Abstract
花盆式空气净化器,包括:花灯、喷气蓬头、花盆、空气净化装置,空气净化装置置于花盆内部;所述空气净化装置,包括空气检测器、空气过滤装置、安装有上单片机的上集成电路板、安装有下单片机的下集成电路板,所述空气检测器安装在上单片机,空气过滤装置置于下集成电路板下方;所述花灯与上单片机相连,喷气蓬头与空气净化装置相连,在花盆底部设有风扇,该风扇与下单片机相连,在花盆的上方设置有花盆盆盖,花灯、喷气蓬头置于花盆盆盖上方。本申请采用家庭普遍使用的花盆式造型,通过花灯与蓬头提示空气污染状况和实时净化室内空气,有效地解决了目前空气净化类产品千篇一律的造型问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种空气净化类产品,具体说是一种花盆式空气净化器。
背景技术
室内空气污染将直接影响人的舒适性感受并引起呼吸道疾病。为改善人们居住和工作场所的空气质量,迫切需要开发针对各种室内空气污染物的实用的空气净化技术。
由于现代人在工作环境和生活方式的改变,更加注重环境质量,在生活工作中给人带来轻松和享受。随着这种观念的变化,空气净化器的设计必然越来越成为现代人所关注。而现今的产品造型大多千篇一律,材料浪费,二度污染等现象普遍存在。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的上述缺陷,本发明提供一款将室内花盆与空气净化器巧妙融合的空气净化类产品。通过花盆上的花灯提示空气污染状况,花盆上的喷气蓬头释放清新空气,以此将空气净化器巧妙地 装饰成花盆状。
为实现上述目的,本申请采用的技术方案是:一种花盆式空气净化器,具体包括:花灯、喷气蓬头、花盆、空气净化装置,空气净化装置置于花盆内部;所述空气净化装置,包括空气检测器、空气过滤装置、安装有上单片机的上集成电路板、安装有下单片机的下集成电路板,所述上集成电路板与下集成电路板通过支撑管柱连接,所述空气检测器安装在上单片机,空气过滤装置置于下集成电路板下方;所述空气过滤装置内由上到下依次设有光触媒层,活性炭层,电极层;所述花灯与上单片机相连,喷气蓬头与空气净化装置相连,在花盆底部设有风扇,该风扇与下单片机相连。
进一步的,所述花灯穿过第一通道与上单片机相连。
进一步的,所述喷气蓬头通过第一导气管与空气净化装置相连。
进一步的,所述花灯包括花型灯罩,该花型灯罩内置LED灯,能够发出白光。
进一步的,所述喷气蓬头为塑料材质,为蓬头状,上面设有分布均匀的释气口。
更进一步的,空气过滤装置为长方形盒状。
本发明由于采用以上技术方案,能够取得如下的技术效果:本申请采用家庭普遍使用的花盆式造型,通过花灯与蓬头提示空气污染状况和实时净化室内空气,有效地解决了目前空气净化类产品千篇一律的造型问题,也减少了净化器材料的浪费。用花灯提示空气污染状况,提示作用更加清晰简洁,使设计更趋人性化。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进行详细描述。
实施例1
本实施例提供一种花盆式空气净化器,具体包括:花灯、喷气蓬头1、花盆14、空气净化装置,空气净化装置置于花盆14内部;所述空气净化装置,包括空气检测器6、空气过滤装置9、安装有上单片机19的上集成电路板10、安装有下单片机20的下集成电路板11,所述上集成电路板10与下集成电路板11通过支撑管柱7连接,所述空气检测器6安装在上单片机19,空气过滤装置9置于下集成电路板11下方;所述空气过滤装置9内由上到下依次设有光触媒层12, 活性炭层8,电极层13;所述花灯与上单片机19相连,喷气蓬头1与空气净化装置相连,在花盆底部设有风扇15,该风扇15与下单片机20相连。所述花灯包括花型灯罩2,该花型灯罩2内置LED灯3,能够发出白光,所述喷气蓬头1为塑料材质,为蓬头状,上面设有分布均匀的释气口,空气过滤装置9为长方形盒状,材料为易透气材料。
