电机轴(2),电机轴(2)另一端连接有输出轴一体离合器(5),输出轴一体离合器(5)上配合有带传动齿的离合器盖(6),离合器盖(6)的传动齿啮合从动齿轮(7),从动齿轮(7)组装在传动轴心(8)上;所述传动轴心(8)上还组装有慢档齿轮(91)、快档齿轮(92)及同步环(10);慢档齿轮(91)输出啮合慢从动齿轮(11),快档齿轮(92)输出啮合快从动齿轮(12),慢从动齿轮(11)和快从动齿轮(12)安装在后桥轴心(3)上;藉此,电机(1)输出的动力经过电机轴(2)传递到输出轴一体离合器(5)上,输出轴一体离合器(5)再将动力传递到带传动齿的离合器盖(6),离合器盖(6)的传动齿啮合从动齿轮(7),由从动齿轮(7)带动传动轴心(8)转动;传动轴心(8)上同步环(10)选择带动慢档齿轮(91)或快档齿轮(92)转动,从而经过慢档齿轮(91)输出啮合慢从动齿轮(11)或者快档齿轮(92)输出啮合快从动齿轮(12),达到动力传递到后桥轴心(3)上,后桥轴心(3)带动轮(4)转动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电机驱动的底盘传动结构,其特征在于:所述同步环(10)外周设有拨动槽(101),拨动槽(101)上组装拨叉(13),藉此拨叉(13)驱动同步环(10)来选择带动慢档齿轮(91)或快档齿轮(92)转动。
