Abstract
本发明公开了一种空调扇冷却剂,由以下质量百分比的原料组分组成:去离子水95%,氟利昂冰晶4%,其他助剂1%;所述的其他助剂包括液态氮、R410A新冷媒、氨水、重水、乙烯、液态丙烯、液态二氧化碳。该空调扇冷却剂的主要成分氟利昂冰晶不含“氯”元素,不会破坏大气臭氧层,更不会因为氟里昂泄漏而威胁人类健康,为一种无氯新冷媒的冰晶。该空调扇冷却剂汽化潜热大约是现有技术冷却剂的2倍,单位质量的制冷能力更高,即使长久使用后其冷却效果依然极佳,使用时间更长,安全环保无污染,具有高的冷却性能且耐冷却不均性能高。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种冷却剂的技术领域,尤其涉及一种空调扇冷却剂。
背景技术
空调扇结合了空调和电风扇的主要优点,空调扇比空调消费成本低,比电风扇成本高,但是比电风扇多一些功能,比如可以吹经过滤过的冷热自然风。空调扇在启动制冷时只有60-80W和冰箱一样,所以不费电。
空调扇比风扇降温效果好得多,可以多降温6摄氏度左右,耗电也低并且价格中等偏下,有的空调扇还具有暖风作用和家装负离子功能,空调扇体积小移动方便。但是不足之处是对于大面积制冷效果不是很好,没有空调具备的除湿功能,温度高的地方不是很好用。使用的时候需要往空调扇中加水和冰块或添加空调扇冷却剂来降温。
目前,空调扇用的空调扇冷却剂一般都是装放于冷却剂盒内,冷却剂多为水或冰晶的单一成分,或者使用水与冰晶结合的混合成分,只是单纯的使用单一物质或两种不同成分而且,其初期使用时制冷效果还是有保障的,但长久使用后,其制冷效果严重减弱,需要不定时或频繁地更换冷却剂盒,冷却效果不能持久和具备连续性,冷却效果较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服上现有述现有技术的缺点,提供一种空调扇冷却剂,该空调扇冷却剂的主要成分氟利昂冰晶不含“氯”元素,不会破坏大气臭氧层,更不会因为氟里昂泄漏而威胁人类健康,为一种无氯新冷媒的冰晶。该空调扇冷却剂汽化潜热大约是现有技术冷却剂的2倍,单位质量的制冷能力更高,即使长久使用后其冷却效果依然极佳,使用时间更长,安全环保无污染,具有高的冷却性能且耐冷却不均性能高。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种空调扇冷却剂,由以下质量百分比的原料组分组成:去离子水95%,氟利昂冰晶4%,其他助剂1%;所述的其他助剂包括液态氮、R410A新冷媒、氨水、重水、乙烯、液态丙烯、液态二氧化碳。
进一步的, 所述的其他助剂中的各组分以质量百分比计算为:5%液态氮、10%R410A新冷媒、70%氨水、2%重水、3%乙烯、4%液态丙烯、6%液态二氧化碳。
进一步的,所述的R410A新冷媒由液态二氟甲烷和五氟乙烷组成的混合物。R410A新冷媒由两种准共沸的混合物而成,主要有氢,氟和碳元素组成,具有稳定,无毒,性能优越等特点。可以根据具体的使用要求,对各种性质,如易燃性、容量、排气温度和效能加以考虑,量身合成一种冷却剂剂。R410A外观无色,不浑浊,易挥发,沸点-51.6℃,凝固点-155℃。
综上所述,本发明的空调扇冷却剂的主要成分氟利昂冰晶不含“氯”元素,不会破坏大气臭氧层,更不会因为氟里昂泄漏而威胁人类健康,为一种无氯新冷媒的冰晶。该空调扇冷却剂汽化潜热大约是现有技术冷却剂的2倍,单位质量的制冷能力更高,即使长久使用后其冷却效果依然极佳,使用时间更长,安全环保无污染,具有高的冷却性能且耐冷却不均性能高。
具体实施方式
实施例1
本实施例1所描述的一种空调扇冷却剂,由以下质量百分比的原料组分组成:去离子水95%,氟利昂冰晶4%,其他助剂1%;所述的其他助剂包括液态氮、R410A新冷媒、氨水、重水、乙烯、液态丙烯、液态二氧化碳。
其他助剂中的各组分以质量百分比计算为:5%液态氮、10%R410A新冷媒、70%氨水、2%重水、3%乙烯、4%液态丙烯、6%液态二氧化碳。
该R410A新冷媒由液态二氟甲烷和五氟乙烷组成的混合物。R410A新冷媒由两种准共沸的混合物而成,主要有氢,氟和碳元素组成,具有稳定,无毒,性能优越等特点。可以根据具体的使用要求,对各种性质,如易燃性、容量、排气温度和效能加以考虑,量身合成一种冷却剂剂。R410A外观无色,不浑浊,易挥发,沸点-51.6℃,凝固点-155℃。

1.一种空调扇冷却剂,其特征在于,由以下质量百分比的原料组分组成:去离子水95%,氟利昂冰晶4%,其他助剂1%;所述的其他助剂包括液态氮、R410A新冷媒、氨水、重水、乙烯、液态丙烯、液态二氧化碳。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种空调扇冷却剂,其特征在于, 所述的其他助剂中的各组分以质量百分比计算为:5%液态氮、10%R410A新冷媒、70%氨水、2%重水、3%乙烯、4%液态丙烯、6%液态二氧化碳。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种空调扇冷却剂,其特征在于,所述的R410A新冷媒由液态二氟甲烷和五氟乙烷组成的混合物。
