一种医用拖鞋
技术领域
本发明涉及一种医用拖鞋。
背景技术
拖鞋是鞋子的一种,后跟全空,只有前面有鞋头,多为平底,材质经常是相当轻软的皮料、塑料、布料等。拖鞋种类依穿着场合及性能用途有所区分。例如海滩拖鞋,就不会是布料制,而是塑料,这是为了要防水,好清洗的缘故,鞋头型式也经过特别设计,常被称为夹脚拖鞋,也就是我们所说的人字拖。但冬天的室内拖鞋,则为了保暖,可能使用绒毛布,而不使用塑料,使人们在居室内有更好的享受。另有电子厂及无尘车间常用的防静电拖鞋。拖鞋,后半截没有鞋帮的鞋,一般在室内穿。通常指在不伤害鞋和脚的前提下,只通过鞋或脚,或鞋和脚的方向平行于脚底的三块突起,或是硅胶鞋底内面所在的近似平面且与小腿轴心延长线共平面的运动就能使鞋和脚分离的鞋,拖鞋已广泛应用人们的日常生活中。PR底,这种底是最常见的了,TPR底的工艺分为,TPR软底,TPR硬地,TPR侧缝底,还有很多朋友说的橡胶底,牛筋底,吹塑底,黏胶底都可以归为这一类。TPR底的优点是,柔软,防水,具有一定的耐磨性,摸上去就是大家平时熟悉的橡胶手感,还有一种是在TPR的基础上,压进布,增加了TPR的耐用性。EVA底,这种底很多人会觉得陌生,其实经常去出差的人和爱看韩剧的人并不陌生,宾馆拖基本上都是用这种底做的。 韩剧里很多家庭里穿的拖鞋也是这种底。EVA底的优点是:牢固,轻便,易清洗,舒适透气,柔软,色彩丰富。易加工,易黏合,不易脱落。适合做为沙滩鞋,家用休闲拖,旅行拖鞋等。PVC底,就是在EVA底外包一层皮革后所合成的一种工艺。外缝鞋的底也大部分是采用这个材料。同点塑布,EVA,布底一样,PVC底也大部分用在日韩拖鞋中。大概因为日韩大部分家庭都是木地板和地毯,这种底的拖鞋基本不分左右,很方便穿着更换。所以这种底在日韩最为流行,不会沾染灰尘,脏了只要在布上蹭两下就干净了。不过对中国人来说就不怎么好接受了,其实他的脚感还是比较生硬的。
目前现有的医用拖鞋透气效果不好,鞋面清理清理,穿着不舒适。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明目的是提供一种透气效果好,鞋面容易清理,穿着舒适的医用拖鞋。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:一种医用拖鞋,包括硅胶鞋底和鞋面,所述鞋面缝合在硅胶鞋底上,所述硅胶鞋底的底部脚跟处设置有圆垫,所述硅胶鞋底的底部脚趾处设置有设置有弧形垫,所述弧形垫上设置有圆形凸起,所述圆形凸起与弧形垫一体成型,所述鞋面底部和中部分别设置有透气孔,所述鞋面前端两侧分别设置有呈椭圆形的通孔,所述鞋面包括聚四氟乙烯层、椰棕层和海绵层,所述聚四氟乙烯层、椰棕层和海绵层通过缝纫线进行固定,所述鞋面中部还设置有插孔,所述插孔内穿过绑带,所述绑带两端分别与硅胶鞋底缝合连接。
作为优选,所述圆垫和弧形垫均为聚氨酯垫,采用聚氨酯材料耐磨效果好。
作为优选,所述圆垫和弧形垫分别与硅胶鞋底胶合连接,圆垫和弧形垫涂抹环氧树脂胶水与硅胶鞋底固定。
作为优选,所述硅胶鞋底外沿设置有向上的弯折部,硅胶鞋底注塑成型时形成弯折部,弯折部可以与鞋面采用缝纫线固定缝合。
作为优选,所述圆形凸起设有五个,分别对应五个脚趾,采用聚氨酯材料耐磨效果好。
作为优选,所述绑带为松紧带,宽度为2.5cm,保持鞋面的前端与脚部贴合,穿着后不会滑落。
作为优选,所述聚四氟乙烯层厚度大于4mm,表面张力小,不易附着灰尘以及污渍。
本发明技术效果主要体现在以下方面:设置的鞋面底部和中部分别设置有透气孔以及鞋面前端两侧分别设置有呈椭圆形的通孔保持透气效果好;设置的鞋面鞋面包括聚四氟乙烯层、椰棕层和海绵层,聚四氟乙烯层设在最外侧,聚四氟乙烯层表面张力小,不易附着灰尘以及污渍,使得容易清理;设置的海绵层设在最里层,具有弹性,保持穿着舒适,而椰棕层具有透气防腐的效果。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详述,以使本发明技术方案更易于理解和掌握。
