Abstract
本发明公开了一种含有噁唑酰草胺、氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯和异噁草松的除草组合物,包括以下有效组分:噁唑酰草胺、氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯和异噁草松,所述噁唑酰草胺、氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯和异噁草松的重量比为10:(1~10):(1~10)。本发明可以显著扩大杀草谱,提高对水稻田杂草的整体防除效果。同时,该组合物对水稻安全性好,是一种非常好的防除水稻田一年生杂草的新型药物组合。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于农用化学领域,尤其是涉及一种针对解决水稻田一年生杂草防除问题的除草组合物。
背景技术
噁唑酰草胺(Metamifop)属于芳氧苯氧基丙酸酯类除草剂,其作用机理是抑制乙酰辅酶A羧化酶合成,使脂肪酸合成停止,细胞的生长分裂不能正常进行,膜系统等含脂结构破坏,最后导致植物死亡。对水稻安全,对禾本科杂草如稗草、千金子、马唐、牛筋草均具有良好的活性。
氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯(Fluroxypyr-meptyl)属于吡啶氧乙酸类除草剂,具有内吸传导作用,苗后使用,敏感作物出现典型激素类除草剂反应。适用于水稻田防除猪殃殃、田旋花、荠菜、繁缕、卷茎苋、马齿苋、空心莲子草等阔叶杂草,对禾本科和莎草科杂草效果较差。
异噁草松(Clomazone)属于杂环类除草剂,可被植物的根和幼苗吸收,能导致敏感植物叶绿素的生成和质体色素积累受阻碍,产生白化现象,抑制杂草光合中的希尔反应,使杂草叶片尖端及边缘褪绿,最后杂草整株干枯死亡。可以用于水稻田防除一年生禾本科和阔叶杂草,对稗草、牛筋草、马唐、金色狗尾草、马齿苋、鸭舌草等杂草均有防效,且对多年生的刺儿菜、大蓟等也有较强的抑制作用。
含单一活性组分的除草剂品种在杂草防治上存在不同程度的缺陷,如连续使用后杂草容易产生抗药性,杀草谱变窄,造成环境污染等问题。
除草剂合理复配是提高防除效果、扩大杀草谱、拓宽使用时间,延缓杂草群落演替的速度,降低农药单一使用所带来的抗性风险,减轻对环境的污染,降低使用成本及减轻除草剂残留的一种有效方法。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种对作物安全性较高、低毒、低残留、杀草谱广、能有效延缓杂草抗药性的除草组合物。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种含有噁唑酰草胺、氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯和异噁草松的除草组合物,包括以下有效组分:噁唑酰草胺、氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯和异噁草松,所述噁唑酰草胺、氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯和异噁草松重量比为10:(1~10):(1~10)。
进一步的,所述噁唑酰草胺、氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯和异噁草松的优选重量比为10:3:5。
进一步的,所述噁唑酰草胺、氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯和异噁草松的重量占组合物总重量的1~80%。
进一步的,所述的除草组合物剂型为可分散油悬浮剂、乳油、水乳剂等。
进一步的,所述的除草剂剂型辅助成分为载体、表面活性剂等。
进一步的,本发明所述的稻田除草组合物中的载体为水、有机膨润土、大豆油、油酸甲酯、甲基萘高级脂肪烃油、芳烃S-150号溶剂油等中的一种或几种。
进一步的,本发明所述的稻田除草组合物中的表面活性剂选自十二烷基苯磺酸钙、木质素磺酸盐、苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚、烷基芳基聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯嵌段共聚物、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、有机硅消泡剂等中的一种或几种。
进一步的,所述的除草组合物可以用于防除水稻田一年生杂草。
本发明的除草组合物的使用频率和使用量随着作物生长、杂草发生、天气变化而有少量的变化,可以通过使用适当的剂量达到有效防治的目的。
本发明的除草组合物其活性成分噁唑酰草胺、氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯和异噁草松复配后共同施用,具有增效作用,克服了含单一活性组分除草性能不足,同时三种活性成分作用机理互不相同,可延缓杂草抗药性的产生,降低生产成本和使用成本,扩大杀草谱,可有效防除水稻田一年生杂草,其具有高效、低毒、低残留、低成本等诸多优点。
本发明的除草组合物中所用表面活性剂和载体等农药辅助成分均属环保类型,低毒、低残留,对水稻安全,在使用过程中不会对作物、鱼虾和水体产生毒害。
综上所述,本发明的有益效果是,施用方便,成本低,降低使用量,减少用药次数,杀草谱广,能有效延缓杂草抗药性产生,除草效果非常卓越。
具体实施方式
为了使本技术领域的人员更好的理解本发明方案,下面将对发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整的描述。
下列各实施例中有效成分采用噁唑酰草胺、氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯和异噁草松和辅助成分均为市售。
生测实施例
