Abstract
本发明是一种治疗腰椎间盘突出症的膏药。它由木瓜、威灵仙、熟地、乌蛇、地龙、全蝎、穿山甲、独活、羌活、牛膝、杜仲、马钱子、当归、红花、细辛、麝香等中药材按传统油性黑膏药制法而成。它具有较强的祛风湿、温经络，活血化瘀、活络止痛，补气血、壮肾阳的功能。经临床验证，具有疗效高的显著优点。还具有使用方便，无任何毒副作用的积极效果。因此值得推广使用。
Description
本发明涉及一种治疗腰椎间盘突出症的膏药。亦可用在中医痹症的外用治疗上。腰椎盘突出症，属于中医痹症范畴，是由外伤、劳损、风寒、湿邪乘虚而入所得。现在对这种病，一般仍以按摩、牵引和理疗等保守方法治疗为主，但这种保守治疗疗程长，治愈率不高。也有采用外科手术治疗的，但因患者惧怕动手术，仅在不得已，才使用。也有口服西药，注射止痛针剂的，但只能缓解患者的疼痛，并无治本作用。近年来，中医对这种病的研究治疗发展较快，如中国专利局，于1995年，11月29日，授权公告了一项发明专利《腰痹灵》，专利号为93102774.8。它既可制成内服中成药，又可制成外用膏药。该专利说明书中指出：经临床验证。给患者服药1-3个月，治疗腰间盘突出症68例，治愈57例，显效8例，无效3例。可见疗效是较高的。但是，外用膏药治疗效果未说明，同时该专利技术方案所用中草药达30味之多。
本发明的目的是依据中医痹痛病的理论，选择适当的祛风湿，活血化瘀，活络止痛，补气血壮肾阳类中草药组方，提供一种治疗腰椎间盘突出症的膏药以解除患者的病痛。
本发明的技术方案是：它由纯中药材按传统油性黑膏药的制法制备而成，其特征是，组成它的各中药材及其重量份比为：
木瓜20-400，威买仙、熟地各10-150，乌蛇5-50，独活、羌活、牛膝、穿山甲、杜仲、马钱子各3-40，当归、红花，川芎各2-30，元胡、全蝎、地龙、细辛各1-15，冰片0.2-3，麝香0.1-1.5。
本发明中的中药材
木瓜、威灵仙、乌蛇、独活，羌活、牛膝、细辛、全蝎，具有较强的祛风湿、散风寒、温经通络作用，乌蛇和全蝎尚有止痛作用，牛膝兼有引药下行作用；
红花、川芎、元胡、地龙具有活血化瘀散结作用；
马钱子、穿山甲具有活络止痛作用；
当归、熟地、杜仲具有补气血、壮肾阳作用；
麝香、冰片不仅具有较强的止痛作用，还是辛香走窜之品，具有穿透力极强，引诸药直达病所之功。
本发明重用祛风湿、散寒温经通络类中药，所以实施本发明时，再添加此类中药材生草乌、生川乌各3-40份(重量份)为好。
本发明重用活血化瘀散结类中药，所以实施本发明技术方案或上述实施例时，再添加该类中药村乳香、没药各1-15份(重量份)效果较好。
本发明经临床验证，并根据《新药(中药)治疗腰腿痛的临床研究指导原则》对腰椎间盘突出症的有关规定，评定疗效结果是：
用本发明膏药试治腰椎间盘安出症患者计336例，其中治愈186例，占55.32％；显效132例，占39.29％，总有效率达94.61％。由于本发明是外用膏药，所以本发明具有用药方便，对人体内脏没有任何毒副作用的积极效果，值得推广。

1、一种治疗腰椎间盘突出症的膏药，它由纯中药材按传统油性黑膏药的制法而成，其特征是组成它的各中药材及其重量份比为：
木瓜20-400，威灵仙、熟地各10-150，乌蛇5-50，独活、羌活、牛膝、穿山甲、杜仲、马钱子各3-40，当归、红花、川芎各2-30，元胡、全蝎、地龙、细辛各1-15，冰片0.2-3，麝香0.1-1.5。
2、如权利要求1所述的膏药，其特征是组成它的中药材及重量份比中，添加生草乌、生川乌各3～40。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的膏药，其特征是组成它的中药材及重量份比中，再添加乳香、没药各1-15。