风扇15和花盆14内部的空气过滤装置9相接,空气过滤装置9内部的光触媒层12与花盆内部气体相通,第一导气管18与花盆内部气体相通,第一导气管18与喷气蓬头1相接;风扇15、空气过滤装置9、花盆14、第一导气管18和喷气蓬头1共同构成气体的循环回路。
所述花灯穿过第一通道4与上单片机19相连;当空气污染达到一定浓度时,空气检测器6将信息发送到上单片机19,上单片机19发出电信号,控制花灯亮起,起到提示作用。所述喷气蓬头1通过第一导气管18与空气净化装置相连;花灯亮起后,上单片机19发出电信号控制空气净化装置净化空气后,经过过滤的空气通过第一导气管18,从喷气蓬头1释放。
优选的,在花盆14的上方设置有花盆盆盖5,花盆盆盖5有两个气孔,第一通道4穿过其中一个气孔将花灯与上单片机19连接,第一导气管18穿过另一个气孔将喷气蓬头1与空气净化装置连接。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种花盆式空气净化器的工作流程:空气检测器6处于常态工作时,检测空气污染状况,当空气质量处于不合格的状态 时,上集成电路板10的上单片机19发出电信号,将电信号传导到LED灯3上,LED提示灯3上的LED灯丝17亮起,灯光由灯罩2聚拢,给予空气环境变化的提示作用;
下单片机20控制风扇15开启,周围空气吸入风扇15,再进入到花盆14内部的空气过滤装置9。吸入的空气由下到上依次通过电极层13,活性炭层8和光触媒层12。随着净化后的空气不断增多,花盆14内部的空气通过第一导气管18进入喷气蓬头1。由喷气蓬头1上的释气孔16释放新鲜气体。在风扇15关闭时,花盆式空气净化器处于静态工作。
如图3所示,花盆14上端的花盆盆盖5上的灯罩2和喷气蓬头1对称布置。灯罩2为圆弧形,与喇叭花形状相近,更接近于家庭实际布置。喷气蓬头1上设置有圆形的释气孔16,整体形状与荷花的莲蓬相近。

1.花盆式空气净化器,其特征在于,具体包括:花灯、喷气蓬头、花盆、空气净化装置,空气净化装置置于花盆内部;所述空气净化装置,包括空气检测器、空气过滤装置、安装有上单片机的上集成电路板、安装有下单片机的下集成电路板,所述上集成电路板与下集成电路板通过支撑管柱连接,所述空气检测器安装在上单片机,空气过滤装置置于下集成电路板下方;所述空气过滤装置内由上到下依次设有光触媒层,活性炭层,电极层;所述花灯与上单片机相连,喷气蓬头与空气净化装置相连,在花盆底部设有风扇,该风扇与下单片机相连,在花盆的上方设置有花盆盆盖,花灯、喷气蓬头置于花盆盆盖上方。
2.根据权利要求1所述花盆式空气净化器,其特征在于,所述花灯穿过第一通道与上单片机相连。
3.根据权利要求1所述花盆式空气净化器,其特征在于,所述喷气蓬头通过第二导气管与空气净化装置相连。
4.根据权利要求1所述花盆式空气净化器,其特征在于,所述花灯包括花型灯罩,该花型灯罩内置LED灯,能够发出白光。
5.根据权利要求1所述花盆式空气净化器,其特征在于,所述喷气蓬头为塑料材质,为蓬头状,上面设有分布均匀的释气口。
6.根据权利要求1所述花盆式空气净化器,其特征在于,空气过滤装置为长方形盒状。
7.根据权利要求1所述花盆式空气净化器,其特征在于,花盆盆盖上的灯罩和喷气蓬头对称布置。
