Abstract
本发明提供一种由噻虫嗪和嘧菌酯组成的农药组合物,其中噻虫嗪含量为87%、嘧菌酯含量为89%。本发明的二种农药组合物可有效防治各种蚜虫、叶蝉、飞虱类、粉虱、金龟子幼虫、马铃薯甲虫、线虫、地面甲虫、潜叶蛾等害虫,同时对白粉病、锈病、颖枯病、网斑病、霜霉病、稻瘟病等均有良好的活性,既可用于茎叶喷雾、种子处理,也可进行土壤处理。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种农作物驱避害虫、防治病害、壮苗、促进调剂生长的种子处理剂,具体涉及一种由噻虫嗪和嘧菌酯复配用于处理种子的悬浮种衣剂,属于生化农药领域。
背景技术
噻虫嗪属新烟碱类杀虫剂,其作用机理与吡虫啉相似,可选择性抑制昆虫中枢神经系统烟酸乙酰胆碱酯酶受体,进而阻断昆虫中枢神经系统的正常传导,造成害虫出现麻痹即时死亡。不仅具有触杀、胃毒、内吸活性,而且具有更高的活性、更好的安全性、更广的杀虫谱以及作用速度快、持效期长等特点,是取代那些对哺乳动物毒性高、有残留和环境问题的有机磷、氨基甲酸酯、有机氯类杀虫剂的较好品种。对鞘翅目、双翅目、鳞翅目,尤其是同翅目害虫有高活性,可有效防治各种蚜虫、叶蝉、飞虱类、粉虱、金龟子幼虫、马铃薯甲虫、线虫、地面甲虫、潜叶蛾等多种害虫。既可用于茎叶处理、种子处理、也可用于土壤处理。使用对象为稻类作物、甜菜、油菜、马铃薯、棉花、菜豆、果树、花生、向日葵、大豆、烟草和柑桔等。在推荐剂量下使用对作物安全、无药害。
嘧菌酯是一种高效、广谱的内吸性和治疗性杀菌剂,具有保护、治疗和铲除三重功效。是唯一能通过木质部向顶端传导的β-甲氧基丙烯酸酯类杀菌剂。通过与细胞色素b结合以阻止真菌中能量的合成,对真菌病害的所有阶段都有作用。嘧菌酯杀菌谱很广,如炭疽病、白粉病、锈病、叶斑病、霜霉病、疫病、白绢病以及由立枯丝核菌引起的立枯病,镰刀菌引起的镰刀枯萎病等均有很好的治疗和预防作用。可用于茎叶喷雾、种子处理,也可进行土壤处理,主要用于谷物、水稻、花生、葡萄、马铃薯、果树、蔬菜、咖啡、草坪等。
国内外对噻虫嗪和嘧菌酯的应用技术和制剂加工技术开展了广泛研究,已有单剂悬浮剂(SC)、可湿性粉剂(WP)、水分散粒剂(WDG)等品种的研制和应用报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种高效低毒,有利于综合防治作物害虫和病害的有效成分为噻虫嗪和嘧菌酯的农药组合物。
本发明的另一目的在于提供将该农药组合物用于种子包衣,同时防治地下虫害,病害,提高出苗率。
本发明技术方案:为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种有效成份由噻虫嗪和嘧菌酯组成的农药组合物,噻虫嗪和嘧菌酯的重量份数比为87:89,噻虫嗪和嘧菌酯重量总和在农药组合物中的重量百分比为79-88%,优选重量百分比为11-20%,其余为农药中允许使用和可以接受的辅助成分。
本发明的农药组合物可按照本领域技术人员公知的方法,配制成可分散油悬剂、悬浮剂、水乳剂、微乳剂、悬浮种衣剂、微胶囊剂,可湿性粉剂、湿拌种剂,水分散性粒剂、乳油、可溶性液剂、片剂等适合农业使用的剂型。
所述的农药组合物还含有常用助剂,包括润湿剂、分散剂、溶剂、乳化剂、增稠剂、消泡剂、防冻剂、成膜剂、稳定剂、填料,去离子水等一种或几种的混合。根据不同情况可以有所变化,并无特别限定。
本发明所述产物可以成品制剂的形式提供,施药方式可以喷雾、毒土,拌种,撒施等多种。
本发明组合物,可用于防治稻类作物、甜菜、油菜、马铃薯、棉花、菜豆、果树、花生、向日葵、大豆、烟草和柑桔等作物的害虫及病害。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:1)复配具有明显的增效作用,提高了防治效果;2)延缓病虫害的抗药性;3)两种有效成分复配,降低了成本和对环境的污染。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,本发明用以下具体实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步说明,但本发明不限于以下具体实施例。
实施例1:本发明提供一种有效成份由噻虫嗪和嘧菌酯组成的农药组合物,噻虫嗪和嘧菌酯的重量份数比为87:89,噻虫嗪和嘧菌酯重量总和在农药组合物中的重量百分比为82%,优选重量百分比为15%,其余为农药中允许使用和可以接受的辅助成分。
本发明的农药组合物可按照本领域技术人员公知的方法,配制成可分散油悬剂、悬浮剂、水乳剂、微乳剂、悬浮种衣剂、微胶囊剂,可湿性粉剂、湿拌种剂,水分散性粒剂、乳油、可溶性液剂、片剂等适合农业使用的剂型。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含噻虫嗪和嘧菌酯的复合杀虫杀菌农药组合物,其特征在于:所述噻虫嗪和嘧菌酯重量总和在农药组合物中的重量百分比为79-88%,优选的重量百分比为11-20%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种含噻虫嗪和嘧菌酯的复合杀虫杀菌农药组合物,其特征在于:常用助剂是溶剂、乳化剂、润湿剂、分散剂、增稠剂、消泡剂、防冻剂、稳定剂、填料,去离子水中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种含噻虫嗪和嘧菌酯的复合杀虫杀菌农药组合物,其特征在于:含有噻虫嗪和嘧菌酯的农药组合物的剂型是可分散油悬浮剂、水乳剂、微乳剂、悬浮种衣剂、微胶囊剂,可湿性粉剂、湿拌种剂,水分散性粒剂、乳油、可溶性液剂、片剂剂型中的一种。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种含噻虫嗪和嘧菌酯的复合杀虫杀菌农药组合物,其特征在于:其优选剂型为悬浮种衣剂、悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂、可分散性颗粒剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种含噻虫嗪和嘧菌酯的复合杀虫杀菌农药组合物,其特征在于:所述组合物制作的制剂可对作物进行喷施,拌种,毒饵撒施,沟施。
