Abstract
本发明公开了一种多元复配稻田除草组合物,各组分按重量百分比包括:有效成分10~60%,农药制剂辅助成分40~90%,第一种有效成分为双唑草腈,第二种有效成分为丙草胺,第三种有效成分为吡嘧磺隆、五氟磺草胺、嘧苯胺磺隆、乙氧磺隆、嗪吡嘧磺隆等磺酰脲类除草剂中的任意一种,第一种有效成分、第二种有效成分以及第三种有效成分的重量比为(1~10):(1~10):(1~10)。本发明可以显著扩大杀草谱,提高对稻田杂草的整体防除效果,同时,该组合物对水稻安全性好,是一种非常好的防除水稻田一年生杂草的新型药物组合。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于农用化学领域,尤其是涉及一种针对解决水稻田一年生杂草防除问题的除草组合物。
背景技术
双唑草腈(pyraclonil)属于新型双吡唑类水稻田除草剂,作用机理为原卟啉原氧化酶的抑制剂,是一种触杀型除草剂。能有效防除各类杂草,包括稗草、异型莎草、慈姑、鸭舌草等以及对磺酰脲类除草剂有抗性的杂草。
丙草胺(pretilachlor)属于氯乙酰胺类除草剂,主要通过阻碍蛋白质合成而抑制细胞的生长。药剂可以通过植物下胚轴、中胚轴和胚芽鞘吸收,根部略有吸收,受害症状为初生叶不出土或从芽鞘侧面伸出,扭曲不能正常伸展,生长发育停止,直至死亡。对田间稗草、马唐、千金子等一年生禾本科杂草具有很好的封闭作用,兼除部分一年生阔叶杂草和莎草科杂草。
吡嘧磺隆(pyrazosulfuron-methyl)属于磺酰脲类高活性内吸选择性ALS除草剂。药剂主要被植物的幼芽、根部及茎叶吸收并在植物体内迅速进行传导,抑制植物体内氨基酸的生物合成,使杂草的芽和很快停止生长发育,随后整株枯死。该药剂对一年生或多年生阔叶杂草、莎草科及部分禾本科杂草有一定的防除效果。如稗草、莎草、扁秆藨草、泽泻等均可以起到一定的防除效果。
五氟磺草胺(penoxulam)属于三唑并嘧啶磺酰胺类除草剂,作用机理为乙酰乳酸合成酶(ALS)抑制剂,可经茎叶、幼芽及根系吸收,通过木质部和韧皮部传导至分生组织,抑制植株生长,使植株坏死、死亡。适用于水稻的旱直播田、水直播田、秧田以及抛秧田、插秧栽培田。施药方式可采用喷雾或拌土处理。五氟磺草胺为稻田广谱除草剂,可有效防除稗草、千金子以及一年生莎草科杂草,并对众多阔叶杂草有效。
嘧苯胺磺隆(orthosulfamuron)属于胺磺酰脲类除草剂,作用机理为抑制乙酰乳酸合成酶的生物合成,阻止植物支链氨基酸合成,从而阻止蛋白质的合成,使杂草细胞分裂停止,最后杂草枯死。嘧苯胺磺隆对水稻田稗草、莎草以及阔叶杂草等均有一定的防效。
乙氧磺隆(ethoxysulfuron)属于磺酰脲类除草剂,作用机理为乙酰乳酸合成酶(ALS)抑制剂,通过抑制杂草根和叶的吸收,在植物体内传导,杂草即停止生长,而后枯死。乙氧磺隆主要用于水稻田防除阔叶杂草、莎草科杂草以及藻类如鸭舌草、青苔、雨久花、水绵、异性莎草、水莎草、萤蔺、泽泻等。
嗪吡嘧磺隆(metazosulfuron)属于磺酰脲类除草剂,主要用于防除水稻田和小麦田的筒麻、反枝苋、马唐、稗草等杂草。
含单一活性组分的除草剂品种在杂草防治上存在不同程度的缺陷,如连续使用后杂草容易产生抗药性,杀草谱变窄,造成环境污染等问题。
