本发明涉及一种焊接夹紧装置，具体的说是一种U型管件焊接夹紧装置，属于焊接设备技术领域。其包括固定底板，固定底板上后侧设有两个横向设置的可调式形槽座，两个横向设置的可调式形槽座的左右两侧设有两个纵向设置的可调式形槽座，两个横向设置的可调式形槽座之间设有一个第一压紧组件；固定底板上前侧设有两个固定形槽座，两个固定形槽座之间设有一个第一压紧组件。本发明结构简单、紧凑、合理，装夹快速稳定可靠，成本较低；避免了需要每一个焊接成品进行全检过程，提高了产品质量的稳定性，缩短了工时，大大提高生产效率。

本发明涉及一种焊接夹紧装置，具体的说是一种U型管件焊接夹紧装置，属于焊接设备技术领域。
背景技术
现有技术中，U型管件之间的焊接通常不好进行定位，管件容易滚动，焊接位置的准确性也得不到保证，在没有焊接工装的生产的手工件会造成产品的稳定性得不到保证，焊接完成后的成品质量也需要通过全检判定，不仅加长了生产工时，而且还造成生产成本的增加。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足之处，从而提供一种U型管件焊接夹紧装置，能够避免焊接过程中位置的不准确导致的产品不良现象产生，提高了产品质量的稳定性，缩短了工时，大大提高生产效率。
按照本发明提供的技术方案， U型管件焊接夹紧装置包括固定底板，其特征是：固定底板上后侧设有两个横向设置的可调式形槽座，两个横向设置的可调式形槽座的左右两侧设有两个纵向设置的可调式形槽座，所述两个横向设置的可调式形槽座之间设有一个第一压紧组件；固定底板上前侧设有两个固定形槽座，两个固定形槽座之间设有一个第一压紧组件；固定底板左右两侧分别设有一个可调式形槽座，每个可调式形槽座外侧设有一个第二压紧组件；固定底板的左右拐角处设有支撑座，每个支撑座内侧设有一个第二压紧组件；所述可调式形槽座包括中心槽座，中心槽座两侧通过螺栓分别连接一个侧挡板；所述第一压紧组件包括拉动气缸、拉动板、连接板、连接板支座和压板，拉动气缸的伸缩杆前端铰接拉动板，拉动板前端固定压板，拉动板中部铰接连接板上端，连接板下端铰接连接板支座，连接板支座固定在固定底板上。
进一步的，固定形槽座中心设有用于U型管件定位安装的形槽。
进一步的，固定底板中心设有长方形的减重孔。
进一步的，固定底板上端左右两侧设有把手。
进一步的，固定底板下端左右两侧设有支撑板。
进一步的，第二压紧组件包括压紧气缸、压紧块和气缸座，气缸座上固定压紧气缸，压紧气缸的气缸杆上端连接压紧块。

下面本发明将结合附图中的实施例作进一步描述：
如图1所示，本发明主要包括固定底板1，固定底板1上后侧设有两个横向设置的可调式形槽座7，两个横向设置的可调式形槽座7的左右两侧设有两个纵向设置的可调式形槽座7。所述两个横向设置的可调式形槽座7之间设有一个第一压紧组件5。
所述可调式形槽座7包括中心槽座7.1，中心槽座7.1两侧通过螺栓分别连接一个侧挡板7.2，通过侧挡板7.2能够调节中心槽座7.1上管件的夹紧程度。
固定底板1上前侧设有两个固定形槽座4，两个固定形槽座4之间设有一个第一压紧组件5，第一压紧组件5将两个固定形槽座4处的管件部位压紧。
所述第一压紧组件5包括拉动气缸5.1、拉动板5.2、连接板5.3、连接板支座5.4和压板5.5，拉动气缸5.1的伸缩杆前端铰接拉动板5.2，拉动板5.2前端固定压板5.5，拉动板5.2中部铰接连接板5.3上端，连接板5.3下端铰接连接板支座5.4，连接板支座5.4固定在固定底板1上。
固定底板1左右两侧分别设有一个可调式形槽座7，每个可调式形槽座7外侧设有一个第二压紧组件6，第二压紧组件6能够将可调式形槽座7上的管件部件压紧。
所述第二压紧组件6包括压紧气缸6.2、压紧块6.1和气缸座6.3，气缸座6.3上固定压紧气缸6.2，压紧气缸6.2的气缸杆上端连接压紧块6.1。
固定底板1的左右拐角处设有支撑座8，每个支撑座8内侧设有一个第二压紧组件6。
所述固定形槽座4中心设有用于U型管件定位安装的形槽。
所述固定底板1下端左右两侧设有支撑板2，通过支撑板2支撑固定底板1。
所述固定底板1上端左右两侧设有把手3，通过把手3能够方便的移动整个装置。
所述固定底板1中心设有长方形的减重孔9。
本发明的工作原理是：在进行焊接时，将U型管件各个部件卡装在固定底板1上的各个固定形槽座、可调式形槽座和支撑座上，然后由各个第一压紧组件和第二压紧组件将U型管件压紧，然后实现U型管件的焊接工作。
本发明结构简单、紧凑、合理，装夹快速稳定可靠，成本较低；避免了需要每一个焊接成品进行全检过程，提高了产品质量的稳定性，缩短了工时，大大提高生产效率。

1.一种U型管件焊接夹紧装置，包括固定底板（1），其特征是：固定底板（1）上后侧设有两个横向设置的可调式形槽座（7），两个横向设置的可调式形槽座（7）的左右两侧设有两个纵向设置的可调式形槽座（7），所述两个横向设置的可调式形槽座（7）之间设有一个第一压紧组件（5）；固定底板（1）上前侧设有两个固定形槽座（4），两个固定形槽座（4）之间设有一个第一压紧组件（5）；固定底板（1）左右两侧分别设有一个可调式形槽座（7），每个可调式形槽座（7）外侧设有一个第二压紧组件（6）；固定底板（1）的左右拐角处设有支撑座（8），每个支撑座（8）内侧设有一个第二压紧组件（6）；所述可调式形槽座（7）包括中心槽座（7.1），中心槽座（7.1）两侧通过螺栓分别连接一个侧挡板（7.2）；所述第一压紧组件（5）包括拉动气缸（5.1）、拉动板（5.2）、连接板（5.3）、连接板支座（5.4）和压板（5.5），拉动气缸（5.1）的伸缩杆前端铰接拉动板（5.2），拉动板（5.2）前端固定压板（5.5），拉动板（5.2）中部铰接连接板（5.3）上端，连接板（5.3）下端铰接连接板支座（5.4），连接板支座（5.4）固定在固定底板（1）上。