下面通过室内毒力测定来说明噁唑酰草胺、氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯以及异噁草松混配对水稻田杂草的防除具有协同增效作用。
为了防除水稻田杂草,发明人以活性成分为噁唑酰草胺、氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯以及异噁草松进行了相互复配的增效研究,具体方法为:试验靶标分别为碎米知风草Eragrostis japonica(Thunb.)。将原药配制成需要的试验药剂,试验方法参考《中华人民共和国农业行业标准NY/T1155.7-2006农药室内生物测定试验准则除草剂第7部分:混配的联合作用测定》。首先将单剂及各混配药剂设置成5-7个不同浓度。设清水对照,重复4次。采用苗后茎叶喷雾法,提前备好供试杂草,待杂草3叶1心期备用,将稀释好的药剂用喷雾塔(农业部南京农业机械化研究所,3WPSH-500D,喷雾压力3.0kg/cm3)均匀喷洒到杂草植株上,置入温室内正常培养,处理后21天用目测法计算各药剂处理的防效,通过防效的机率值和系列浓度的对数值之间的线性回归分析,求出各药剂的ED50值,用孙云沛法计算混剂的共毒系数(CTC),共毒系数(CTC)大于等于120表现为增效作用;CTC小于等于80表现为拮抗作用;大于80且小于120表现为相加作用。
表1噁唑酰草胺、氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯以及异噁草松组合对碎米知风草Eragrostis japonica(Thunb.)的室内毒力测定
室内毒力测定结果表明:噁唑酰草胺、氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯以及异噁草松的重量比为10:(1~10):(1~10)混用对碎米知风草具有增效作用,尤其以噁唑酰草胺、氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯以及异噁草松三者的重量比为10:3:5协同增效最为显著。
下面结合制剂实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
制剂实施例1
噁唑酰草胺10%,氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯3%,异噁草松5%,十二烷基苯磺酸钙6%,苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚3%,烷基芳基聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚5%,聚三硅氧烷5%,油酸甲酯20%,芳烃S-150号溶剂油余量。将上述所有成分按所述比例混合均匀。即可制得18%噁唑·氯氟·异噁草松乳油(10:3:5)。
制剂实施例2 26%噁唑·氯氟·异噁草松乳油(10:6:10)
噁唑酰草胺10%,氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯6%,异噁草松10%,十二烷基苯磺酸钙8%,苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚4%,蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚4%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚6%,琥珀酸二异辛酯磺酸盐6%,甲基萘高级脂肪烃油10%,芳烃S-150号溶剂油余量。将上述所有成分按所述比例混合均匀。即可制得26%噁唑·氯氟·异噁草松乳油。
制剂实施例3 25%噁唑·氯氟·异噁草松可分散油悬浮剂(10:10:5)
噁唑酰草胺10%,氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯10%,异噁草松5%,十二烷基苯磺酸钙6%,蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚5%,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯嵌段共聚物3%,有机硅消泡剂0.1%,有机膨润土3%,大豆油补足100%。将上述各成分按照所述比例混合均匀,经卧式砂磨机研磨使所得物料平均粒径小于5微米。即可制得25%噁唑·氯氟·异噁草松可分散油悬浮剂。
制剂实施例4 18%噁唑·氯氟·异噁草松可分散油悬浮剂(10:6:2)
噁唑酰草胺10%,氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯6%,异噁草松2%,十二烷基苯磺酸钙9%,苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚7%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3%,有机膨润土3%,油酸甲酯补足100%。将上述各成分按照所述比例混合均匀,经卧式砂磨机研磨使所得物料平均粒径小于5微米。即可制得18%噁唑·氯氟·异噁草松可分散油悬浮剂。
制剂实施例5 21%噁唑·氯氟·异噁水乳剂(10:1:10)
噁唑酰草胺10%,氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯1%,异噁草松10%,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯嵌段共聚物4%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚6%,有机硅消泡剂0.2%,黄原胶0.15%,丙二醇5%,苯甲酸钠0.1%,芳烃S-150号溶剂油20%,水余量。将上述成分按照所述比例称量好后,按照以下步骤操作。将噁唑酰草胺、氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯、异噁草松三种原药溶解于芳烃S-150号溶剂油中,加入聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯嵌段共聚物、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚乳化成油相,待用;将黄原胶、丙二醇、苯甲酸钠和消泡剂加入水中成水相;向油相中缓慢加入水相,高速剪切30min,即可制成21%噁唑·氯氟·异噁水乳剂。