除草剂合理复配是提高防除效果、扩大杀草谱、拓宽使用时间,延缓杂草群落演替的速度,降低农药单一使用所带来的抗性风险,减轻对环境的污染,降低使用成本及减轻除草剂残留的一种有效方法。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种对作物安全性较高、毒性低、残留少、杀草谱广、能有效延缓杂草抗药性的多元复配稻田除草组合物。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种多元复配稻田除草组合物,所述的除草组合物中各组分按重量百分比包括:有效成分有效成分10~60%,农药制剂辅助成分40~90%,第一种有效成分为双唑草腈,第二种有效成分为丙草胺,第三种有效成分为吡嘧磺隆、五氟磺草胺、嘧苯胺磺隆、乙氧磺隆、嗪吡嘧磺隆等磺酰脲类除草剂中的任意一种,第一种有效成分、第二种有效成分以及第三种有效成分的重量比为1:(1~10):(1~50)。
进一步的,所述的除草组合物剂型为可分散油悬浮剂、水分散粒剂、可湿性粉剂、颗粒剂等。
进一步的,所述的除草组合物剂型辅助成分为载体、表面活性剂等。
进一步的,本发明所述的稻田除草组合物中的载体为水、凹凸棒土、高岭土、大豆油、油酸甲酯、甲基萘高级脂肪烃油、芳烃S-150号溶剂油等中的一种或几种。
进一步的,本发明所述的稻田除草组合物中的表面活性剂选自十二烷基苯磺酸钙、木质素磺酸盐、苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚、烷基芳基聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯嵌段共聚物、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯等中的一种或几种。
进一步的,所述的稻田除草组合物可以用于防除水稻田一年生杂草。
本发明所述的稻田除草组合物其活性成分第一种有效成分为双唑草腈,第二种有效成分为丙草胺,第三种有效成分为吡嘧磺隆、五氟磺草胺、嘧苯胺磺隆、乙氧磺隆、嗪吡嘧磺隆等磺酰脲类除草剂中的任意一种,第一种有效成分、第二种有效成分以及第三种有效成分复配后共同施用,具有显著增效作用,克服了含单一活性组分除草性能不足,同时可延缓杂草抗药性的产生,降低生产成本和使用成本,扩大杀草谱,可有效防除水稻田一年生杂草,其具有高效、低毒、低残留、低成本等诸多优点,是一种新型水稻田除草剂。
本发明的除草组合物中所用表面活性剂和载体等农药辅助成分均属环保类型,低毒、低残留,对水稻安全,在使用过程中不会对作物、鱼虾和水体产生毒害。
具体实施方式
为了使本技术领域的人员更好的理解本发明方案,下面将对发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整的描述。
实施例1 10.5%双唑草腈·丙草胺·吡嘧磺隆颗粒剂(3:7:0.5)
双唑草腈3%、丙草胺7%、吡嘧磺隆0.5%、a-烯基磺酸钠(AOS)1%,木质素磺酸钠(REAX82P)5%,葡萄糖5%,白炭黑10%,高岭土余量。预先按照上述比例称取丙草胺原油用白炭黑吸附,将上述其他成分按所述比例混合均匀,经过气流粉碎,使物料平均粒径小于5微米,并加水捏合均匀,移至造粒设备中造粒,45℃烘干后即可得10.5%双唑草腈·丙草胺·吡嘧磺隆颗粒剂。
室内生物活性测定试验,测定实施例1对水稻田中异型莎草的共毒系数以及联合作用类型,试验结果如表1所示。