一种医用拖鞋,包括硅胶鞋底1和鞋面2,所述鞋面2缝合在硅胶鞋底1上,所述硅胶鞋底1的底部脚跟处设置有圆垫3,硅胶鞋底1采用机硅胶,是一种有机硅化合物,是指含有Si-C键、且至少有一个有机基是直接与硅原子相连的化合物,习惯上也常把那些通过氧、硫、氮等使有机基与硅原子相连接的化合物也当作有机硅化合物。其中,以硅氧键(-Si-O-Si-)为骨架组成的聚硅氧烷。所述硅胶鞋底1的底部脚趾处设置有设置有弧形垫4,所述弧形垫4上设置有圆形凸起5,所述圆形凸起5与弧形垫4一体成型,采用聚氨酯注塑成型,具体采用单体如甲苯二异氰酸酯、二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯等。多元醇分3类:简单多元醇(乙二醇、丙三醇等) ;含末端羟基的聚酯低聚物,用来制备聚酯型聚氨酯;含末端羟基的聚醚低聚物,用来制备聚醚型聚氨酯。聚合方法随材料性质而不同。合成弹性体时先制备低分子量二元醇,再与过量芳香族或者脂肪族异氰酸酯反应,生成异氰酸根(-NCO)为端基的预聚物,再同多元醇扩链,得到热塑弹性体。
所述鞋面2底部和中部分别设置有透气孔6,具有透气效果。所述鞋面2前端两侧分别设置有呈椭圆形的通孔7,具有透气效果。所述鞋面2包括聚四氟乙烯层8、椰棕层9和海绵层10,聚四氟乙烯层8中的聚四氟乙烯相对分子质量较大,低的为数十万,高的达一千万以上,一般为数百万(聚合度在10^4数量级,而聚乙烯仅在10^3)。一般结晶度为90~95%,熔融温度为327~342℃。聚四氟乙烯分子中CF2单元按锯齿形状排列,由于氟原子半径较碳稍大,所以相邻的CF2单元不能完全按反式交叉取向,而是形成一个螺旋状的扭曲链,氟原子几乎覆盖了整个高分子链的表面。这种分子结构解释了聚四氟乙烯的各种性能。温度低于19℃时,形成13/6螺旋;在19℃发生相变,分子稍微解开,形成15/7螺旋。所述聚四氟乙烯层8、椰棕层9和海绵层10通过缝纫线11进行固定,具体采用尼龙缝纫线进行手工缝制,并且缝制的位置是在鞋面2的边沿。所述鞋面2中部还设置有插孔12,在鞋面上剪开形成两个插孔12,并且插孔的外侧鞋面2也采用缝纫线进行缝制。插孔12所述插孔12内穿过绑带13,所述绑带13两端分别与硅胶鞋底1缝合连接,采用尼龙缝纫线进行缝制。所述圆垫3和弧形垫4均为聚氨酯垫。所述圆垫3和弧形垫4分别与硅胶鞋底1胶合连接。所述硅胶鞋底1外沿设置有向上的弯折部14。所述圆形凸起5设有五个。所述绑带13为松紧带,宽度为2.5cm。所述聚四氟乙烯层8厚度大于4mm。
本发明技术效果主要体现在以下方面:设置的鞋面底部和中部分别设置有透气孔以及鞋面前端两侧分别设置有呈椭圆形的通孔保持透气效果好;设置的鞋面鞋面包括聚四氟乙烯层、椰棕层和海绵层,聚四氟乙烯层设在最外侧,聚四氟乙烯层表面张力小,不易附着灰尘以及污渍,使得容易清理;设置的海绵层设在最里层,具有弹性,保持穿着舒适,而椰棕层具有透气防腐的效果。
当然,以上只是本发明的典型实例,除此之外,本发明还可以有其它多种具体实施方式,凡采用等同替换或等效变换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明要求保护的范围之内。

1.一种医用拖鞋,其特征在于:包括硅胶鞋底和鞋面,所述鞋面缝合在硅胶鞋底上,所述硅胶鞋底的底部脚跟处设置有圆垫,所述硅胶鞋底的底部脚趾处设置有设置有弧形垫,所述弧形垫上设置有圆形凸起,所述圆形凸起与弧形垫一体成型,所述鞋面底部和中部分别设置有透气孔,所述鞋面前端两侧分别设置有呈椭圆形的通孔,所述鞋面包括聚四氟乙烯层、椰棕层和海绵层,所述聚四氟乙烯层、椰棕层和海绵层通过缝纫线进行固定,所述鞋面中部还设置有插孔,所述插孔内穿过绑带,所述绑带两端分别与硅胶鞋底缝合连接。