制剂实施例6 21%噁唑·氯氟·异噁草松水乳剂(10:10:1)
噁唑酰草胺10%,氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯10%,异噁草松1%,蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚3%,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯2%,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯嵌段共聚物1.5%,黄原胶0.1%,芳烃S-150号溶剂油25%,有机膨润土3%,卡松0.1%,丙二醇4%,有机硅消泡剂0.2%,水余量。将上述成分按照所述比例称量好后,按照以下步骤操作。先将噁唑酰草胺、氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯、异噁草松三种原药溶解于芳烃S-150号溶剂油中,加入蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯和聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯嵌段共聚物乳化成油相,待用。接着将有机膨润土、丙二醇、卡松、有机硅消泡剂加入水中成水相。然后向油相中缓慢加入水相,高速剪切30min。即可制得21%噁唑·氯氟·异噁草松水乳剂。
田间生物测定实例:含有噁唑酰草胺、氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯、异噁草松的除草组合物对防除水稻田一年生杂草田间药效试验
表2含有噁唑酰草胺、氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯、异噁草松除草组合物对防除水稻田一年生杂草田间药效试验结果。
由表2的田间试验结果可以看出,水稻用药7天后,本发明在试验用药量的情况下对水稻安全,无叶片发黄、心叶白化等受害症状。用药20天后,本发明制剂实施例1至制剂实施例6中18%噁唑·氯氟·异噁草松乳油(10:3:5)、26%噁唑·氯氟·异噁草松乳油(10:6:10)、25%噁唑·氯氟·异噁草松可分散油悬浮剂(10:10:5)、18%噁唑·氯氟·异噁草松可分散油悬浮剂(10:6:2)、21%噁唑·氯氟·异噁水乳剂(10:1:10)、21%噁唑·氯氟·异噁草松水乳剂(10:10:1)在试验用药量的情况下,用药20天,对碎米知风草、稗草、异性莎草以及田间的整体防效均在93%以上,达到了防除田间杂草的目的,同时本发明复配除草组合物除草效果明显高于各单剂的防效,相比单剂具有显著的协同增效作用。
在该专利发明的过程中,还有许多实施例在此不一一列举。
综上生测实施例和田间生物测定实施例证实,本发明含有噁唑酰草胺、氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯以及异噁草松的除草组合物,主要用于防除水稻田一年生杂草,对田间禾本科、莎草科以及阔叶杂草均有很好的防除效果,而且对水稻安全。本发明除草组合物具有作用机理独特,使用剂量低,杀草谱广,除草效果优秀等优点。所以,本发明含有噁唑酰草胺、氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯以及异噁草松除草组合物的研发及推广有着巨大的经济和社会效益。

Claims (5)
1.一种含有噁唑酰草胺、氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯和异噁草松的除草组合物,其特征在于:包括以下有效组分:噁唑酰草胺、氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯和异噁草松,所述噁唑酰草胺、氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯和异噁草松的重量比为10:(1~10):(1~10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含有噁唑酰草胺、氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯和异噁草松的除草组合物,其特征在于:所述噁唑酰草胺、氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯和异噁草松的重量占组合物总重量的1~80%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的含有噁唑酰草胺、氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯和异噁草松的除草组合物,其特征在于:所述除草组合物中含有农药制剂辅助成分,以制成适合农业上使用的剂型。
4.根据权利要求3所述的除草组合物的应用,其特征在于,所述除草组合物的剂型为乳油、可分散油悬浮剂、水乳剂等。
5.根据权利要求4所述的含有噁唑酰草胺、氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯和异噁草松的除草组合物,其特征在于:所述除草组合物用于防除水稻田一年生杂草。