根据孙云沛法评价交互作用原理共毒系数(CTC)≧120,表现为增效作用。上述结果充分说明,实施例1双唑草腈、丙草胺和吡嘧磺隆三种药剂复配使用对异性莎草具有协同增效作用,除草效果显著提高。
田间生物测定,评价实施例1用于防除水稻移栽田一年生杂草。

田间生物测定试验表明,10.5%双唑草腈·丙草胺·吡嘧磺隆颗粒剂(3:7:0.5)用于水稻移栽田于水稻移栽后7-10天进行拌土撒施处理,用药21天后,对稗草、千金子、异性莎草、鸭舌草等杂草防除效果优异,除草效果明显优于除草组合物各单剂的除草效果。双唑草腈、丙草胺和吡嘧磺隆复配具有显著协同增效作用,有利于提高除草效果并扩大杀草谱。
实施例2 20%双唑草腈·丙草胺·五氟磺草胺可分散油悬浮剂(3:15:2)
双唑草腈3%,丙草胺15%,五氟磺草胺2%,十二烷基苯磺酸钙6%,聚氧乙烯脱水山梨醇单油酸酯12%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3%,有机膨润土3%,油酸甲酯余量。将上述所有成分按所述比例混合均匀,经卧式砂磨机研磨使所得物料平均粒径小于5微米,即可制得20%双唑草腈·丙草胺·五氟磺草胺可分散油悬浮剂。
室内生物活性测定试验,测定实施例2对水稻田中稗草的共毒系数以及联合作用类型,试验结果如表3所示。

田间生物测定试验表明20%双唑草腈·丙草胺·五氟磺草胺可分散油悬浮剂(3:15:2)用于水稻机插秧田于水稻插秧后5-10天进行处理,用药21天后,对稗草、双穗雀稗、水莎草、醴肠等杂草防除效果优异,除草效果明显优于除草组合物各单剂的除草效果。双唑草腈、丙草胺和五氟磺草胺复配具有显著增效作用,有利于提高除草效果并扩大杀草谱。
实施例3 22%双唑草腈·丙草胺·嘧苯胺磺隆可湿性粉剂(2.5:16.5:3)
双唑草腈2.5%,丙草胺16.5%,嘧苯胺磺隆3%,烷基酚聚氧乙烯甲醛缩合物硫酸盐8%,木质素磺酸钠7%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3%,白炭黑8%,高岭土余量。将丙草胺原油和白炭黑按照比例吸附,再将所有成分按照上述比例混合均匀,经气流粉碎使物料平均粒径小于5um。即可制得22%双唑草腈·丙草胺·嘧苯胺磺隆可湿性粉剂。
室内生物活性测定试验,测定实施例3对水稻田中节节菜的共毒系数以及联合作用类型,试验结果如表5所示。

根据孙云沛法评价交互作用原理共毒系数(CTC)≧120,表现为增效作用。上述结果充分说明,实施例3双唑草腈、丙草胺和嘧苯胺磺隆三种药剂复配使用对节节菜具有协同增效作用,除草效果显著提高。

表6 22%双唑草腈·丙草胺·嘧苯胺磺隆可湿性粉剂(2.5:16.5:3)田间药效试验结果
田间生物测定试验表明,22%双唑草腈·丙草胺·嘧苯胺磺隆可湿性粉剂(2.5:16.5:3)用于水稻抛秧田于水稻抛秧后7-10天进行处理,用药21天后,对稗草、千金子、眼子菜、节节菜等杂草防除效果优异,除草效果明显优于除草组合物各单剂的除草效果。双唑草腈、丙草胺和嘧苯胺磺隆复配具有显著协同增效作用,有利于提高除草效果并扩大杀草谱。
实施例4 8.5%双唑草腈·丙草胺·乙氧磺隆颗粒剂(4:4:0.5)
双唑草腈4%、丙草胺4%、乙氧磺隆0.5%、十二烷基硫酸钠1%,萘磺酸盐分散剂(MORWET D425)5%,聚乙二醇4000 5%,白炭黑10%,凹凸棒土余量。预先按照上述比例称取丙草胺用白炭黑吸附,将其他成分按所述比例混合均匀,经过气流粉碎,使物料平均粒径小于5微米,并加水捏合均匀,移至造粒设备中造粒,45℃烘干后即可得8.5%双唑草腈·丙草胺·乙氧磺隆颗粒剂。
室内生物活性测定试验,测定实施例4对水稻田中野荸荠的共毒系数以及联合作用类型,试验结果如表7所示。

