The three-high rolling mill has the characteristics of small expansion, high deformation efficiency, low energy consumption, uniform section deformation and the like, and the rolled product has high precision, good quality and wider application.
In a triple-roll mill, the collars are clamped by two clamping discs positioned on the left side and the right side of the triple-roll mill and transmit torque, and when the input torque of the left clamping disc rotates, the contact surface of the collars and the left clamping disc transmits torque. Because the right clamping disc and the roll collar do not have relative rotation trend, the contact surface of the roll collar and the right clamping disc does not participate in transmitting torque, and only plays a role in clamping the roll collar.
