Abstract

本发明提供一种集成式电液执行系统的正压油箱,其要点是:它包括活塞式液压缸,在缸底设置补油/泄油的油口和注油口,在注油口上设置单向阀门;在活塞的下端面和缸底之间为贮油腔,弹簧套在活塞杆上并顶在缸盖和活塞之间,弹簧的弹力能使活塞压出0.1~0.3MPa的压力油;活塞杆的上端连接指示杆,标尺立式固定在缸盖上,与指示杆相邻,用于指示贮油腔的油位;在缸盖上还有行程开关,行程开关触头安装在指示杆上,当行程开关触头碰到行程开关时为最低油位。本发明的效果是:液压油贮存在活塞液压缸的缸腔里,不予大气接触,避免了液压油被氧化、污染。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种为集成式电液执行机构补油/泄油的油箱。
背景技术
目前集成式闭式电液执行机构所使用的油箱一般为开式油箱,油箱里的油液与大气相通,污染物容易进入系统中,造成泵、阀的卡涩,使电液执行机构不能正常工作。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种集成式电液执行系统的正压油箱
本发明的目的是这样实现的:它包括活塞式液压缸,其特征是:在缸底设置补油/泄油的油口和注油口,在注油口上设置单向阀门;在活塞的下端面和缸底之间为贮油腔,弹簧套在活塞杆上并顶在缸盖和活塞之间,弹簧的弹力能使活塞压出0.1~0.3MPa的压力油;活塞杆的上端连接指示杆,标尺立式固定在缸盖上,与指示杆相邻,用于指示贮油腔的油位;在缸盖上还有行程开关,行程开关触头安装在指示杆上,当行程开关触头碰到行程开关时为最低油位即贮油腔需要补油的油位,行程开关接通后给上位机提供贮油腔需要补油的信息;在贮油腔的缸壁上设置液压油排气阀。
与现有技术相比,本发明的积极效果是:液压油贮存在活塞液压缸的缸腔里,不予大气接触,避免了液压油被氧化、污染。

具体实施方式
图1中A部分为集成式电液执行机构示意图,B部分为本发明的示意图。它的主体是活塞式液压缸,在缸底14设置补油/泄油的油口16和注油口,在注油口上设置单向阀门15;在活塞2的下端面和缸底之间为贮油腔13,弹簧4套在活塞杆6上并顶在缸盖5和活塞之间,弹簧的弹力能使活塞压出0.1~0.3MPa的压力油;活塞杆的上端连接指示杆8,标尺7立式固定在缸盖上,与指示杆相邻,用于指示贮油腔的油位;在缸盖上还固定行程开关支架10,行程开关11安装在行程开关支架上,行程开关触头9安装在指示杆上,当行程开关触头碰到行程开关时为油腔缺油需要补油的状态,行程开关可以给上位机提供贮油腔需要补油的信息;在油腔的缸壁1上设置液压油排气阀12。在补油/泄油的油口16和集成式电液执行机构A的双向齿轮泵18的泄油口之间设置输油管线17,本发明在补油/泄油的油口16提供0.1~0.3MPa的压力油,通过输油管线17为集成式电液执行机构A及其双向齿轮泵18提供补油或泄油。

Claims (2)

1.一种集成式电液执行系统的正压油箱,它包括活塞式液压缸,其特征是:在缸底设置补油/泄油的油口和注油口,在注油口上设置单向阀门;在活塞的下端面和缸底之间为贮油腔,弹簧套在活塞杆上并顶在缸盖和活塞之间,弹簧的弹力能使活塞压出0.1~0.3MPa的压力油;活塞杆的上端连接指示杆,标尺立式固定在缸盖上,与指示杆相邻,用于指示贮油腔的油位;在缸盖上还有行程开关,行程开关触头安装在指示杆上,当行程开关触头碰到行程开关时为最低油位;在贮油腔的缸壁上设置液压油排气阀。
2.按照权利要求1所述的集成式电液执行系统的正压油箱,其特征是:在缸盖上还有行程开关是指,在缸盖上还固定行程开关支架,行程开关安装在行程开关支架上;在补油/泄油的油口和集成式电液执行机构的双向齿轮泵的泄油口之间设置输油管线。