根据孙云沛法评价交互作用原理共毒系数(CTC)≧120,表现为增效作用。上述结果充分说明,实施例4双唑草腈、丙草胺和乙氧磺隆三种药剂复配使用对野荸荠具有协同增效作用,除草效果显著提高。
田间生物测定,评价实施例4用于防除水稻移栽田一年生杂草。
表8 8.5%双唑草腈·丙草胺·乙氧磺隆颗粒剂(4:4:0.5)田间药效试验结果
田间生物测定试验表明,8.5%双唑草腈·丙草胺·乙氧磺隆颗粒剂(4:4:0.5)用于水稻移栽田于水稻移栽后5-7天进行处理拌土撒施,用药21天后,对稗草、千金子、野荸荠、矮慈姑等杂草防除效果优异,除草效果明显优于除草组合物各单剂的除草效果。双唑草腈、丙草胺和乙氧磺隆复配具有显著增效作用,有利于提高除草效果并扩大杀草谱。
实施例5 50%双唑草腈·丙草胺·嗪吡嘧磺隆水分散粒剂(3:6:1)
双唑草腈15%、丙草胺30%、嗪吡嘧磺隆5%、十二烷基硫酸钠5%,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐5%,硫酸铵2%,聚乙二醇2%,高岭土补足100%。将上述有效成分、表面活性剂以及载体混合均匀,用超微气流粉碎机粉碎,经捏合,然后加入流化床造粒干燥机中进行造粒、干燥、筛分,即可制得50%双唑草腈·丙草胺·嗪吡嘧磺隆水分散粒剂
室内生物活性测定试验,测定实施例5对水稻田中水虱草的共毒系数以及联合作用类型,试验结果如表9所示。

根据孙云沛法评价交互作用原理共毒系数(CTC)≧120,表现为增效作用。上述结果充分说明,实施例5双唑草腈、丙草胺和嗪吡嘧磺隆三种药剂复配使用对半边莲具有协同增效作用,除草效果显著提高。
田间生物测定,评价实施例5用于防除水稻移栽田一年生杂草。
表10 50%双唑草腈·丙草胺·嗪吡嘧磺隆水分散粒剂(3:6:1)田间药效试验结果
田间生物测定试验表明,50%双唑草腈·丙草胺·嗪吡嘧磺隆水分散粒剂(3:6:1)用于水稻插秧田于水稻插秧后5-7天进行处理,用药21天后,对稗草、千金子、半边莲、水虱草等杂草防除效果优异,除草效果明显优于除草组合物各单剂的除草效果。双唑草腈、丙草胺和嗪吡嘧磺隆复配具有显著增效作用,有利于提高除草效果并扩大杀草谱。
综上制剂实施例、室内生物活性测定试验以及大田生物测定试验证实,本发明稻田除草组合物第一种有效成分为双唑草腈,第二种有效成分为丙草胺,第三种有效成分为吡嘧磺隆、五氟磺草胺、嘧苯胺磺隆、乙氧磺隆、嗪吡嘧磺隆等磺酰脲类除草剂中的任意一种,三种有效成分复配后对田间禾本科、莎草科以及阔叶杂草均取得了很好的防除效果,而且对水稻安全。本发明除草组合物具有作用机理独特,使用剂量低,杀草谱广,除草效果优秀等特点。所以,本发明的稻田除草组合物的研发和推广有着巨大的经济和社会效益。

Claims (5)
1.一种多元复配稻田除草组合物,其特征在于:第一种有效成分为双唑草腈,第二种有效成分为丙草胺,第三种有效成分为吡嘧磺隆、五氟磺草胺、嘧苯胺磺隆、乙氧磺隆、嗪吡嘧磺隆等磺酰脲类除草剂中的任意一种,第一种有效成分、第二种有效成分和第三种有效成分的重量比为(1~10):(1~10):(1~10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多元复配稻田除草组合物,其特征在于:所述稻田除草组合物中含有农药制剂辅助成分,以制成适合农业上使用的剂型。
3.根据权利要求2所述的多元复配稻田除草组合物:其特征在于,所述的稻田除草组合物中有效成分组分的重量占组合物总重量的10~60%,农药制剂辅助成分组分的重量占组合物总重量40~90%。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的多元复配稻田除草组合物,其特征在于:所述稻田除草组合物可以加工为可分散油悬浮剂、水分散粒剂、可湿性粉剂、颗粒剂等剂型中的一种。
5.根据权利要求4所述的多元复配稻田除草组合物,其特征在于:所述稻田除草组合物用于防除水稻田一年生杂草。
